It also displays overtime. Pros I like the software because you can request vacation time, punch in and out, look at HR information, find out about past weeks, communicate with others in the office. It is easy to use once you have used it for a while. Cons It is difficult to learn. There are a lot of links that are not easy to use. In fact, when I was hired on to a small company as the first full time recruiter, the first thing I did when I started was sign up for Newton! I have been a happy Newton customer because I know that when I am using Newton no candidate will slip through the cracks. In my last position, I helped bring on 45 employees in 10 months, which meant we went through a TON of candidates and openings. I could not have managed it as the single recruiter without an ATS that is focused on recruiting. Currently, I am part of an organization that has 50 openings and as you can imagine, it makes for a very busy recruiting team. Thanks to Newton we are not only able to manage the process, but we can effectively give insight to anyone in our organization interested in hiring at any given time. I love it! Pros I really like the geo fence feature. It makes it very easy to keep tabs on my employees that I manage remotely. They work nationwide and there's no way for me to be everywhere at once. This is a close second! Cons I don't like having to click on individual notes to see them or to open time cards one by one to edit. In that regard Nimble was better. May 4, 2017 4.0 Pros I like the ability to swap/trade shifts and to request to pick up a shift. The features for clock in zones and pin codes and such are all interesting features that make Ximble stand out. Cons A fair amount of glitches and communication with technical support resulting in 20min-an hour wait times and tickets being opened. Issues are generally resolved but it can be frustrating to not have the program work. I also wish I could move shifts around between employees in the monthly view instead of only the week view. It's easy to use and access the website. Self explanatory to add new hires, automatic deposits or to make changes. Customer support is amazing very friendly. Send emails with whats coming up and make sure we are good. If I have a problem they are really good at getting me the answer that I need. The value for the money is just great. We are located in Salt Lake City, Utah and have close to 500 full-time employees. When I joined CLEARLINK almost 10 months ago, we were using Taleo for our applicant tracking system. While Taleo has a lot of functionality, it just wasn't easy to use for our recruiters or hiring managers. I then began the task of researching, evaluating and eventually selecting a new ATS. I chose to go with Newton for many different reasons, with the main ones being, ease of use, cost, and customer support. Since implementing Newton (which was an easy process), our efficiency has increased substantially, as well as, our user adoption. While we don't require our hiring managers to actively use Newton, many of them do. I highly recommend Newton to any company that is considering implementing a new ATS. Review Source SN Stephen N. When we tested other software like lattice, 7Geese was by far the best software for our needs. Pros The ability to track performance and see other's performance. The additional functions outside of the OKR tracking, such as 1:1 reviews, values, feedback etc. Cons The ability to set weighed KRs is a little tricky. Alternatives considered [Lattice](https://www.capterra.com/p/151676/Lattice/) Reason for choosing Paycor It was more user friendly and had a better interface. It was also competitive in pricing. June 5, 2018 5.0 Quick-find of employee contact information and status. Pros I like that it provides a quick glance at where the employee is at during the on-boarding process. Our employees know at a glance if we can go ahead and put someone to work. Finding my own paystubs is extremely easy and they're displayed already in .pdf format. Cons I wish there were more custom filter options available for employee database.
