Pros On the back office side, I liked Payor for its ease of use and how simple it made payroll for us. Cons We had issues with users' access to view their onboarding and payroll as well as the fees. May 5, 2025 4.0 As a user it was simple to log in and input time in accordance with my schedule when I was working hourly. Seemingly there are some difficulties on the administrative and support side that resulted in delays in resolving issues. Pros Relatively simple to input and manage time for hourly employees. The sourcing capabilities left a lot to be desired as well, it was a lot of manual work and extra time spent finding work around a. Pros It’s simple, it’s fine if you have few email others and have low volume hiring needs Cons It is not a scalable solution, if you are a smaller business and don’t plan on rapid growth it’s probably fine but if you are trying to grow and scale you will find yourself needing another option. Their tips on how to actually bring DEI into team culture are super practical and easy to follow. It’s not just talk—they give real tools and ideas that help make meaningful changes. The information is big and clear. It looks good on a computer screen and a cell phone. Cons I have a hard time getting to what I need. When I am trying to approve employee vacation, I can't ever get there without going through a few circuitous routes first. We are able to accomplish what we need and work with them to customize our solution. Pros I like the functionalities of Paycor for almost all things HR related. This system is easy to use for employee payroll, benefits, timekeeping, compensation, and more. The premium support option is amazing - if you have an issue, you call in and talk to a team of Paycor reps that know your company and processes. You talk to the same team each time! They have a lot of extra features that can be added. Cons The downside of Paycor is if you have multiple companies (EIN's) that need to work together. A lot of things can be customized, but some options are a one size fits all for your entire company. This is particularly frustrating with Performance Management as all companies don't do the same thing. Also, it seems like they haven't tested quite enough before rolling out new features. It allows employees to have up to the minute information on their time, pay, etc. It's a very user friendly platform while still providing all the necessary pieces. Cons The reporting tools could be upgraded a bit to be more intuitive but we are able to pull out all the info we need so that's not a big issue at all.
