Pros: This is an amazing product! we don't need to waste money on multiple products. This has helped us to keep our data neat whilst grow our revenues effectivley.

Cons: As the system is capabale of collecting good data, it would be good to have more reporting options.

Comments: We are a chain of 3 hotels. We used different PMS software in the past that couldn't provide us an integrated solution that will have 1 database for all out hotels so to keep track of guest CRM, expenses, income and reservations. Now we have all this and we are very happy. It is easy to use and we even started using the various BI and revenue management tools which we didn't think we will be using and we haven't used in the past. We especially love the competitors price comparison from the new reservation screen.
