customer service. I don’t like getting a different rep every time for an issue. Sometimes the answers you receive are incorrect or inconsistent

I use on a daily basis. The desktop app is simple to use. The mobile app is also easy to navigate, and I use it more frequently. Pretty much all features of Paycor are available in the mobile app, allowing me to approve payroll and time-off requests on-the-fly. I like the notifications feature, where I can immediately address a time-off request from my team.

Pros

simplifies payroll processing and employee management. One can quickly view and approve employee time cards, and process time-off requests. The dashboard quickly alerts me to any unscheduled absences, overtime use, time-off requests, and incomplete tasks.

Cons

Overall I have found no "Cons." I like that we can send out documents for completion by personnel and easily track compliance.

Pros

I love the overall experience, you have everything you need in one app. From schedule to payment to keeping track of everyone and what's there doing

Cons

I have no ill feelings about . They have always been a great payment app and much much more I love it.

I honestly dislike it. It is cheaper than competitors but does not have a sleek design nor is user friendly. It is outdated compared to others. Customization that is promoted and highlighted by seller is not there once you purchase it.

Pros

The mobile-friendly capability that allows both employers and employees to access HR tasks and payroll information remotely, enhancing flexibility and convenience.

Cons

It is difficult to use and it is a learning curve to get going. There is just too much going on and no real rhyme or reason to way things are where they are located. Also why have to split everything up and make templates where you cannot see everything on screen without scrolling left or right.

Overall our experience has been positive. Moving from ADP was a big lift, but since doing so we have been able to streamline our processes for a more integrated approach to human asset management.

Pros

does an excellent job providing a product that centers around ease of use and pleasing interface for user and administrator.

Cons

The reporting module could be more customizable along with providing canned reports and dashboards for c-suite level analysis.

We are happy with for the most part. Service has been better since we switched to premium support.

Pros

’s payroll grid is the only payroll system I would use… I think the user experience as an admin and an employee is user friendly.

Cons

I don’t love that we don’t have direct email addresses or specific contact numbers for our premium support staff.

Generally positive, first level customer support could improve but this is true of most HCM software I’m familiar with!

Pros

It is a very comprehensive product for the price point.

Cons

Access permissions and custom security roles (outside of default roles) are overly complex and comprehensive training is not available on this area.

My experience has been positive. I have worked with for 10 years and enjoyed all they being to the table.

Pros

The ease and functionality and the integration abilities.

Cons

I haven't found a lot. Every business has different demands and challenges but I like that works to change and upgrade products to meet those demands.

The products have a lot of features and we have lots of opportunities to speak with a support team however there is a lot of effort spent trying to resolve issues with no progress or results.

Pros

They are constantly growing and innovating.

Cons

Because of their constant growth and innovation, they can't keep up with good customer service and run into lots of system issues that effect regular daily work sometimes causing significant delays, or keeping us from being able to complete work at all, or even causing more work by trying to fix things.

Pros

The onboarding of new employees eliminates a lot of paperwork.

Cons

The wait time on hold when calling for assistance, and the language barrier.

The availability of a local office was great. If we had any issues a local person was available and was able to rectify any problems

Cons

Sometimes when we were processing our payroll we would encounter a few issues but we could always correct them

is great! As a FT employee, I really appreciate having a hub to check my time off, find financial documents, see scheduling details, and complete reviews. It is a great one-stop shop for so many things I need and great for planning ahead time off.

Pros

I really like the dashboard on . There are so many features that Paycor manages and having them all located on one page is helpful. I love the time off tools and the org chart display - so helpful.

Cons

One thing that's hard on is checking in on the scheduling of JUST my team. I can easily check my whole organization or my own schedule.

Overall it has been fine. Our time and attendance transition did not go smoothly but \[sensitive content hidden\] helped us with a lot of our questions.

Pros

For the most part it’s easy to use. The support chat has been very beneficial too me so I can multitask.

Cons

The reporting capabilities. Reports do not generate all the information we need. We have to run multiple reports and combine them to get the information we need.

Pros

User friendly. I have used many systems, but it is easy to navigate through and processing payroll.Looking up employee records.

Cons

The ability to update some things as a company.And you have to use to update some fields, and I really do like the mobile app, but I would like to see more options with it

Good customer service and issue resolution mostly with the first call into the helpline. Only twice have I had to call back.

Pros

It’s very easy to use and there are lots of components that we currently don’t utilize, but are likely to soon.

Cons

Sometimes there are unexplained glitches. For example, I was recently hiring someone but they were getting a mismatch.

Overall, is a very reliable, sound product for employers looking for quality payroll software.

Pros

offers most everything I could need access to from a company payroll product. I can quickly access a lot of important information that I need/want access to (including all of my past pay stubs, changing my benefits or w2 filing, etc.). By and large, this is a very good product, its proven to be reliable, and it has an impressive array of functionality.

Cons

Like most software I interact with for work, there are a few cumbersome aspects of the program. It isn't always intuitive as to how to navigate or access certain elements. Its not overly onerous by any means, but it can be problematic at times. Additionally, it is constantly asking me to go through 2-step verification (to verify my network and computer). While you could advocate that this is a plus, and that the product is highly secure, it can also be a little annoying at times.

Overall, my experience with has been positive! I have worked with the system for 3.5 years and trained 3 separate coworkers on how to use it and everyone agrees it’s very easy to learn and helps tremendously with streamlining and organizing the recruiting process.

Pros

I really appreciate how used friendly the recruiting platform is. It streamlines the hiring process with how intuitive it is and makes collaborating with hiring managers and tracking candidate progress a breeze!

Cons

The reporting features are very limited and customization is difficult - which means sometimes you don’t always get what you want for metrics. Luckily there are some work arounds to getting what you need if you’re willing to do a little extra work outside the system.

They have very secure logins. Even though my email wouldn't work, i could get authenticator to reroute to another email to login

Cons

It's simple, like super simple. I think HR is underutilizing it due to its simplicity. They mail everything anyway.

The website, the ease of HR and payroll data. I like the fact that HR can make changes and it flows to payroll.

Overall, I did not do the behind the scenes set up or anything, but it was easy to clock in and out. When we were using it at the time we did not have access to any of our information/ w2 when needed.

Pros

When I was using , I was just using it to clock in/out. It was simple and easy to use on my end and for what needed to be done.

Cons

I know my supervisor would have issues with getting the allocations line up correctly for specific people? I am not too sure, nothing for me personally.

Pros

I really enjoy using it because its management is cloud-based, and it especially helps in my work area, as it offers tools for managing employee records, processing payments, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Additionally, is efficient when it comes to processing payroll tasks, as well as employee recruitment and training.

Cons

can be somewhat expensive and also limited in terms of customization, which can be frustrating as it doesn't allow for working in the most efficient way.

Overall, I am pleased the ease of use and flexibility to monitor my timecard and PTO time. Also, I do like that I can see others time off request to avoid taking off when others will be out.

Pros

I can easily view and edit my time off request, timecard, and benefits all in one place. The PTO bank it updated each pay period so I can better plan for upcoming time off.

Cons

At first learning to navigate through the many different options within was a bit confusing and took some getting used to.

Loved it and enjoyed the lunch provided. I enjoy learning about heir newest softwares and add ons and would love to dive in deeper.

Pros

I love the customer service they provide to answer questions.i also enjoy how easy it is to use and how interactive it is.

Cons

Sometimes the wait time to figure out an issue is longer than 72 hours. The case number changes every time you call about it. Hard to keep track.
