Pros: Ease of use, customizability Format of the program is easy to use This product is very user friendly

Cons: low ITIL capabilites Price of the program is pricey, should come down I did have an issue in the beginning about using a comma feature with the pricing and they actually fixed it pretty quickly for me.

Wonderfully thorough and prompt service, great app!

Pros: This product is amazing in that it can be completely customized to suit your individual needs. It has custom fields that can be organized, but more importantly for us, the Reporting has proven to be highly useful!

Cons: Moving to a new software is always hard work, and we found that as it is SO customisable, plans had to be put in place before we were able to fully launch. Not a problem though, as it gave us an opportunity to assess what needed to be changed moving forward.

Pros: The initial support was good, it looked promising we had a check list with required features they said it would all do , until we started using it

Cons: web interface is slow and crashes frequently, navigation not very intuitive , too many clicks for everything. bugs in security settings, bugs in mobile app, not many usable features and reports.
the job list started crashing one we had about 200 jobs loaded
we canceled our subscription after 3 months i really don't understand how they got all the good reviews?

Overall: After this unsuccessful start with Mhelpdesk we had better starting point to select a follow up application

I also want to thank you for the suggestions you made on redesigning mHelpDesk to fit your needs. I consider myself a techie like you and can see the benefits. That said, our clients choose mHelpDesk because of how easy it is to use. That is why we were not able to redesign this part of the software for you. Comments: Many great people at this company and they are always very nice. But things do not seem to get solved OR worse problems are created when trying to solve them. I REALLY wanted this to work out with them. They are great people at mHD. But problems just keep mounting and getting worse.

Pros: The people promise a lot and are very friendly, but nothing seems to get fixed. Updates are frequent... but come with big surprises, and NOT good ones

Cons: Random major problems occur... techs have their entire schedule unassigned, WOs will not let you schedule them, invoices show unpaid (even though WePay has already processed it through the mHD app!)... I could really go on and on but this is enough.

Comments: other than the pestering calls software is solid

Pros: easy to use and somewhat intuitive, It appears simple and easy on the clutter. one of the more efficient ones

Cons: I didnt like that I was called non stop for information by salespeople acting as if they knew me. Call me and say where you are calling from willget you further than pretending we go way back

Pros: Clean appearance and ease of use on the mobile application. Simple to use to have jobs run from creation to completion.

Cons: Customer support is pretty much non existent. The person we talked to hung up on us and never tried to get back in contact with us.

Comments: Not a honest Company, made a lot of promises to sell the product, after i made the purchase they wasn't able to delivery what we talked. Stay Away!!

Pros: Easy to navigate in the system,Good Customer Service to set up everything, really has working people.

Cons: People from the sell Department lies to get your business, do whatever you can to do not pay the set up fee, even if they lied to you in the selling process you won't get your money back. They were suppose to call me back to get deeper in my case, never got a call.

Pros: Allows me to run my office functions directly in the field from my phone. I can send invoices immediately after performing service. Ensures much faster payments.

Cons: When having to work in the offline mode when service is not available. Also system has to be restarted several times on the mobile app.

Called support several times and it was a terrible experience. Was sold on versatility - laughable!

Pros: UI was clear and clean, ease of use on the mobile application was the main reason this software was selected. We were sold on the idea support was on-point and the software was modifiable to the users needs, with the exception of hard-coding the program itself.

Cons: Customer service actually hung up on us, which could have been accidental except they didn't reach back out?? Hold times varied from 26 minutes to 38 minutes. The unassigned board in the dispatch module does not show the dates of service so you have to select each service to determine if its time to schedule their maintenance. Then if you head to the jobs section where it does have the date of service it doesn't list the property address, so one has to go into the account to find the location - not the most effective way to schedule or dispatch. Needs functionality support and upon speaking of this we were hung up on - shameful.

Pros: Mhelpdesk is a simple to use software that is a one stop shop to take jobs from creation to completion. Support is second to none.

Cons: The mobile application is a bit slow and could be more user friendly. But our guys have laptops so it hasn't effected us all that much.

Pros: The app could take calls and be customized but for a fast paced on demand service is basically useless.

Cons: I gave a list of things I needed done before I signed up in email. It explained everything in great detail. They said it could be done but after paying for 4 months plus the setup fee found out it could not be done.

Pros: Great software, seamless integration with quickbooks. Great company to work with and implementation was a breeze great.

Cons: I wish I would have had this technology sooner. Helps my business and helps my customers by making me more efficient. I seriously have no complaints

Comments: Very happy with the software! We are not paying for a Mercedes nor are we getting one. But this is a well made little Honda that very nicely us from point A to point B.

Pros: Unlimited users for flat fee Many ways to adapt and use this software to suit unique company needs Updates have been improved the product, especially like "timesheets". Many modules which allow us to roll out new functionality as team gets used to existing functionality. Easy for field staff to us Easy for managers to use

Cons: Would like to be able to hide more fields/functionality for field staff including assigning jobs. Would like to be able to customize invoices , estimates etc based on job type Would be nice to be able to update customer info in job tab

Pros: Great customer support..... Other than that they know they need to go back to the drawing board, as I've been told countless times my CRS reps.

Cons: Limited Software/Constant Crashes Interface Issues & Mobile App Crashes/Not very compatible with QB. As per headline

Overall: Only Great SRS , They seemed very aware of the limitations, everything was being turned over to product development/review.

Best option we found for a Professional Services Automation (PSA) platform.

Pros: For what it does and the price, it was the best deal we found after having looked at other a dozen alternatives. We hardly use half of what it advertises it can do, but all we needed was a Help Desk and Service Ticket platform for our use as a security systems integrator and MSP provider. Their salesperson was extremely patient and helpful, and hosted multiple webinars for stakeholders who could not all attend at the same time. It's still rough around the edges that we need to tweak, but it's 10 times better than trying to use our CRM to do service tickets like we had been doing.

Cons: The interface has that odd feeling, take-up-the-entire-screen-realestate look that supposedly a websites that have to be "Google search friendly" are forced to contend with. Reporting is weak. Some info on screen like service ticket numbers can't be selected with the mouse for copying and pasting, strangely, and not all information detailed areas are easy to get to. No Salesforce integration, but supposedly that is coming someday soon.

Overall: It does the job we need it to do: a Help Desk for internal and external use and Service management.

Customer "SUPPORT" Stinks! They doesn't return phone calls! We are cancelling because of that

Pros: Customer service department is located in the USA and they have great hours of operation that cater to both West and East Coast

Cons: Fails in every aspect of execution, from set up to customer satisfaction. MhelpDesk was built on empty promises. Ill summarize my experience in a very brief manner to save everyone time.

Signed up with MhelpDesk and paid a premium for the premium set-up team to assist in customizing our workflow. Was promised it would be no longer than two weeks but we would strive for 1 week set up time.

1 month later, we are no where. No familiarity with the software. Set up rep, talks too much doesn't listen.

2nd month, new service rep. Great guy, listens very well. Initially make great progress. However we ran into many issues which were supposed to be resolved, some issues would take 4-5 reminders to actually fix. He would say the issue is fixed and it was not, so they must conduct no testing at all.

3rd month. Out of pure frustration we set up 8 hours for our own employees to run through the software and try to figure out our own set up. which we did. Everything is customized to our specs and we completed the set up process from 50 to 100% on our own.

4th month: Customers not receiving email notifications, Customer service has been contacted 4-5 times and offers no solutions, they cannot find the problem so they dismiss it.

This has been one one of the worst businesses we've ever dealt with. A huge waste of time and money. They will tell you everything you want to hear with a great attitude but when something goes wrong, and it will. You are on your own. Good luck

Pros: The product is efficient for both the work field and office staff. The notifications are immediate and helpful to project managers

Cons: We have to forward some notes because mHelpDesk only notifies 2 contacts. It would be helpful to have the option of notifying more than 2 people in our case.

Comments: For the amount of money we spent it does a basic job. Wish there could be more ways to make custom forms look good in a printed and pdf display.

Pros: Quick and easy set up . We paid for the premium set up and we got it. Program is great for service work. Great for organizing a small or large crew of workers.

Cons: Doesnt auto save so you loose some information of your not careful. Have troubles sending items to Quickbooks. Wish that process was easier. Not good for New construction when you have multiple steps to a job and need multiple job types and multiple forms for the same location. Custom forms not really customization unless you know coding. The templates are great but wish I could organize the sheet to print out nicely. No ability to make contracts.

I've enjoyed how user friendly it is!

Comments: Overall really happy with the outstanding customer service which lots of companies have lost sight of these days and the software itself.

Pros: The icons as menu options and the easy to use mobile app. That one can also use the app on the tablet for the sales reps that are out with the customer.

Cons: I cannot edit the tax manually or override the amount that is totaling up and the editing/cropping feature of the logo.

Pros: It is easy to use and easy to speak to an actual person if you have questions or problems. The mobile app works well, especially on our tablets.

Cons: There are a couple small widgets that could be changed or added, but there is also a customer forum that has helped the company make them priorities.

Pros: Easy to add customer and manage the ever growing database. The customer service team is always a click away for ANYTHING!!!

Cons: Prefer to use my own forms for providing estimates. Need to have an feature to present customers 3 options at the time of service. Jobs are lost when you walk out the door!

Overall: I am able to keep everything in one place!

Pros: I am always pleased with the service we receive from the MHelp desk team. We signed up a couple months ago and have requested assistance on several forms and training. We signed up with the premier service and have been extremely happy with the product. We researched MHelp Desk along with many other software services for our HVAC company and this software has 99% of what we need in our business. The service and the software is worth the price. I have worked in the software field for over 10 years and can appreciate the extra effort the team does for our company. Integrates with QB very easily.

Cons: It can be a bit slow with an older computer that has less RAM. Working offline helps the techs when they are using their mobile devices in sketch wireless areas. We had the team import all older invoices from QB which gave the amounts, but not the details.

The software is easy to use for any person- whether you are a computer pro or have basic knowledge!

Pros: I love the fact that I can create custom fields for my jobs that will translate over to invoices. I can make custom fields for each type of service I provide. You can also create custom fields for your customer profile. It absolutely amazes me as I never thought I would find a software tailor made for our niche company- a commercial diving firm. With being able to customize everything from customer profiles to job to invoices I can have the exact software and features I need and am able to disable other features I don't need. Also the customer service is seriously stellar- 5 stars! Every person I have spoken with at MHelp Desk has been extremely helpful , informative, and professional. You can call, email, or even live chat with customer support to suit your needs! They also have loads of resources if you are a do it yourself-er. Between watching videos on their youtube channel to utilizing the community forum- I have hardly needed any assistance setting up my account and utilizing it. The import from Quickbooks is seamless and so simple- it makes switching to a new software insanely easy. 10/10 would recommend!!

Cons: The only con i can think of is having to put my appointments in a time slot. I have not looked into this all the way yet as I am still customizing everything. With my business our service calls do not need time slots and the customer are not present for the work so it would be helpful to see all my appointments for the day without them being assigned a specific time. (even this isn't a real big negative for me more of a pet peeve). I bet if I asked them they could figure out how it can be set up like this!

Pros: Being able to map customers, techs getting directions from job to job, having custom fields populate

Cons: Map doesn't pull up all addresses, not sure about it working with quick books, don't like having to have an invoice prior to getting payment

Pros: It was very affordable and we could get started. The look of the system is ok and the online support was fair. When ever we had an issue we could contact them and they would respond within 5 mins. Overall for what it is the system is good .

Cons: Not that easy to set up and use out in the field for our guys. The lack of customization available was a problem for us. We run a plumbing and heating company and our techs are not super on computers. Still the system is good it just didn't work for us.

Overall: The software was hard to use and froze up a lot. It was not very intuitive and we could not customize it.

Pros: expand ability to others to process invoices, and scheduling and invoicing in one place....really has helped our business

Cons: glitchy sometimes probably has to do with it being on the cloud. doesn't refresh well sometimes...Ex. it doesn't copy well from estimate to invoice

Comments: I was very hesitant having to use a new computer program, even though we picked it from all the others. But the simplicity yet functionality made easy to learn, even for me. We had the representative for onboarding and she was so patient. We surely had to rethink what we wanted to accomplish with every form we used in our electrical company and how to use them in mhelpdesk. We stumbled a bit in the beginning, as we had to make some changes but it surely was worth it. Our paper consumption is way down, we are far more efficient and we look more professional.

Pros: Hands down the simplicity of the program

Cons: Some of our forms are not convertible to this system and we have to use the paper version.

Pros: Easy to set up and start to "try" to use.

Cons: Far to simplistic for a business that handles a variety of service customers from wholesale to retail. Also, the customer service side seems less than competent. When the going got tough, they quit.

Overall: We have a cabling company and found mHelpdesk to be buggy and although easy to use and configure, not near enough configuration to get it to a satisfactory stage for us to use. When the customer service side was confronted with 2 issues they could not resolve, the just stopped communicating and trying. Think twice before using. You will trade "easy" for "really cannot be used in a business environment."

Recommendations to other buyers: We have dropped this product.

I'm personally diving in to see what we could have done better to serve you. I'd like to connect at your earliest convenience. You are right that mHelpDesk can seem too easy to use. Especially for more advanced users like yourself. This is deliberate because most of our customers demand something very easy to use and configure, which means sometimes we have to sacrifice complicated use cases. Being "easy to use and configure" has its pros and cons. The pro is that it works for 90% of businesses that would like to get up and running fast. It makes it easy to train staff on. I saw that you're in the IT data infrastructure business, which has more advanced use cases. The downside is that it's not always obvious how mHelpDesk can handle these. Can we chat 1-on-1 to see if we can come up with solutions? I'm happy to chat.

Comments: I was looking for a lower cost tool to help me in my landscape business for preparing estimates and keeping customers organized. Mhelpdesk does just that. As a web-based application, you can take it with you where ever you go.

Pros: Pretty self-explanatory. The support folks are great to work with and you have many levels of knowledgeable staff that will help you along the way.

Cons: It does not have a budget tool attached to do job costing and see how you are doing financially with customers

Comments: My service department really likes this app. It provides most of the information they need.

Pros: Lots of custom fields. Integrated with android maps makes finding a customer simple.

Cons: Difficult to generate custom reports. Customer will do this for you, but would be better to be able to generate one on the fly myself.

Comments: This is great software. It has truly helped increase our productivity. It is easy to track jobs now and has decreased the time it takes to collect on a job significantly.

Pros: The customer service is fantastic. If we call or email them with a question they respond quickly. This software is customized to our needs and as our business evolves they are able to tweak the software to meet our ever changing needs. It is great for tracking leads, estimates, jobs, invoices and payments. We also use it to assign crews to jobs and get them the information they need for the job.

Cons: This software doesn't have a good way to track employees hours for payroll. There is a makeshift way to do it but is not as efficient as the rest of the software's duties.

Recommendations to other buyers: This is great software. I would recommend paying the additional cost of having them set it up for you. We did the premium package and they continue to make changes and tweaks to meet our needs. Well worth the money. You will make up for the cost of this software quickly as it makes your business run more efficiently and able to give in the estimate, invoice, and collect quickly and accurately.

Comments: mHelpDesk has been a welcomed addition to our operations. In vetting the product it was challenging getting accurate information about how we wished to use the tool. We integrate it with QB and use QB Advanced Inventory for our inventory mgmt. It has been challenging getting the functionality we desire from the inventory module through the mHD UI. Since rolling it out, the core functionality is working well. The enhancements specific to our operations have been less successful. The fact that the mHD team is constantly gathering feedback and augmenting functionality makes me more confident that we will eventually be able to use it as we intended to use it from the onset. The forthcoming API is a big part of this.

Pros: Easy association of work orders with easy to produce estimates & invoicing. Customizations are easily achievable via a user facing settings interface which is quite intuitive. Support has been very responsive to our requests. We may not always get the answers we wish we would get but support is quite robust. mHD is always gathering info from the users and adding functionality. We are greatly anticipating the API.

Cons: No API. the user defined fields are just free text fields. You must export a CSV to use the data. It would be much more helpful if when I enter the mileage from the field techs I could then run a mileage report. The customized report interface is lacking. You cannot query the DB directly.

Recommendations to other buyers: Do you own R&D. Do not rely solely on the info you get from mHD sales. Before you buy, put the time into understanding how you will create your workflows. Pay close attention to how you organize your job types and statuses. Make sure you think your workflows all the way through to reconciliation. Use the support forums and consistently request the functionality you need.

Comments: I liked the UI of the software as an experienced user of Field Service software looking to upgrade from another SaaS product. I was extremely disappointed to find out that there is no way to import job history AT ALL from another platform. The solutions offered were paying them to do it or or manually entering 6 years of history ourselves. If you are looking to move from paper-based system or basic digital calendars this may be great, but if you actually want to move from another SaaS system prepare to be disappointed. I wish I had known this before investing scores of hour importing clients, customizing the UI for my team. Wasted, wasted time.

Comments: Despite their statements, this software does not work well for a lawn / landscape company. I was very specific in what I needed this program to do for my business, and they assured me that it could handle all that and more. When we began to set up the program, I found out right away they had no clue what a landscaping service needed. They asked me to send copies of my proposals and schedules so that they could try to re-create them. They couldn't. Basically I was having to tell them how to design their software. They may have had good intentions, but it turned out being a large waste of my time and I lost a lot of money. Besides the cost of the program I had to pay a large amount of money for training which I was never able to use because they couldn't even get the software right. After patiently waiting two months, I finally had to cancel the service.

Comments: We have been using Mhelpdesk for just about a year and we love it. It is easy to use and has everything we could need! Im a huge fan of the fact that the company takes recommendations of what improvements clients wish to see within the program. Over the past year we have seen many updates. We had tried a couple other programs before deciding on Mhelpdesk and this one is by far the easiest to use, whether you are a tech in the field or dispatch in the office. I highly recommend the service!

Cons: Wish we could create statements in the program. Literally my ONLY complaint.

Comments: I run a home improvement company and needed a solid CRM to stay organized, write estimates, save job details and bill customers. I tried a few and eventually came across MHelpdesk... I've been using it for about 6 months now and it took a little time to get rolling, but they helped me every step of the way. I just upgraded to their unlimited plan so I can scale my business and my encounter with one of the sales agents prompted me to write this review. He was incredibly helpful, fast and professional. It's not too often that you call a company in another state that has employees that are sharp, well spoken and bend over backward to help you.

Pros: Geo tracking is cool. Being able to charge credit cards without having a separate merchant account is another really awesome feature. The entire system is user-friendly and simple.

Cons: No complaints at all.

Comments: It goes without saying that what works for one, will not work for all. That being said this system offers multiple features that you can adjust and turn on and off. The system syncs with Google Calendar and QB, but is not seamless - for me at least.

Pros: This is system offers great costings on projects. It allows you to preset wage rates and the cost behind it, along with separate misc items.

Cons: I have not found any way to generate a time sheet. The most simple of things - but no easy way to make a time sheet.

Recommendations to other buyers: What ever system you choose, there will be aspects that work for your company, and those that you think will not. I suggest forcing yourself to try to use every feature - of any program, instead of just using one aspect. Case in point - the last system we used, we didn't upload an item catalog because our team felt like they could manually enter their material easier than the headache of keeping the catalog up to date. Number one reason why everyone didn't enter in their material - it was too difficult. Jump in completely.

Comments: It is a very manageable and organized software. I have used 2 others and they are not nearly as good. You can do so much with the software to keep track and organize people, work orders, invoices, all in one place. There have been a few issues on the software side but they have been resolved by customer support when possible.

Comments: Overall mhelp is great for the price. For the most part, you are able to customize to fit most of your needs. Has all of the features we need like multiple issue types, creating estimates and invoices though the ticket. You can also have estimates approved though email as well as collect payment online. For what you pay, you really get vast amount of features and custom options which is easy to setup. The only major issue I have with them is their interface. It lags and is unstable. The response time is unstable and can take several minutes to respond and load the page. Some people may think that its not a big deal. However, when you have a customer on the phone and you are trying to open a service ticket, it can become quite annoying for both us and the customer.

Comments: Our company has been using this software coming up on 9 months now. We have invested countless hours in labour to enter all of our inventory and cost it accordingly, only to have it not transfer properly to our accounting software. We pay more for this system than that web based accounting software, which we were told this field software would eliminate down time and work order errors. But its quite the opposite. I find myself in the office until the wee hours of the morning trying to export our invoices for the accounts only to find that products that have transferred without issue in the past, now no longer exist in our product and services. There are many other factors of this software that frankly are not worth beating your head off the wall like I have, ie, time sheets are still not integrated, costing sheets don't work the way they should. (actual cost vs. quoted or estimated cost), rules within the accounting system are not picked up by this system until the invoices and products have already been added to your products and services list (" quotation marks for example") but you only find this out when its time to export to the accounting software does this software tell you. After invoicing has been done and after you have been paid. Meaning you have to go back into all you work orders, invoices, and products and services and change them, before you can try again. All in all SAVE YOUR MONEY, or if you are looking for a field software that will actually save you time and money DON'T PICK THIS ONE, MHELP DESK is the worst system that I have ever had to use. When you do get a hold of customer support, the same old answer is given, "We'll bring it up in our TEAM meeting and discuss with our programmers" USELESS

Pros: NOT ONE!

Cons: TOO MANY TO LIST

Just wish the card processing fee was lower (wepay) or we could integrate other processing companies than just the ones available. But in all help is great. Also my account manager is always there to help and does a fantastic job getting things done for us. Comments: The MHelpdesk Mobile App and Home Pro applications work very well together. The calendar sync function with Google is especially helpful. The personal support that we received from Austin Oniell at MHelpdesk was outstanding. Comments: Having previously used similar services like Jobber, I had many expectation going into using MHelpdesk. While we had a few hiccups during our initial setup while working with support, we did get everything squared away and setup properly. Overall MHelpDesk is setup very similar to similar services. It did not take to long to get used to the interface. All support representatives have been incredibly friendly and always willing to help to the best of their abilities. Although we have had a few issues here and there that required us to reach out to support and if they were not able to help us immediately, it seemed like it took longer than it should for support to follow back up with us. That being said like most services MHelpdesk has many Pros and cons that need to be weighed when deciding to use the service.

Pros: 1. Easy to use user interface 2. Friendly support 3. Very easy to add recurring jobs 4. Text notification are terrific 5. Notes universally kept in client profile 6. Schedule Calendar Screen works great with scheduling and rescheduling

Cons: 1. It would be nice to have a proper punch clock for our employees rather then the start and stop watch that is built into the application. 2. The mobile app does not always work, sometimes it freezes or refuses to load. 3. Reporting is not as easy as similar services 4. When using int he browser it seems to time out often 5. Address input does not always grab the proper address when importing a client. It will try to search and auto fill the address which sometimes inputs a incorrect location.

Comments: I was introduced to mhelpdesk through home advisor. At first I was sceptical, and there were a few rough patches, but that was more due to my unfamiliarity with the new software. What sold me initially was the ability to accept credit card payments for the services my company provides. My rep has been awesome, and has helped me with any questions I have had along the way. I actually feel mhelpdesk has helped my business more than even home advisor. Once you get the hang of it, creating professional looking estimates and invoices has become almost effortless.

Pros: Ability to accept credit card payments. Ease of creating estimates.

Cons: There is a small learning curve when starting to use the software, but with Austin's expert guidance, I got the hang of it in a couple days.

Comments: We began using Mhelpdesk approximately one month ago. The changes in the office have been remarkable. We used to use several different types of technology to keep track of our leads, estimates and invoices. We were constantly re-entering the same information. The potential for and occurrence of typos was constant. Mhelpdesk allows us to enter the information once and then everyone has access to the same information is a much more timely manner. Because the information is entered once, even if there is a mistake it is corrected and that is the end of it, it doesn't get repeated over and over. We have had a faster turn around fro initial phone call to estimate resulting in more sales. Can't ask for more than that!

Pros: Customer Service particularly Marvin Nguyen is absolutely outstanding. We are not millennial and new software is a little harder for us to learn, he was excellent at helping us with even the most basic of questions. He helped us to customize our estimates so that they look significantly more professional than our previous template. He always returned our calls quickly and with a great attitude.

Cons: None that are signficant.

Recommendations to other buyers: Definitely useful, if a group of 50+ office workers and contractors can handle this software than you can too.

Comments: This software is wonderful. Whether from the mobile app or online site, it's very easy and user friendly! My rep, was exceptionally helpful. patient, and made sure I was comfortable with every aspect of the app and website. He answered my many questions before I ventured on my own. He was very responsive to my calls and called back almost immediately when he wasn't available. my reps assistance had me navigating Mhelp software in no time at all, Thanks!!

Pros: The ease and user friendly software allows you to adapt quickly and efficiently to where you're navigating on your own before you know it!

Cons: The monthly fee! I'm just starting out and have to keep to my budget and this monthly fee does not comply...sorry Mhelp.

Comments: The app runs a little slow on my devices but it's definitely worth having.

Pros: It handles money for me, now I don't have to worry about writing a receipt keeping up with the bids I give on jobs, or being fair with my prices nearly as much, M-help keeps it neat and organized for me.

Cons: It took some getting used to at first, there were some big changes for me personally because of my tiny business.

Comments: My rep is a very helpful person. He takes the time to help you and he cares. When i first tried this product, I was far from happy. I conveyed my concerns and they provided someone that does exceptional service.

Pros: Account managers service. The ability to tailor he software to fit my various and wide range of business needs.

Cons: Still some bugs that need worked out.

Recommendations to other buyers: If you try it make sure you have an account rep that wants to help you. If you don't, then request a different one. This will make a world of difference.

Comments: The switch from our old CRM to Mhelpdesk has been a lot of work, but the team at Mhelpdesk has been very helpful in giving us ideas and processes to best use their software.

Pros: The scheduling features, the customization and the team helping me all have been very good.

Cons: The mapping feature is very nice, but the red job markers that turn to green do not work as well as I would have liked.

Overall: I have been in service industries for more than 40 years as a President and CEO - most of those years building a company from its inception as a small local business into a business generating more than 1 billion dollars in revenues. I must say that I have experienced significant difficulty getting set up on mHelpDesk. It has taken more than a month fraught with frustration. I am still with you 100%+ because of your sales, implementation and support personnel.

All of them - ALL OF THEM - have been EXCEPTIONAL. Genuine care, empathy and a sincere desire to help me overcome and work thru a myriad of setup difficulties have been the overriding factors in our finally achieving success with our setup.

Britt has led the charge. Without Britt leading with such grace, style and encouragement we would most likely have moved to the new Intuit Field Mgt. software on an Enterprise platform.

Britt is determined to lead her customers thru any storm towards successful implementation. Her tenacity and determination coupled with her pleasant demeanor are a tremendous asset for your company.

And I cannot say enuf about your tech support team and Stephen, our salesman. Stephen kept us from going to Wintac early on. He is a real professional.

Comments: It is buggy. It has been offline and slow. There have been issues with the mobile app. If you were a single individual it might work ok for you. We haven't been able to make it work well enough for us. There are just some real software glitches.

Cons: Has had too much downtime, not enough customization easily use able. There have been some silly conflicts and some very inconvenient features such as when doing reports it isn't very accurate. For example I ran a report of an employees hours and job detail for a specific time frame. It left out 3 or 4 jobs completed. If I hadn't known he had worked more I would have under paid him. Comments: At first I was excited to implement this program into our business. I researched for a year before choosing a paperless software. MHelp Desk promised a service mobile app. Their demonstrations were impressive. However, they can't seem to deliver what was promised. I would not recommend this product to any service company. The app may or may not save causing much frustration to my team. No news yet on when or if the app will be available and viable. The web version works much better but again you need internet to do that. Not always a possibility when the techs are in the field. There are many promises that they are "working" on the bugs, however, I have to keep adjusting our forms as well. The system seems to cause formatting issues with them. Yesterday I discovered MHelp Desk wiped out appointments that were scheduled. Appointment assigned/scheduled just disappeared from jobs.

Pros: I like the helpful the customer service agents. They really try their best in my opinion.

Cons: I feel that this program and it's designers do not have a clear understanding of the service industry. To market a product and not understand completely your customer base is very frustrating from a consumer perspective. The salesman and the set up agents lead me to believe once our forms were set up this would work wonderfully. I'm very disappointed. We've been using MHelp Desk since March 2016 and we have more issues now then we did during the summer. Like all managers I JUST need this to work. We are in our busy season now and MHelp Desk is falling very short of my expectations. It would be helpful for the staff and programmers to shadow a service company and it's techs to fully understand how to provide the best software.

Recommendations to other buyers: If you have time and patience to allow MHelp Desk to refine their efforts give them a shot. However, if you need a program that works consistently go with a more developed company. You'll pay more but it will be well worth it.

Comments: We are just putting mhelpdesk into use at our business. So far we have found everyone to be very helpful. I was able to set up they system for our needs pretty easily. Took advantage of the "chat" feature where I was able to work immediately with a customer service rep to help me with some features. Also have had their customer service team reaching out to me to ensure that I have what I need. It is wonderful to know that there is a team standing by to ensure that their customers are able to have their needs met immediately. We look forward to using this program as we expand our business as well.

Comments: Product is good for a small residential business. It has some very cool features. Performance is spotty and the mobile app is experiencing some major issues. Reporting and busIness management tools are weak and disappointing.

Comments: I have a small business, and this software gives my employees the ability enter their daily activity, and eliminates the need paperwork. It has made my days much more efficient.

Pros: The ability to add photos, and add a write up of completed work from the jobsite

Cons: I dislike that information entered without a wifi connection does not always sync when a connection is established. Also, I would like to be able to download my personalized forms into the system to be used by my employees

Overall: There were times that I was ready to throw in the towel after my husband died. Mhelp desk stayed true to form with excellent service while I was reputting my live together. I would recommend this to all small court reporting agencies! You can't beat the quality for the value.

Pros: For our needs, mHD was the best of what was available. We knew it wasn't perfect, but we took a chance and it paid off. I love that the software is web based, easy to understand and work with. The people at mHD are very responsive and very nice usually we get answers to any given question within a 24-hour period, often the same day.

Cons: We've had a number of issues with the software and customization of the software. For most issues they were able to offer workarounds. But for some, there is simply no solution and we have not heard back about them. I guess I feel like some commitments have not been met, while others have been met beyond expectations.

Recommendations to other buyers: Take the time to map your business out on a whiteboard or mind mapping software. Get your workflow documented from start to finish so that you can truly evaluate your needs. Then do a dry run of all the forms, features, customer touches and follow up you need from your software to ensure you get what you pay for.

Pros: The support system is very good. It is a good field service application. The web tool is good and placing service calls is easy as well

Cons: The mobile application needs alot of work. GPS tracking of contractors will help greatly. THere is a huge difference in the web and mobile tool. The web tool does not have options to pull up reports. The reporting section of the web tool needs a lot of stream lining. Pulling a report with different parameters is cumbersome. Pulling a report with the details of every invoice is impossible. Need to add more parameters to the reports. Need to move away from per user cost. Have different options for customers.

Pros: It's we based and I can access it from anywhere.

Cons: The fact that it does not work and they don't know how to fix it.

Overall: Will not transfer invoices or payments to Quickbooks Online. System Freezes and they do not know why. App functions in ways that it should not, lots of glitches. Customer service cannot figure out what is going on. Sometime takes days to get a return call. I had a meeting scheduled for 5:00 today and here it is 5:25 an no call or email. Please take your business elsewhere, you do not need this aggravation and frustration.

Pros: Its user friendly for office and field techs and store job photos on their server.

Cons: Unable to make adjustment to the mobile app. but easy to work around.

Recommendations to other buyers: There are training videos, online techs or support that I found to be available without waiting more than 5 minutes. Very helpful and friendly staff. The software integrates with our billing software (quick books) and made the transition simple. Get an unlimited amount of tracking reports. I have not taken advantage of all the options available yet and we have cut down on the paper files and work orders by 80%. Field techs prefer the mobile app that gives them access to files and info that they didn't have. Finally store all job photos on there server and keep your computer space free.

Pros: I like the customer support team they really try to help you and I like the screenshots/videos they send so you can see how they are actually handling an issue or task.

Cons: The program isn't set up for a business like ours, Building maintenance/Handyman, not what the salesman told us. He was certain it would make my job so easy, definitely not the case. I feel he didn't have a clear idea what his product can and can't do. I have to say I really have a hard time believing any salesman anymore.

Recommendations to other buyers: Take your time in choosing, and make sure it'll do everything the sales person says it will, DON'T sign any contracts or change how you do business until you are absolutely sure the product will work. My techs were really unhappy with the mobile app and were ready to through their phones out the window, they would leave notes and they would disappear causing the guys to do re-write there notes multiple times to find out they need to write it on paper also in case it didn't save. Which happened frequently.
