I co-own a car repair workshop with my dad and he's not very tech-savy, but he's still able to use it efficiently. I liked that it linked PayPal for letting clients send payments. Overall the format is good. I like that it sent payment reminders. Cons That it was too hard to download your client database, that they said they integrated with Quickbooks, but it never worked and when you reported a problem with the software, they just emailed you back saying "We're working on it", but nothing ever got fixed. Many glitches and bugs.
