I recommend this app. Pros It was easy to log in and easy to use. The best thing was the app to find out about your earnings by the company. Very trusty . Cons I don't really have a least statement because the app worked so well. I didn't have problems with it. I just wish my company put more information into it. Pros Does what you need it too. Tracks payroll and stubs as well as PTO. It's only as good as the information HR needs it though. Cons I dislike that you can's switch back and forth from perform to time and attendance without having the system open twice. So when you are adding personal or vacation time to a time card, you have no way of knowing whether the person has any time available with out logging back in again to Paycor and checking the employees accruals. Also, if the person misses a day in time and attendance and does not get paid, there is no way to write a note telling you what happened for future possible action. Review Source MG Mary G. The reporting function isn't very user friendly. Otherwise a nice simple tool for what we need. Pros Easy to use on the payroll side. Cons HR portal isn't very user friendly, reporting functions are challenging, and there really is not benefit to having the HR portal and payroll portals since they do not sync. My Boss ask for a special report at the last minute. I emailed Paycor and ask Peggy Thornton if she could run a special report for me. Peggy happen to be in a meeting and Julie Felts stepped right in and set up the report and emailed it to me in minutes. I am very pleased to work with these two exceptional women. I like the export features that are included with the software. I found that it is a big time saver and reduces errors tremendously compared to other programs. Cons I had to wait on hold for a while for customer service, so that was a little bit of a drag. It would also be great if you could brand the software with the company to personalize it. Clocking in and out is very easy, as well as tracking job numbers and so on. One thing that could be fixed somehow is fixing of the clock in and out times. If the system sets the clock to 2:00 but you clocked in at say 2:04 then if you try to adjust your schedule from 2:00 on. November 10, 2016 5.0 The customer service team for Nimble is great! The scheduling platform is also effective due to having payroll, reports, timesheets and all schedules all in one place. My company switched over to Nimble recently and it was very easy getting acclimated to , and whenever I have a question I would speak with Javier who is great! It helps us track employee hours, their schedules and it will automatically send out texts to other employees when someone needs their shift covered. No more calling each person and leaving messages. Nimble has greatly reduced my overall workload when it comes to payroll and scheduling. Their customer service is out of this world as well! They are always available to ask any questions.
