So many employees were complaining about time clock in and out because we used to use clock in and out machine. But now we are using nimbleschedule QR code it is convenient and easier than the machine. Also it is easy to learn about the program. The best one is their support. October 25, 2016 5.0 I have been working for Silverspot Cinema for the last 2 years. When I first started doing the payroll for my company I found that it was very user friendly and easy to navigate. As time has progressed they have made things even easier with modern technology. I have never had a problem with employees receiving their paychecks or direct deposits. The customer service department is very helpful whenever I have a question they are right on top of things and always help me or give me advice immediately. With the new ACA requirements they are very helpful and take care of all my needs. The cost is very reasonable as well. It helped fill a gap when there was system error with the present software. Pros Accessing paystubs and tax information via the self-serve portal were the most used features. I would strongly urge you to stay away from this product. Cons The implementation team doesn't understand their own product. It has been 6 months and we still have major issues. I am looking forward to exploring some of the additional offerings to help with scheduling and time-tracking for my organization. The platform can be a little complicated to figure out and navigate, but customer support is always helpful and ready to walk me through it. Pros It streamlines the payroll process and takes the hassle off of our accountant. Cons It could be more user friendly. February 5, 2016 1.0 Pros Love Paycor - their customer service is usually above reproach. Cons The newest version of Perform does not work at all for me. It does not accept the payroll extracts we have been using for years and no one told us of that change. It does not calculate the payoll as a whole - only each employee separately. Vivianne Nix our sales person was amazing and continues to be amazing even three years after the sale was made!! Paycor is willing to work with you to come up with solutions to your individual problems or needs. You need to be clear in your mind as to what you want and they can usually make it happen!! The Android App I am told is a bit clunkier than the iOS app. The main thing I wish the app would do would be GoogleApps single sign on - this would be a huge feature to add! Cons Canned reports are few and creating a custom report is somewhat confusing depending on what you want or need in the report.
