Comments: Webmerge is a great service. It allows you to take lots of data from one entity, send it to WebMerge and in using rules allows you to build a package of files to be used by other means. The interface is a little confusing at first, but hints and such that pop up while you are working through the process helps. I love that it allows me to add CC individuals to the packages so that they can watch its progress. As for customer service, My rep and his team are very knowledgeable and assist very quickly! They even provide custom services, which we have utilized several times. When dealing with them, you don't feel like a customer you feel like family. Overall, this is a great program for a great price with amazing customer service to boot!

Pros: Customer Service Custom Services Ease of use (once you learn the layout) The possibilities of use are huge Connections to several other providers that make the merge even more powerful

Cons: At first, the interface is difficult to understand. Finding where to add CC emails and such was a chore at first but the hints help you.

Recommendations to other buyers: I would highly recommend this service to anyone that wants to have a greater power over the merging of their documents or data. Especially, if they plan to use a signature service after the merge.

Comments: Before we found WebMerge we were manually building reports with MS Word and Excel using csv files. After WebMerge, we were able to automate everything saving thousands of man hours a year and accelerating the time from inspection to delivery of our reports. If you need a robust report creation and delivery tool WebMerge may be what you have been looking for.

Pros: Works with any application that has a JSON feed or WebHook. Simple to use editor or you can use pdf, word, or excel templates and deliver everything as an editable or PDFa file. By being able to custom design and brand our deliverable we are competing at a level not easily achieved by other companies in our industry. Support for the product has always been fast and very helpful.

Cons: Hard to think of any but I'm sure for some folks there will be some wish list items. Which is good because they listen to feedback and make improvements on a regular basis.

Recommendations to other buyers: Before you hire a software vendor or programmer to build custom reports, check out WebMerge, you may save your company thousands and have more control and autonomy over what is created and gain the freedom to control your destiny in terms of updates and changes.

WebMerge creates clean professional reports. Tech support is great!

Pros: I few years ago our department began using Formstack for yearly performance evaluations. We wanted an on-line solution that was easy to use and produced professional documents. Formstack was easy to use, but the end product was not what we hoped for. I found WebMerge integrated with Formstack very nicely and the software produced an end product that was professional looking and easy to read. We were able to import our logo and arrange the document that worked best for our needs.

WebMerge also gave us the capability of forwarding these reports automatically to command staff.

We now use WebMerge for Training Requests and to reports incidents, injuries or damage that occurs at our facilities.

Cons: The first templates I created was a little confusing for me as I had no experience with "formulas" or creating templates for importing data fields. Tech support was great and helped me every step of the way.

Overall: Clean professional looking reports that can be automatically distributed with ease.

Comments: If your aiming for a better, I mean best future... choose WebMerge. It will help you organize and lead you to a better path. All your files can automatically send to your email and to online data storage as long as you have internet connection. With WebMerge you can easily and automatically generate reports, contracts, simplify quotes, streamline proposals, and etc.

Pros: Before it takes me 5 days to 1 weeks to compile every files that I have on my computer but thanks to WebMerge, it's like a snap of a finger to organize it all. That's why I love WebMerge. It's a build in one, whenever you need PDF, document or Word document, Excel spreadsheet, or PowerPoint presentation.

Cons: You need vacuum? WebMerge is all you need. All my staff is in the good hand of WebMerge. I'm really a fan of WebMerge, I haven't experienced that can disappoint me. Good Job WebMerge!

Saves me a lot of time and enables me to mass customise brochures and leaflets ... a marketer's dream tool!

Comments: Web Merge is a key tool to running my business and in achieving what we were drilled to do at University (marketing degree) which is mass customization. Awesome!!

Pros: The customer support is some of the best support I've experienced amongst the online services and applications I use to run my business. The dashboard is very easy to manage and know what is going on. For the bits that are a bit too technical customer support has really helped me out. With a combination of an online database, I am using Web Merge to personalise customer documentation and marketing collateral.

Cons: I am a business of 1 person so am on the lowest level. The cost of more credits is moving into middle sized business but I'm just about ok on the lowest level. Only run out of credits a couple of times.

I simply cannot overstate how much WebMerge has helped change our business!

Comments: When I first found WebMerge, I had an idea for something we were trying to accomplish, but I wasn't sure exactly how to get it done. With so many integrations out there and so many ways to get it done, I was struggling deciding which route would be the best for our business. Which options would be the fastest, the most affordable, and the most reliable. I signed up for the free WebMerge (like I did with about 15 other services that claimed to offer seamless and effortless merging solutions) and ran a few tests. It wasn't until I received an email from their tech support the next day asking if they could help....turns out it was the CEO who was asking. So I decided to put my troubles into his hands and said, "Sure thing buddy, you want to know how you can help? Solve this for me!" And to my surprise, he did. He didn't just point me to a help page. He took the time to understand EXACTLY what we were trying to accomplish and walked us through a few setups. After getting into the admin area and seeing what they offer firsthand, my solution appeared...it just clicked! The numbers for us are real! We now have a seamless template integration solution that has allowed us to reduce costs, increase our margins by 28%, and reduce delivery times to clients by 75%. We spend 3 less hours per day moving, converting, and sending files. That's an annual savings of $15,000 so yeah, we are seeing a great return with WebMerge!

Pros: - Unlimited functionality - World-class customer service - Flexibility - Ease of use - Direct integrations with Wordpress & Gravity Forms (among a thousand others) - The number of 3rd party integrations .....seriously, pick a category and Webmerge gets 5 stars.

Cons: Not a single con.

Pros: Before we found WebMerge, we had a major problem getting new hire paperwork back from employees because most of our work force doesn't own a computer....they just have phones. As a result, they were having to go to the library, for example, and then print documents, sign, scan and return them to us. Now they can complete all of their tax withholding forms, direct deposit, and other new hire forms right on their phones and e-sign them in seconds. After solving that big problem, we went even further and started capturing each field of data that applicants provide us provide us throughout the application and selection process, in order to pre-fill most of the fields on these forms. As a result, once they've given us a piece of information such as their name, they never need to provide it again...we just re-use it for them automatically. Our HR/Operations team has a lot more time to do other things, and our new hires get a personal experience of what we've told them we're all about through their interview process which is MAKING LIFE EASIER for our customers. It's important to say that we're a small, but rapidly growing business, without an IT department at this point. Without the fantastic support from WebMerge it wouldn't matter how great a tool it is because we couldn't even take advantage of its incredible capabilities. But the help articles are great, and on the few occasions when I couldn't figure something out, representative responded within a few hours with a clear answer that solved our challenge.

Cons: I would suggest that most of the written help articles be replaced with videos showing how to do things on screen. Loom is a great tool for this, for example.

Comments: WebMerge was the answer to our prayers in going paperless with a workflow. It's integration with Formstack is wonderful. There are no other comparable alternatives to what WebMerge does, in my opinion. We needed to pass a Formstack submission and compile it into a PDF to have it automatically delivered to a distribution list and we have been able to do everything we've needed. I have yet to have a question that WebMerge cannot answer or have a solution to. The existing documentation covers just about everything. The quick and attentive customer support is a true selling point as well. We are looking forward to continual migration from paper to paperless and WebMerge has made that possible!

Pros: Amazing support, Formstack integration, streamlined and concise, very customizable, awesome features, nice documentation, conditional logic and smarty template syntax was easy to learn

Cons: After the initial learning curve with some things, it's been smooth sailing. The entire time, support was just an email away and the lightning quick response times meant I didn't have to wait a day or several to hear back from WebMerge, unlike other companies out there.

Pros: We merge our form data into finalized documents using Webmerge. It give us the ability to personalize our documents instantly. Recently had a glitch in the account. One of the customer rep was able to resolve it very quickly so as not to interfere with ongoing business. Highly recommend.

Cons: I cannot think of any issues. If I were pressed for constructive criticism I would recommend the system have the ability to analyze for duplication or inefficiencies in merges. Since the account plans are based on the number of merges, having the ability to pick up if a simpler document flow was possible would help by keeping the merge count down. I only bring this up because I made this mistake.

Comments: We have Webmerge running in concert with Formstack for a client with an elaborate online webform for its customers. The Formstack webform collects the information from the customer, and then it communicates through API's with Webmerge to produce a beautiful, branded password protected PDF. This process would normally have consumed a lot of time in administrative work for the client. When a cost benefit analysis is performed, Webmerge is certainly providing tremendous value to the client and improving the customer experience overall at the same time.

Pros: Branded output of data submitted

Cons: Price plans make it difficult when volume fluctuates. Recommendation to Webmerge would be to offer additional price plans, or incremental costs in the event that some months additional "merges" are required.

Comments: I found Webmerge about 4 years ago while searching for a tool to perform document generation for our clients. I have found the tool to be the best in the business. This tool can take data from many sources and merge it into a custom document and is very scalable to support a couple documents to millions. When I have come across a challenge I have reached out to their help desk and they have resolved my issue and gave me a recommendation very quickly. The Software is awesome while the customer support allows for much confidence when building in the tool.

Pros: -Support Various Document Types (Excel, PPT, Word, PDF, Build your own) -Stellar Customer Support -Integration with Zapier -Works with JSON and Modern Web data formats -Connections to Deliver Document to Cloud Hosting, FTP and many other locations

Cons: -Have more help desk content/examples.

Recommendations to other buyers: If you are struggling with spending hours creating custom documents for your clients or internal needs stop doing "Monkey Work" switch over to Webmerge and they can automatically generate these documents for you and deliver them to your clients. This will save you soo much time you wont know what to do with all the free time.

Pros: We have been using Webmerge for a number of years now. I run an automation consultancy and Webmerge is our document generation platform of choice. It's pretty much the first system we recommend after a CRM. Once set up it just works... fantastic.

Cons: We use the system in a very specific way, and the only thing that we miss out on is the ability to track contract signing directly within Webmerge. However, that's a separate function and I dont really expect it to be in the system... and the fact that we can pass directly to signnow from within Webmerge makes the process super simple anyway.

Transitioning one of our daily business processes to Webmerge reduced our workload by 8 hours a month.

Comments: Using Webmerge has evolved our document management capabilities and we appreciate the seamless integration with Zapier and Salesforce.

Pros: It is automated and easy to use once you determine your objectives and create your documents. We save so much time using Webmerge! It has transformed our donor thank you letter creation process from one riddled with Excel spreadsheets, word documents, mail merging, data uploading, and printing nightmares into now, just pushing a button. It even knows which tray to send the documents to for printing, which is a lifesaver, as we utilize 3 different letterheads and two different paper sizes.

Cons: No cons with Webmerge, however, it did take some reworking of our Salesforce workflows to get the system going.

Comments: I've been using Webmerge with Formstack for many years and can say without reservation, Webmerge connectivity has improved workflow 100%. Once asked how I have the 'bandwidth' to provide the service I do for my clients, my answer was, 'I automate'. Webmerge is critical to this process.

Pros: Ease of Use and Friendly Support Not that will need a lot of support, but when you do, you'll get a person who actually cares that you receive 100% of what this product has to offer. Great Job!

Cons: If there were, I would be searching. I'm not searching.

Recommendations to other buyers: Take the 30-day free trial offer and within a day or so I'm sure you'll be convinced Webmerge is the best solution of its kind.

Pros: It's capabilities, it met all the needs in one software, from merging, to combining with other documents, to even placing a delay on delivery. I only have two months of web designing experience and I was able to configure and accomplish my goal. Not that it's very easy to use but it's logical, and it's the matter of following the rules. I really appreciate the outstanding support of this product.

Cons: It takes time to test it and to get your document to look right after PDF conversion from Excel. It's not so much as a problem but expect it to be a time consuming process of setting it up right.

Overall: I have been looking for a way to get the data from the gravity forms and merge it to the excel docs, based on the conditional rules; then convert it to PDF and email customer a copy combined with other documents that I have stored in another location, all in one request. Well, I found it - WebMerge. I love how it combines flexibility allowing for rather complex design but with very logical and user friendly interface. In addition to that - support for this product is just incredible. I so appreciated that I quickly got help when I really needed it. Sincerely and strongly recommend!

Recommendations to other buyers: The representative is an amazing resource of ideas and information. Rather than wasting time figuring out how best to accomplish the task - email and will give you a great path that you can follow to get it done right.

Comments: We have been with Webmerge since they started and most of the cons have been developed out of the system now. Charting used to be an issue but this has now been integrated into the merge system with their usual attention to detail. A non-profit discount would be very nice but that's not really a con.

Pros: Webmerge has been a huge benefit to our charity as previously we were trying to mailmerge 100s of supporter letters and send out donation receipts manually. Webmerge saves us 80% of the time we used to spend on basic administraton. Best of allwebmerge integrates with Zapier which integrates with our MySQL system to fully automate our donation receipts and fundraiser registration processes. Customer service is excellent with response times in hours normally.

Pros: I use WebMerge as part of an automated workflow with Airtable, Dropbox, and Zapier to create print-friendly Word .docs and PDFs. Once the merge template has been configured correctly, I create some of our most important documents (ones which took hours of staff time before): detailed travel manifests for presenters at our literary conference, including flight itineraries, hotel reservations, and assignments; personalized donor solicitation requests; and donor contribution receipts -- all at the "push of a button" or even without pushing a button (some documents are configured to generate automatically on a certain date).

Cons: Configuring the merges for the first time was tricky and I felt the support documentation could be more detailed and descriptive. That said, the customer support was always quick to answer questions and provide solutions.

Pros: This platform is very easy to use once you have set it up. We are always looking to push the boundaries of what we can offer our customers in the way of positive online experiences and WebMerge is always there with us to help support these initiatives. We have tens of thousands of visitors complete over 60,000 interactive web forms on our site every month, and we can rely on WebMerge to ensure our processes will successfully read this data, apply the appropriate logic, and accurately fill out the correct documents for these visitors.

Cons: More visibility into when changes are going to be made with the system would let us better anticipate when or if anything may be impacted on our end.

Makes creating a professional looking form such as invoices so much easier to do saving hours.

Pros: A great time saver creating custom built forms such as invoices, contracts a database or from a spreadsheet. Webmerge has saved my company many hours of work. The support and response is excellent. It is extremely good value for money.

Cons: Currently not able to automatically create multiple line invoices using Zapier. I still have to download a spreadsheet and manually upload to Webmerge. It will only work automatically if there is 1 line on data or say a contract where it just picks up the data items. It still requires development with Zapier to accept multiple lines.

I can only use 1 login for everything which means I can not allocate certain merges to logins

Overall: Saves so much time.

Comments: We were customers of Drawloop since we are also users of Salesforce.com. In our quest to find a more efficient tool to generate and dynamically fill documents we came across WebMerge, and we are very grateful. The ease of use and the API are excellent; but more importantly the service we receive from the WebMerge team is top notch. They are responsive, helpful, and quick to help with anything we have suggested. Several features we needed for integrations with other third party systems were added within 24-48 hours. Its really impressive, and has made a huge difference for my teams productivity in this portion of our applications.

Pros: * Great Support * Great API * Great user interface and experience - easy to use.

Cons: Not really any cons, per se, but the company still feels young, and in some cases that means there might not be as much staying power as the more established players in this space. I hope thats not the case, as we love this product.

Pros: We've been using Webmerge for about 2 years. We love the system and what it has done for our team. Webmerge works with a ton of different programs and it's fairly easy to setup the integration. If for some reason you get stuck, the support experience is about the best you will ever find from any company, let alone a Software as a Service provider. Once you have set things up, the system just works. I don't think I have ever had a problem with the system not working the way it was designed to.

Cons: It would be nice to have a greater selection of plans, once you have been a client for a certain length of time.

Pros: Reliability Functionality Ease of Use Value for Money This is a critical app in my business operations. I use it all the time and it's never once been down as a result of a server problem or technical issue. It's a fantastic value for the money and I would recommend it to anyone whose business requires creating form documents (i.e., just about any business). Whenever I've run into a problem, the founder emails me back within 24 hours - usually less - with a solution. Can't say enough good things!

Cons: The only thing that would make this app better is to have a middle plan between the Starter and Professional. There is a big gap and sometimes I find myself running out of documents at the end of the month, but it doesn't happen enough that it's worth paying an extra /yr for.

Pros: It's easy to use and there are so many possibilities!

Overall: With Webmerge we have lowered the human errors in making document packages. Manually combining document sets and trying to make sure everyone in your team uses the right format for documents is a thing of the past! No more inconsistencies or funny looking documents! Yay!

Recommendations to other buyers: It would be great that if you run a report on the report page that it would also show the number of test merges per document per folder. That way you know how many tests you've done and have a more realistic picture of the merges for that document and folder. Also it would be great if when you add a new document it would default to test mode. Forgetting to turn it on manually just costs valuable merges, and saves a click!

Webmerge is a solution to a lot of administration issues for non-profits like ourselves.

Pros: Creating a word document and then using zapier and webmerge has saved us time and money. And saving money is vital for non-profits!!

Cons: Really don't have any cons apart from maybe the new pricing structure. A tier for smaller users would encourage more companies to try webmerge.

Pros: Easy of use with Microsoft Office documents (Word, Excel, Powerpoint). Seamless integration with Podio and Zapier.

Cons: Complex table generation is somewhat cumbersome, but honestly haven't found a better cloud solution unless you're willing to set up a server and apply custom code.

Overall: Our company has been using webmerge for a few years now. We use it for all of our reporting. The implementation for automated text assembly is extremely easy to use. We also use it to generate tables in documents and insert figures. All of these features are seamless with our Podio project management system now. Nothing but excellent things to say about Webmerge!

Pros: WebMerge is an absolute gem of a platform. I can't say enough about how much of a pleasure it is to use the product and how powerful it is. The design of the site is intuitive and scales well for small or large operations. The development platform is extremely powerful. The potential for document automation is almost limitless. The most impressive service of WebMerge is hands down the customer service.

Cons: There is a slight learning curve to document development depending on your application and how you are importing the data.

Comments: Thanks to the customer rep for the quick responsive emails with help and advice.

Pros: Very easy to use with lots of functions and extremely customizable to suit our needs. We use webmerge on a daily basis to send quotations and invoices to our clients though an external app when we are on the go. Unlike using an all in one invoicing software the benefits of using webmerge is that everything is completely bespoke and can link to other external apps.

Cons: None! I like webmerge as it is at the moment but future development of a mobile application would be good!

Comments: We are a small company that creates Do It Yourself Wills & Power of Attorney documents. We have an online presence and have been using Webmerge for a few years now to produce our online forms. The initial set up for a number of our forms was very complex and Webmerge support (Jeremy) was extremely helpful and assisted us throughout the process and even set up some of the more difficult forms for us for a small fee. We have had no issues since the initial set up and have created a number of other forms with ease. The forms produced are very professional and the cost reasonable.

Pros: Customer Support is excellent. We corresponded with Webmerge via email only and always received a response within 24 hours & on many occasions a lot less. The application is very easy to use so we can now prepare our documents in Word and simply upload them to Webmerge.

Cons: Due to the complex nature of some of our documents we are not able to access our form to make changes if needed. However, we only need to email these changes through and the support team gets them done promptly for us.

We use this software as an extension to Pipedrive to quickly generate documents.

Pros: We like the strong versatility of this software thanks to its ability to fully read the data provided by the API of the software it integrates with. The conditional formatting of the documents is really thorough, allowing us to make elaborate documents for which the information is adapted to the user.

It requires very low maintenance once your setup is done. Delivery options are vast and very well made: for instance, you can deliver your documents to Dropbox, which is neat.

The data routing feature is also amazing to quickly discernate which document template should be used based on a set of predefined conditions.

Cons: The triggering and delivery behavior can sometimes be erratic depending on how quick the user does the trigger event for document generation. However, this is minor and the problem rarely manifests itself.

Otherwise, I did not find anything impacting my workflow negatively with this web service.

Overall: Fast and systematic document generation, high versatility along with very nice integration with other software or web services.

Comments: We are a sales organization with hundreds of agents in an industry with a relatively moderate level of agent rotation (real estate brokerage). We use webmerge and formstack to automate our entire agent recruiting, on-boarding, and compliance process, which includes the generation and delivery, based on logic, of at least 30 documents, ranging from W9s, policy acknowledgements, direct desposit authorization forms, industry-specific forms, internal contracts, and more. Thanks to Webmerge, not a single human being is involved in producing and maintaining agent files. We no longer have any administrative personnel handling any sensitive information, let alone any physical files. Everything is neatly saved into agent folders in our cloud-based drives. We simply use "self-serve" forms for agents to sign up, update information, or acknowledge new policies and procedures. Webmerge takes care of all the document generation, delivery and saving. We grew twice as much without having to hire additional administrative personnel, which saved us at least $30,000 a year. Those are hard, factual, unquestionable reasons why this product is so good. We explored at least three options before committing to Webmerge, and we found Webmerge to be the most user-friendly and (very important) the one with the best integrations with web-based technologies, such as formstack. I have contacted customer service several times to ask questions related to complex logic and they were very responsive and knowledgeable. Based on these facts, I sincerely recommend Webmerge to anyone looking to streamline a critical process.

Pros: WebMerge solved our problem of being unable to send out attractive contracts, quotes and invoices easily. Our vision, to send data from our database to build a document, is a reality and most importantly, saves us about an 30 minutes PER DOCUMENT. We love the product and the lightning fast support when something wasn't right while we were in the development phases of our documents. I highly recommend.

Cons: I wish the subscription allowed more document deliveries per month. For example, WebMerge emails the customer the final document, called a delivery. At the same time, I have the ability to also send the document via web services back to my database to store. However, I don't because WebMerge counts that additional delivery against my quota.

Comments: We have been so impressed with WebMerge. Everytime we wonder if the software can do something... we email support and find out 99% of the time that it can! We use this to merge all proposals, contracts, etc. The system offers so much flexibility between data routing, field mapping (e.g. formatting data) and delivery of merged products that we are able to do so much more work with less people and time and effort... a big win for us.

Pros: This is an incredibly powerful product that has a lot of flexibility and capability under the hood, yet they present it in such a simplistic way that the non-technical folks can still get a ton of use out of it

Cons: I guess you could say its like a drug (although I don't use drugs) in the sense that you can get hooked on it to do so many things and before you know it - spending quite a bit more $$ than you had budgeted for.

Recommendations to other buyers: I highly recommend it. I think you can get up and running in no time. However, if you want to do intricate things with it (e.g. custom format data, loop through spreadsheets to create documents), then I would make sure you have access to someone with some technical skills. Someone comfortable manipulating SMARTY templates.

Pros: I like how it made our recruitment efforts seamless. gaining more interest from potential students. and it was easy to set up. Afterwards, its nice to monitor on the mobile app.

Cons: the designing of the templates could be more interchangeable. and it is on the pricey side. also the billing was sort of a challenge to figure out. For instance, we were confused about the increase and decrease from month to month because it was basically a yearly plan buy was charged monthly. As a organization that gets audited yearly, we had to explain this finding as we lost track of the changes the first time we used it.

Overall: Webmerge made our application process so easier. Thanks for developing this sort of software for the public.

Pros: As we've been developing our solution they have always been quick to respond and accommodating of our various needs. Every time we have a request for a change or enhancement, it's fulfilled. And QUICKLY! We have over 1000 templates housed in Webmerge and have built out a rather intricate workflow automation. Customer Rep. has tirelessly worked with us to build out our solution. He's even been patient as we've dealt with internal incidents. There hasn't been a single outage in the nearly year we've been using it.

Cons: We have not a single complaint... other than we didn't find it sooner! Seriously, worth every penny!

Comments: My needs were pretty concise. I needed WedMerge to produce final contracts where the data was being merged from different sources. From the time I setup the product, I've never had to go back and re-visit the setup. It just works 365/24/7. That's what good software does.

Pros: I was able to do the product integration for merging my data fast with little need for support. The final PDF was high-quality output.

Cons: Third party integrations always add to the cost, can really use another pricing tier to make the overall cost lower.

Pros: Webmerge has helped to automate many smaller items within our business and was the missing piece we were looking for to link existing systems. Customer support is extremely prompt and extremely helpful. They help diagnose issues and assist in solutions.

Cons: Webmerge has a bit of a learning curve with some of their tags for Docusign. It can take some time to get familiar with how it works, but once you understand it, it works well.

Pros: WebMerge is a very intelligent and elegant method for combining data from a variety of sources to output a polished and professional final product. The version management system and the field mapping wizard make using WebMerge very straightforward and easy, without the need for long and expensive training programs. Also, the ability connect well to a multitude of different services make it a good fit for most businesses without the need for them to change the processes they already have in place unless they want to.

Cons: On occasion, I find functionality that I assume would be built in to WebMerge that instead requires the use of an additional 3rd-party service. While it is generally easy to set up, there is often a related additional expense.

Pros: I love the ease of customisation. I don't need to be an advanced programmer to achieve amazing automation. If you have any questions, just ask the customer rep and he'll steer you in the right direction.

We use the software to create a document and receive signatures from clients accepting our quote. Upon signing, the customer receives a signed copy of the document and the signed document is then automatically uploaded to Dropbox.

Cons: There is an initial learning curve, but that is expected for such a comprehensive service.

Cons: I've built beautiful documents with no coding experience but more documentation or examples could have helped.

Overall: This is the easiest, best, and most valuable tool to integrate with Knack to create PDF's and fillable forms for our Company's information. I've used many CRM's and other software and had given up on getting forms for our data. WebMerge has changed all that. Jeremy has provided extremely fast and efficient customer service throughout my experience. He's even responded during holidays and weekends which keeps me going on my projects and efforts! I hired WebMerge to build a Template and it was very economical and now I use it as a guide to build my own templates. I'm a "roofer" but my documents look as professional as any organizations'!

Pros: WebMerge has been a great solution for my business because it has an incredible amount of flexibility! I also can attest to the owners commitment to making sure I have what I need! Jeremy has personally spoken to other vendors to make sure integration has been smooth. I will say that I have looked for other solutions for automation and online course software - but I have never looked for a replacement application for my custom certificates!

Cons: It is very code based and you will need help with integration. The good thing is you will get it with WebMerge.

Recommendations to other buyers: The cost is more than reasonable & the support is outstanding - I wouldn't spend a lot of time trying to find a better solution for your business! You would be better off spending your time developing products and selling them!

Pros: It is very easy to setup the data capture questions to assist our teams in creating their documents, the software has cut our document completion process from over an hour to approximately 10 minutes per report.

Cons: the merge coding within the documents to begin with, for simple couple of page documents this isn't time consuming, but for larger documents with many data capture points the coding can be very time consuming. Once you have experience creating a document it is much easier.

Comments: In 2011 we launched a SaaS platform that provides a mobile experience for automotive dealerships. We needed to provide our clients with the ability to print SMS and QR code enabled window stickers that bridged the gap between the digital and physical worlds. Not only did we need to pre-populate thousands of mobile sites, we needed to do the same for endless VIN specific documents. It was imperative that the service could keep up with the onslaught of documents car dealerships would print with arriving inventory. Documents are automatically created globally after pulling data from several different locations and assembling them seamlessly! It was a lot to ask, but WebMerge superseded our expectations and integrated impeccably with our platform! Without the use of their document automation, car dealerships could not instantly print the documents needed to engage customers via mobile phones so easily. Since we implemented WebMerge¿s services, car buyers can use any mobile device to make important last minute decisions when comparing models. Pros: Webmerge has streamlined our business processes and saved us money, increased accuracy, and increased speed. The integrations with docusign make sending contracts out for signature absolutely seamless. In addition, the integration with Zapier makes Webmerge infinitely configurable.

Comments: I am grateful this team decided to put this tool together. It has saved our company a bunch of time and money. Their competition is much more expensive.

Comments: The Webmerge has real benefits when you want to standardize a form and use it over and over again, I would highly recommend it. We use the application with the OSHA 301 and our Venue Hazard Assessment Sheet. It's a time saver and easy to use.

Pros: Easy to use when form is application Simple instructions and step by step directions Great Customer Support- Very knowledgeable. You can contact by e-mail and the response is very quick.

Cons: Takes a little time on receiving the final document through e-mail. Once you hit submit it may take up to 20 minutes to receive the final form. Wish there was a live person to talk to about Technical Problems. Email communications is the only way to contact Webmerge but it is not an issue because they reply back very fast.

Pros: The ability to collect data and have it populate to an existing professional document. I was so tired of collecting data from field crews that looked cheesy when I received it. Webmerge solved my big problem with formstack that you collect all the data from field crews and want to send the customer a professional look form but can¿t. With formstack alone you wind up with a 1 page form turning into a 4-8 page list of form answers. Webmerge customer service is top notch. Very responsive and extremely accurate in solving the problem you are facing.

Cons: Price. We are a not a massive company but we have a lot of safety forms that my field crews use and submit daily. I could use webmerge for many more documents but I can¿t justify the monthly cost of the volume of merges I would need.

Pros: Most importantly WebMerge has both excellent service and extensive documentation, something that is often lacking in web based tools. I've send support emails in the evening and received answers the same night - truly impressive. WebMerge and Zapier and a killer combination and I highly recommend them together. I'm using WebMerge to capture data from online web based forms like Gravity Forms or WPForms and generating high quality proposals and service agreements for my clients. Webmerge is easy to work, fast and affordable.

Cons: If I had one suggestion I'd like the pricing to be based on a monthly fee rather than per 'merge'. It makes it hard to determine what to charge a client for the use of the program as it can be variable depending on the number of merges used.

Pros: We can create our own document and integrate it with the services available and the WebMerge will give us everything in one document. It already has a set of different types of documents, which gives us an option to choose from to design the exact document that we are looking for. WebMerge supports all file formats including PDF, word, excel, PowerPoint and lot others. It provides three delivery options like email, saving the document in the cloud or sending it to a third party. We can save our time which is usually wasted on document generation and management using this single app.

Cons: The user interface is somewhat complicated. When we use it for the first time, we may find it difficult to understand how the app works. Comments: We used WebMerge with Podio to support our proposal process, as well as automate the generation of client documentation. It has been a godsend to us. Our documentation process has gone from a couple of weeks down to 24 hours, and I don't have people spending valuable time fiddling with formatting and where to put the sections, rather than doing their actual jobs. Our sales team is able to pull together the information and generate a proposal in minutes, instead of hours.

Pros: Once it's setup, runs like a dream; saves time and effort on repeatable documents. Amazing, flawless customer service and technical support.

Cons: Takes a little effort to get everything setup and fine-tuned in the first place (but you will have great support during that process)

Comments: I can't say enough good things about WebMerge. We were looking for a tool that would allow us to generate a variety of documents based on our sales and customer data. We were looking to build custom proposals, contracts, templates, etc.

I stumbled upon WebMerge and it appeared to do most of what we wanted. After we got it setup, we realized that it did much more than we ever anticipated. We kept moving more of our business operations over to it.

Today, we build all of our proposals and sales contracts through the tool using Zapier, Podio, CudaSign, and WebMerge. WebMerge is the glue that keeps things connected together.

In addition to their functionality is excellent customer service. The team at WebMerge is very responsive to support requests and questions. We often find ourselves saying "I bet we could do that in WebMerge!" After a quick email into support and a quick reply, we typically find that to be the case. In addition, WebMerge has helped us troubleshoot problems with other tools that we connect to it. Just unbelievable support.

If you are looking for a well designed, simple to use tool to merge data into PDFs or other Office Documents. You came to the right place

Pros: One of the big time stinks in any nonprofit is sending out acknowledgments of donations. WebMerge integrated with a system we were already using to create a seamless workflow, from typing a custom message to a final letter printing out within seconds. We love the delivery options, from saving PDF's in our google drive to printing directly to our cloud-enabled printer. Wow!

Comments: Webmege solved a big problem business process issue a customer was having related to document management, routing and sign off. I didn't have a lot of time to go through all the documentation and just dove right in. Suffice to say that I needed to call on support more than once. Pros: It is very easy to setup simple templates from a word document.

The support is personal and superb. Replies have been fast (especially considering the difference in timezones), accurate and helpful.

The delivery option for merged documents are many and makes this product incredibly flexible.

Cons: Some of the very complex templates I had to create involved some coding (which I quite like, but it might put some people off). However with the excellent support that comes with this product I suspect anyone can do this.

Overall: The ability to generate templated letters from out information system (salesforce). We also managed to get webmerge to turn out some reports that Salesforce itself could not handle.

We use Webmerge together with Podio to create contract documents completely automatic from Podio.

Pros: Using Webmerge with Podio is very powerful. The setup was easy thanks to some good examples. Having some programming experience I like very much that the document templates can be with basic PHP methods (if restrictions, string conversion, ...). It allows a very flexible document creation depending on the value of various Podio elements.

It is also very comfortable to define certain email delivery actions when a document is created.

Cons: Actually there is really nothing I don't like about Webmerge. Maybe the possibility to check the raw webhooks fired from Podio could be a nice addon.

Overall: Fully automatic contract and document creation to save a lot of manual work.

Comments: A few months ago the company that I work for decided that we would want to receive our quote submissions received from Form Stack to come through as PDF instead of Plain text. During the research to find an applicable software I came across Webmerge. Upon using the demo for a few days I noticed that this was what we were looking for. It was pretty easy to integrate the Form Stack forms to PDF versions and now this has been set up for around 6 different quote forms hence each time a quote submission is received where the client used one of the 6 different quote forms, we would receive in PDF. Strong Points of this software are: 1. Easy integration with Form Stack and others. 2. This software is very easy to learn 3. No programming knowledge required. 4. The integration process can be as quick as 10 minutes. 5. Great Value for money

Pros: This online platform lets to collect data and manipulate the document in the ways we desire. It gives us the ability to upload forms and/or data and to the put in the documents as per our wish. It also has featured with which the prepared documents can be shared and also merged with other created/existing documents. Data can be accessed from and merged with other data from emails, GoogleDrive and other third party applications as well. It also has features of uploading data such as spreadsheets and we can also enter the data into this manually. They also provide document forms that are customizable and reusable.

Cons: The interface that they provide is not very user friendly at first, but with use one can learn to use it. The first time users sometime find it cumbersome to use. For very small businesses, the pricing may be a bit high, when compared to that of middle class businesses. We need a strong grip in programming, else it's difficult to use this application.

Pros: Automates tasks that would otherwise be very time consuming and enables you to look brilliant to your clients by instantly sending branded documents. Zapier integration means you don't have to know how to code to set it all up.

Cons: Very minor point as the support will gladly help, but some more visibility of logs on when emails were sent and the delivery logs in the portal would be useful.

Overall: Automation of document creation from a web form and emailing it to the client. As we can design the template, Webmerge ensures our comms go out with the correct look, feel and branding. The Zapier integration means that the entire process is automated, and doesn't require any manual involvement from us which saves a lot of time.

Pros: As a service contractor we needed to constantly create custom quotes and signoff documentations, and the manual process was taking a toll on our productivity. Clearly we needed an affordable cloud-based tool that could automate our document creation. After looking at different application we finally decided to give Webmerge a try because of its flexibility, excellent customization platform and very reasonable pricing. At the beginning we had to go through a bit of a learning curve but their technical support was very helpful and key in getting us up and running pretty quickly. We've been using Webmerge for the past two years in conjunction with other tools such as Wufoo and Zapier, and have found NO reasons to look elsewhere. Definitely recommend.

Cons: Really can't think of anything except maybe that they do not have 24/7 support as far as I know. But then I haven't needed tech support in a long while

The information is routed to WebMerge, where a PDF with their name, email and timestamp is created and sent to the person. Prior to WebMerge, I was creating certificates manually on a daily basis. This software has helped our business significantly.

Pros: Ease of use.

Cons: Copies of PDFs are not saved into an archive. Occasionally, the auto emailed PDF is blocked due to a persons work server (State Employee). Since there is no archived copy of PDFs, I have to manually create this PDF and email it to the person.

Comments: Webmerge makes it easy for me to generate quotes for my customers. It works well and does what it is supposed to. It allows me the flexibility to post information into a template using an API and have the system generate a PDF. Webmerge makes it easy to work with and Excel and Word documents.

Pros: Ability to easily test, multiple routes / destinations to send merged documents, including Google Drive.

Cons: Limits on the number of merges are a bit low.

Recommendations to other buyers: When testing this software make sure you try out a sample merge templates. This would save quite a bit of time.

Pros: - Webmerge has many features, and are building new ones - Great support - A lot of customizability, to get the solution you need

Cons: Takes a bit time to setup and understand. But I don't think there is any other way, as you have to understand the many features.

Pros: I upload documents with mail merge options and WebMerge creates a PDF with all data merged. Its helpful to merge data on the web. The interface is nice looking and easy to use. Easy for new people to learn and use the application. Have a great interface.

Pros: WebMerge helps us Merging customer details (Name, Email etc.) to Newsletter emails. It helps quickly format the emails for all customers.

Cons: Can be improved with user design and interface. User experience needs to be improved. Still easy to use application.

Pros: Easy change of document layouts and integration to other tools, especially salesforce and the divergence of documents to create

Cons: Process efficiency for standard processes. For users it does need too many steps to create and wait for the created documents
