Used the software for: ### "Paycor Review" November 10, 2016 4.0 Paycor has been a software we have needed for a long time. Ever since our purchase, it is easier to view benefits. We use to have to ask HR every time, now with just a simple log in, we are able to view our information ourselves. Now that our college is growing, this software has been an asset to us. What a difference having a payroll provider take over all the tasks of filing taxes, w2 requirements and all of the the things the ACA and DOL have now requested from employers. The handling of Child Support, Garnishments have been made so much easier. Our payroll support person, Beth Heard is always ready to answer questions and provide assistance whenever need. I give them the rate, the hours, and the salaries per pay period and they do the rest. keeping current with all the regulations and requirements covering employment and payroll is difficult for small companies, but Paycor really helps. We were constantly being moved to different representatives and the service was just lacking. I cannot rave enough about the service Paycor provides. From the regional sales manager to our client specialist, our needs our their first priority. They truly treat us like we are their top client. Their customer service is remarkable. It is very easy to use for the employee. Pros It allows you to have everything in one place. You can send out email to have employee information completed before they arrive for the first day. It also will remind you when license or certifications are expiring. This is great so you do not have to remember to check all the time. Cons Honestly I do not have any Cons at this time. We were sold on a product that could accommodate our company... however it turned out to be more canned than accommodating. I do like the reporting adaptability. One thing I would like is that the Pay Grid hyperlink and the Submit payroll not be in the same area but on two different pages. So it's kind of hard to establish long-term relationships.
