I like the actual payroll process and the link to Empower for our plan...this feature has really simplified my life. Cons We sometimes have difficulty getting reports to format and print. I do not have a Finance team or Human Resources Professional. The efficiency of this product enables me to spend more time running the business, raising funds, and investing in our mission. Cons Our organization really struggles with changes in withholdings due to qualifying events, enrollments in deductions, etc. Although customer support is great when called, it still can be hard to access all I need, or know what documentation to have at the ready. Cons While the product is the best product for Theater staffing that I have come across, it was not designed necessarily for Theaters. Each event is different and may require different skills sets. Right now, it would require creating many shifts to cover each duty before posting, and it would not prevent staff from requesting several different spots. Pros I did not like anything about it. Everything from communication to billing was an absolute nightmare. Cons Communication is a joke. Every team member at paycor assigned to my employer had the attitude of “not my issue, not my problem, I’ll forward this to somebody else” and 0 issues got resolved.
