The 7Geese platform phased out and so we did not end up renewing with Paycor. Pros Very intuitive platform for the user and simple functionality. Great support team! Cons Integrations were problematic on the 7Geese side. Renewal costs. Other than slight confusion with navigating, the user interface is friendly and it being accessible on all platforms is super helpful! Pros I like Paycor for the fact that it has all the information you need for payroll on the Accounting side and as the employer for entering information and receiving info. This drew my attention to them so we gave them a try and have never looked back. Pros It made it simple and easy to manage all employee payroll assets from one program. Cons I think that overall I haven't found anything to dislike about paycor. It just handles everything a business needs to manage employees pay. The representatives are very helpful. They also provide generic recommendations especially for smaller companies that aren't sure of how to develop their site. Pros Great customer service, easy to implement and easy to use for all. It’s great for companies that are growing or don’t have a large population where technology is easy for them. Cons Billing department. There wasn’t an easy number where I could call when encountering this problem. The email sent me on a while goose chase and all I wanted to do was pay my invoice. I had an issue where I had to deal with customer service and they were impeccable! They went above and beyond to meet my needs and resolve my issue! Pros What I liked most was the simplicity. Even with complex payroll or reporting needs, Paycor made it straightforward. It's user-friendly, and that's a huge plus Cons There was nothing that I liked least with Paycor as I had a positive experience and wonderful time using it. Now I would say it breaks easily, there’s no support. Pros I used to like impersonation feature that they took away. I thought at the beginning it was user friendly. Cons I would say the call center. Pros We were able to use the various functions of Paycor to thoroughly manage our staff. Cons There seemed to be quite a few frequent glitches with the software. The customer service was also far from top notch. Often speaking to individuals who would attempt to talk me through a fix from somewhere out of the country. " April 24, 2025 5.0 We’ve only been using for 10 months but their are very few complaints and any issues we have had were addressed by PayCor. Pros The ease of use for employees to use the phone app to see their paychecks , W2s, enroll in benefits, and leave team. Also the payroll and benefits admin processes. Cons Report builder lacks payroll data or templates . It isn’t as easy to use as Custom reports. It can always be modified if we have changes. Pros The ability to curtail the program to exactly what our company needed and it is user friendly for our team to use. But I really think it's because they were understaffed at the time of onboarding. It has been pretty smooth since. Pros It takes care of a lot of aspects of payroll automatically. It will even integrate month-to-month workman's comp insurance and 401k through Human Interest. Cons The initial setup took forever. Apparently, they had too many companies sign up at the same time and not enough people to do it. They had me submit a bunch of forms and reports, and then couldn't find the information and I had to get them updated reports. It took about 5 months to get everything straightened onut. Switched from [QuickBooks Enterprise](https://www.capterra.com/p/174984/QuickBooks-Enterprise/) This was much less expensive and included more features and integrations.
