The candidate breakdown is clear to follow, you always know where a candidate is in the process. The process allows HR and the hiring manager to participate in the various steps along the way. It allows for controls to be put in place to be in line with our audit requirements. The process of integrating other products is simple because PayCor works with the vendors to do the hard stuff. Pros The main part that I enjoyed about this project was the help offered in order to learn how to use the software. Cons I do not have any cons about this software. Our bank suggested Paycor, so we called them. Their patience in explaining how their services worked was beyond reproach, and their prices were so reasonable that we could find no reason not to sign on. Since signing on with them we have had no problems and the pressure on us has been entirely lifted. Even our accountant said we made a good choice. Review Source AU Arj U. It's functionality and ease of use is superb; and the pricing is almost to good to be true. Unless you're a huge organization that requires heavy workflow customization, you should look no further than Newton. Pros Easy to set up. Easy to learn. Common sense dashboard and features. Great automation. Integration with Outlook. Email template function is superb. Drag and Drop. Great configuration tools. Cons Very few cons. I can't think of any at all. It fits our needs almost perfectly. I wouldn't recommend for a 50,000 user organization. But that's all. Review Source DS David S. The only thing about it that I find to be not very user-friendly is the way the online reports sometimes display. I have tried to view two different tax packets in two different browser tabs, only to find that the viewer won't display both. It will only display the same one in both tabs. Pros It is a simple way to record your hours for the week. There is not really much of an issue keeping your hours up to date which makes it extremely easy. When everyone uses the system daily it makes our payroll processing run very smoothly . Cons - It was hard to get everybody on board at first . Early acceptors love the software . If a person doesn't use the system it would be helpful to have an email reminder to have the person log in if they forget ( sort of like an alarm if they forgot to log in or out for scheduled time) Review Source LJ Lucy J. A big plus is detailed reporting and the ability to schedule people across departments and locations easily. It's cost effectiveness is also a plus as we are a non-profit. I have experienced a couple glitches with the system and find the Requests tab is not super intuitive. Most employees have really taken to the new system however a few have found it a challenge. We will definitely look to implement it at many of the client sites we are at. Cons We found it difficult to get through some of the HR and Payroll jargon so a guide would be useful to have to hand. I do not have time to learn all the ins and outs of how to make the system work. When I have an issue I would very much like the person to "just do it" instead of giving me pages of instructions. I definitely recommend this company. Cons I wasn't a fan of their sorting methods. I had to interview with a sales rep before I could even enter the conversation about what they have to offer.
