Pros

Ease of use. Very easy to clock in and out and fine the timecard functions. It is very easy to navigate.

Cons

There wasn't any particular thing I disliked about Paycor. Good product/program. Very user friendly.

Overall, I am quite happy with Paycor. We are able to accomplish what we need and work with them to customize our solution.

Pros

I like the functionalities of Paycor for almost all things HR related. This system is easy to use for employee payroll, benefits, timekeeping, compensation, and more. The premium support option is amazing - if you have an issue, you call in and talk to a team of Paycor reps that know your company and processes. You talk to the same team each time! They have a lot of extra features that can be added.

Cons

The downside of Paycor is if you have multiple companies (EIN's) that need to work together. A lot of things can be customized, but some options are a one size fits all for your entire company. This is particularly frustrating with Performance Management as all companies don't do the same thing. Also, it seems like they haven't tested quite enough before rolling out new features.

Pros

They have a nice platform. Easy to use. I like the simple set up and how everything flows and interacts easily.

Cons

The fees. Everything gets charged. The fees add up quickly if you are adding new states to your payroll.

Keeping track of employees punches is a lot easier using this software

Pros

This software was easy to learn and use. Adding punches and bonuses is very easy and if you have any trouble there is a time specialist assigned to your account

Cons

When employees clock in out after midnight, the punches dont line up and it gives critical error and you have to manually fix them

This system was handed down to my team as a result of an acquisition, and it has not been super smooth.

Pros

The welcome page for Paycor is fine. It provides some quick updates up front, but the benefits stop there.

Cons

Other than the front dashboard, I don't find Paycor to be very user-friendly. It's a cumbersome system that is not intuitive and requires more clicking around to find what you need than I think should be necessary.

Customer service. Can't get a live person. Weird things keep happening like losing access and the getting out back in a day or 2

Pros

The ability to have everything in one system. I basically have all products of Paycor except the benefits part because were not there yet.

Cons

Customer Service - I have issues where they don't respond promptly. I have been waiting 2 months for a report. Even after we had a zoom meeting.

It's okay. I use another payroll company with another company and they are so much easier to navigate.

Pros

Easy to do payroll. I wish it would integrate with our POS system.

Cons

I don't have a representative designated to help me. I hate calling the service center because the representative knows nothing about my company and usually has to put me on hold to find the answer.

I loved how easily you could get your w-2 and easily view and send to my outside devices. I also liked that it had the option to view time off although my org didn't use it.

Cons

I really don't think I can think of any cons about the product. I liked it a lot and was sad when I moved to another platform.

Great! Easy set up and help when needed, I love the new chat feature that makes getting help easy while continuing other work!

Pros

The designated setup team makes implementation so easy. Each department is included and thorough. The reports being able to be customizable is a great help.

Cons

During payroll weeks the time cards are slow to load we always have to do refreshes or shut the browser down and reopen

Pros

Payroll is a breeze with Paycor, they do all the heavy lifting. I love that I do not have to submit payroll taxes!

Cons

Navigating Paycor after a layout change can be challenging. Additionally, I have to change each new hire to the correct time zone which is a simple task but seems that it could be corrected on the back end.

It’s been positive and enjoyable. When we’ve had concerns or challenges, they’ve been quick to respond and address them. They worked with us to pilot a snowflake connection for our system data to flow to our PowerBI system.

Pros

Ease of use to program and manage. The structure of the system is predictable and simple to navigate

Cons

Inconsistencies in our implementation. We have multiple IDs in various states. We discovered differences in settings which should have been the same across the IDs. Advance notice of changes before they are released will also be helpful. Several times we’ve been surprised to find changes without knowing it was happening.
