Ok for a small Association but expensive.

Pros

It has a lot of features although most we will never use.

Cons

Can be complicated to use and needs a lot of training. There transaction fee makes the solution very expensive in the end.

MemberClicks customer service is awesome! When you call you promptly get someone knowledgeable that answers the phone. You can email at any time and you get prompt feedback. They also have a knowledge base that has online help for most topics.

I was having an issue with my incoming email. I called and spoke with the support team and he was really helpful. The issue was fixed within an hour but he was helpful in offering up alternative plans for me to get my emails in the meantime!

The product is very good, but the HELP team is excellent. If there ever is an issue they work to resolve it timely. MemberClicks is very easy to use, and the tutorials are very good if I ever get stuck on something.

Excellent customer service. The interface is self explanatory and the system is user friendly.

Cons

It may be helpful if it is indicated on the web version that some functions are only available in the desk top version (which I found out when I contacted the customer service).

The customer-service is wonderful! I would recommend this product because of the excellent customer service.

Cons

The biggest issue we have had to deal with is our membership structure with our organization--we have had to do some work around because of the way the vendor is set up with parent-child relationships.

Pros

Responsive customer service. Helpdesk is really responsible about issues. Everyday enhancement and improvement.

Training could be better. It's only usable for the US. Hopefully, they'll add support for other countries too.
