No more back-and-forth messages or trying to remember appointments, everything’s in one place. In a beginning it's a bit confusing at first, but once you get the hang of it, it saves a lot of time. Definitely handy if you’ve got a busy schedule or run a small business. It lets students easily register for classes online and manage schedules. The Stripe integration is a big plus, payments are quick and automatic, so no more chasing after fees. Overall, it saves a ton of time for our studio. Cons Everything seems to be great so far. I especially like the memberships feature, it makes managing recurring students super easy. The Booksteam Team has been extremely accommodating and responsive. They even let me tweak and add to the French version of the tool. The few times I have had problems or questions they have always gotten back to me quickly. I think the value of the product is excellent. The sales team has also been supportive of my tiny company and during the hard COVID times. Pros The Booksteam software is easy to use for the admins, teachers and clients. It's simple and the functionalities used can be personalized. I have intentionally made my usage of it for me, my teachers and clients as minimal as possible to keep it simple and to the point. Cons There is an extra validation step to confirm the booking that my clients sometimes miss, especially if they're using their phone.A waitlist functionality should be added for group classes. This has helped my company retain and grow tremendously throughout the last two years. Cons When I first started using book steam I couldn't access it from my phone. I used to have to contact workers to see who would be available for a job. Then I would have to enter all of the client info into Quickbooks, import the Quickbooks info into my scheduling software. No MORE! On Booksteam staff can modify and set their own hours. Clients book them and the staff receives all the info they need for the job. My business can pretty much run itself now. I love this software. I have not found one like it yet.
