It simply has all of the functionality that we need from an ATS solution, with plenty of styling options for the job posting pages that it generates. Used the software for: ### "Paycor Perform Review" October 25, 2016 5.0 We have experienced some issues with the new software; for example, when transferring time, sometimes some of the employees time would not transfer across correctly, or when trying to change an employees time the system would not record changes. Most of the problems seem to have occurred during the initial implementation period and seemed to have been fixed now. The system is very easy to use and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a time system. The staff at paycor are very proficient and do their best to provide answers and to help solve problems. May 20, 2015 5.0 We plan to publish our first schedule with Nimble next week, so we are pretty new customers! So far our experience has been wonderful! The customer service is truly top-notch and we have been very pleasantly surprised with how user friendly this product is! As we have begun training our employees and managers on how to use Nimble, everyone has picked up on it right away and we are anxious to see how much easier this will make scheduling for our company. Pros We are on a once a month payroll schedule and I find this platform to be very user friendly. We are also 100% online / direct deposit which the platform is perfect for that. As a non profit smaller scale organization the price is competitive as well. Cons The reporting can be a bit overwhelming and offer way to may options when you just want a birthday list with names. It is competitively priced with 2 other alternatives I've gotten pricing from. The only challenge I've had in the last two years is the support. We have had some issues with the system overall. Pros It is very user friendly for the employees. People that have always struggled with payroll seem to be able to use Paycor very well. Used the software for: ### "Small Business Scheduling" November 8, 2016 5.0 We've looked at several scheduling solutions for our small business and Nimble has the best combination of features, price, and support. As with any new platform there is a learning curve but the instant support is quick and thorough to get you through any questions or obstacles. Since we use mainly subcontractors, schedules are not always straightforward but Nimble handles all the ins and outs with no problem. Support service is great for some things that may be a little more complicated. There is also the convenience of doing payroll at any time. There are a lot of functions I haven't even explored yet but that I'm sure are helpful. Pros Simple to use. Reports are easy to access as well.
