self taught, no support. you rely on customer to take all of the lessons and watch all webinars and charge for proper training. what good is buying a system if you dont get the training to use it correctly...

Pros

clocking in and out is easy, requesting time off easy. employees like the app. like expense management and storing all documents electronically

Cons

customer support. tickets take forever, support are hard to understand. often when they help they fix one thing and it breaks another. need more tax help

It has been challenging. There are products that came with our dystem that we were not clearly made aware of such as PayActiv

Pros

The ease of use of the platform is one of the best assets. I also enjoy the recognition tool that we can tie directly to our core values.

Cons

There are times in which changes are made and they don't "stick". It takes a long time to get the appropriate person to answer questions.

It’s been 50/50. We’ve had some great seamless moments and some really bad disasters.

Pros

I think that the platform is an all in one solution with single sign on for admins and employees. The Payroll and onboarding run smoothly.

Cons

We’ve several issues with the Benefits integration. The build each year for open enrollment is wrong and cause delays that impact

Overall happy with the product. Eliminated our use of multiple systems and allowed us to have domestic and international employees on the same platform.

Pros

One stop shop for talent management. We are able to do everything from applicant tracking to onboarding to benefits to performance and everything else in between.

Cons

Some features were self service implementation and a bit confusing. But was able to get support when needed.

### "Making payroll easier in our dispersed team."

Commission brokers have to be handled with accurate payroll. I apply this to make everybody paid on time which makes the employees to be handled easily.

Pros

The tax management features are simply amazing and automatically compute and submit our payroll taxes in numerous states to remote employees.

Cons

The customer care team is hard to contact when it is busy so, and it takes too many clicks to instantly fix such simple mistakes in the backend.

Mostly positive. Easy to use but some of the platforms they integrate with don’t work well. But the basics of hiring and doing payroll are really easy to use and save a lot of time.

Pros

Look and ease of use and the mobile app gives our employees easy access to pay stubs, t time off, timesheet approval and company news.

Cons

Benefit enrollment and reporting features could be improved upon. BSwift is a robust benefit platform but there are always errors in our enrollment each year that we have to correct throughout the year.

I’ve been working with them for over 10 years and the products have greatly improved. The open enrollment tool is excellent as well.

Pros

The system is easy to use and the Paycor team takes your feedback and helps you navigate challenges.

Cons

The time and attendance system that was outsourced. The documents section can be better organized and we should be able to search by birthdate.

I really enjoy working with paycor and the support. I also really like the paycor webinars that are given each quarter.

Pros

I appreciate all the feedback we give as customers that are implemented. I also appreciate all the customer support we receive.

Cons

The document library was supposed to be enchanced, but i think its more difficult to use. We have advised on this issue.

### "Live Chat is a must!! "

Pros

Live chat support!! You don't have to call anyone! I also like the ease of use for both the employee and employer. System is very user friendly and it is easy to find things. Reporting is a very simple function with many pre-loaded reports

Cons

I wish that you were able to upload more documents to the 'Engage' section for employees to access. A dedicated rep on your account would also be helpful, as a just in case it is needed.

Overall, we have had a great experience. We had some tricky requests and needs and Paycor worked with us to get everything set up the way we needed it.

Pros

I like the relationship with our sales rep and his dedication to making sure we are getting everything we need and are happy with our service.

Cons

The timing on escalated service requests take longer than I would like. It can take up to 2r hours to get a response and sometimes it is more emergent than a 24 hour response.

Overall experience was ok. With the uniqueness of our organization we require alot of data that needs to be stored as well as our extensive employee policy manual which the Paycor site had trouble storing the way we preferred

Pros

Paycor's time and attendance system was fairly easy to use and their time & attendance team was easy to work with and were helpful in resolving any issues that arrived.

Cons

There were limitations as to how much scannable data & forms can be stored on their system for employees and on the main page.

The system seems very user friendly for our employees and the look is updated not a database type view

Cons

I don’t like the lack of support we receive, customer service can be asked the same question and multiple different responses and still none can be right.

Paycor is like having your own assistant beside you. It manages time shows me where employees punched in and what time. It helps so much keep everything in order and I can see so much all in one place.

Pros

Ease of use, employee management, time Management. It keeps track of each employees PTO as as well as time management so we don't use over time.

Cons

I can't think of any bad things to say about Paycor. It's very easy to use and helps to keep track of my hours and so much more.

Generally positive, first level customer support could improve but this is true of most HCM software I’m familiar with!

Pros

It is a very comprehensive product for the price point.

Cons

Access permissions and custom security roles (outside of default Paycor roles) are overly complex and comprehensive training is not available on this area.

The products have a lot of features and we have lots of opportunities to speak with a support team however there is a lot of effort spent trying to resolve issues with no progress or results.

Pros

They are constantly growing and innovating.

Cons

Because of their constant growth and innovation, they can't keep up with good customer service and run into lots of system issues that effect regular daily work sometimes causing significant delays, or keeping us from being able to complete work at all, or even causing more work by trying to fix things.

I love how it has all tools necessary to be able to keep track of payroll and employee hours. it is very easy to navigate as well.

Cons

nothing. Paycor has really helped me with my payroll and attendance for employees. it helps keep track of everything HR related.

Not as good as it should've been. Deductibles would fall off; taxes would fall off. it was a hassle most payrolls

Pros

The user interface was very easy to adapt to. the clock in and out was adequate, the set up was easy a well.

Cons

Customer support was horrible. It would take two to three calls to get an issue resolved. Not to mention most agents couldn't help they would have to escalate to a higher-level agent.

I am still learning about what all Paycor can do but like how easy it is to touch base with customer service.

Pros

I like how easy it is to get ahold of customer service. They are friendly and quick to respond when speak to them.

Cons

We wish we had more reporting options. We are wanting a customer report made and was told Paycor couldn’t do it and then someone else told us it would cost $3,000.

I use Paycor on a daily basis. The desktop app is simple to use. The mobile app is also easy to navigate, and I use it more frequently. Pretty much all features of Paycor are available in the mobile app, allowing me to approve payroll and time-off requests on-the-fly. I like the notifications feature, where I can immediately address a time-off request from my team.

Pros

Paycor simplifies payroll processing and employee management. One can quickly view and approve employee time cards, and process time-off requests. The dashboard quickly alerts me to any unscheduled absences, overtime use, time-off requests, and incomplete tasks.

Cons

Overall I have found no "Cons." I like that we can send out documents for completion by personnel and easily track compliance.

Paycor is great! As a FT employee, I really appreciate having a hub to check my time off, find financial documents, see scheduling details, and complete reviews. It is a great one-stop shop for so many things I need and great for planning ahead time off.

Pros

I really like the dashboard on Paycor. There are so many features that Paycor manages and having them all located on one page is helpful. I love the time off tools and the org chart display - so helpful.

Cons

One thing that's hard on Paycor is checking in on the scheduling of JUST my team. I can easily check my whole organization or my own schedule.

Paycor is very user friendly. Our favorite feature is the applicant tracking system. Recruiting and onboarding is simple and makes our process very efficient.

Cons

I wish there was a direct number to reach someone when an issue or question arises. You have to email your inquiry to their customer support; however, they respond fairly quickly.

Overall our paycor experience has been positive. Moving from ADP was a big lift, but since doing so we have been able to streamline our processes for a more integrated approach to human asset management.

Pros

Paycor does an excellent job providing a product that centers around ease of use and pleasing interface for user and administrator.

Cons

The reporting module could be more customizable along with providing canned reports and dashboards for c-suite level analysis.
