### "WebLink is a pretty user friendly product and a great AMS for it's price point."

We have been using the software since April of 2018 and so far me and my staff love it. We have been searching for the right AMS for about 5 years and we finally found one that works for our association.

Pros

It's very easy to navigate, I love the mass communication feature and I really like the A/R functionality...a company that finally got the A/R functionality right.

Cons

The only con I see so far is you have to purchase the crystal report writing separately or pay a fee every time you need a new report. I also find it a little challenging to create queries to export data.

### "A Great Way To Organize Personal Information"

Pros

MemberClicks has a clean interface, easy to read, easy to follow. We used it at Hollywood Post Alliance to keep track of our membership and those who would purchase tickets to our organization's events. Easy to search information, easy to follow the trail of receipts and purchases.

Cons

At the top of the personal information pages there would be a box to check if you wanted to keep a member "active". Every time you made a change to the webpage the box would uncheck automatically. If overlooks checking this box, the member would disappear from searches, and one would have to go into the hidden information page to find them again. I felt this was poor design for the software, as the box wasn't prominently displayed and didn't stay checked. It was a hassle, and I dealt with it often. More than that, there was no safeguard against someone who was a non-member filling out information and paying for a ticket at a member discount. It took time, energy, and attention to ensure that everyone who purchased a member-price ticket for our event was actually a member. This could have been automated. It would have saved us hassle.

Pros

It was pretty user friendly, but when I need help, the support team is FANTASTIC! I also love that they are always adding features/improving the product.

Cons

Missing some features that would be helpful, but I think that is normal for his price range

We have only been using Weblink for 8 months and still have some things to implement like single sign on for our members to their Weblink portal and our own member portal but the fact that such integration is possible is a definite plus. Great CRM with a large degree of flexibility. A great pool of canned reports but not some areas lacking from an accounting perspective. Good value for money!

Pros

A very user friendly solution, particularly for those less savvy users. Support is the best that I have ever worked with; they really listen to what your needs are and quick with assistance and solutions. The billing process and ability to auto-generate invoices and/or import data for invoicing is wonderful and saves so much time. Ability to set up for multiple companies and ability to fully document transactions, communications, conversations etc.

Cons

Lacking a lot of the finesse with respect to the "accounting" side of things. Historic reports include adjustments for an invoice made in a future month - i.e. the Revenue report for the month of June will include adjustments that were made in July. Lack of ability to set up commission programs. No direct interface to Sage.

Onboarding process was excellent and fairly easy. Their customer service is also excellent. They are always trying to improve.

Pros

MemberClicks is a moderately priced software that manages essential membership and event registration functions. Its easy for someone who is not a programmer to jump into and export information or run reports. You can also easily filter on most of the fields.

Cons

The canned reporting is limited as is the financial reporting. However you can export easily to supplement.

Pros

I like how the data is stored and the ease in which you can input data and access it. We maintain thousands of profiles and their information using Atlas / Memberclicks. You can access reports and information that will help you on the day-to-day operations.

Cons

I wish it had more options in regards to reports. Some organizations need specific reports and to access those they have to basically tailor it for you for a price. Yet some information should be available as default when accessing reports.

Pros

I can get almost any kind of information we keep in report format. Lots of data available. Customer Service folks very helpful too.

Cons

Still don’t know exactly what we can do. Hard to know what to ask for sometimes. We don’t know what we don’t know. Would love to see regional training in Michigan! We could all pitch in to bring someone here to train us better. Would love the mobile component to be faster and include all areas like the pc version

I'm glad that it does the coding and programing. It's a "plug and chug" kind of system and I love that I can input one thing and save then it is already changed on the website. Very real time and that what you need in todays work place.

Pros

I think the software is very thorough! There are lots of working parts. As a young professional I have learned the basics of the system quite quickly. The customer service is phenomenal!! I've used this system over the last month and had to call to learn more twice; both times the customer service has been very good. They spoke very clear English, were genuinely helpful and friendly, and followed up with articles to help me in the future if I ever ran into the question again. They can screen share and talk in real time to show you how to do what you need to do to get the most out of the software.

Cons

The output of the software is only as smart as inputs of the person using it. I am continually learning to how get the most out of the software. It will take me time but I know I an count on the customer service to be willing to help me learn when I need them. One thing that I have learned the hard way is to push "SAVE" between each page. I wish it automatically saved,but I get that it wants you to save when you are ready.

\- training videos (I love them! These tutorials are helping us and our interns a lot) - adding clients (our database is much cleaner now. Listing businesses under different industry categories helps both us and our business community. )

Pros

Definitely the customer service! I am not that good at technology and IT related tasks are difficult for me to deal with but Weblink team has always been a great help whenever I need tech assistance while using the sofware. I love the chat support option as well! Someone gets back to you within minutes which is great!

Cons

I love both the desktop and online software but wish it was possible to control the other features online such as "news articles". It would be also great if we were able to insert html codes while creating events (into long description section).

1\. Could you provide some guidance on understanding and using the new page editor, and the html programming now being used. 2. An index to the printed support documents is greatly needed. Presently it is more a hodge podge collection of guides and technical steps than it is a useful reference manual that is indexed with clear headings that you can click on and go to. 3. Conduct a survey of the ASAs, asking what we need training in. And repeat the survey a minimum of once a year, and preferably every six months.

Pros

Four major "pros": The program/system in general is very robust, with a lot of features, some of which I am still learning about. Second, the customer service has been very helpful and supportive, with prompt responses to the written questions, and helpful guidance with phone questions. Third, the membership system is very good and also robust. I have yet to find something that the membership system cannot do. Finally, the membership application and event registration forms are very good. In the membership application form the membership renewal notifications are very good. In the event registration forms I am able to provide a membership renewal option to the members by using the group selection feature where I can exclude nonmembers from seeing this option.

Cons

While the designing of the form are getting easier, entering the content requires html expertise. Why can't the content of the forms have a comparable system to the page editor program in the page management system? Regarding the page editor, the new program is less user friendly than the previous program. Also, the html coding is more complex. I believe it makes greater use of CSS, which I am less familiar with.

Pros

I had never used MemberClicks/Weblink and was able to start using the system on my first day. I've been able to teach myself a lot about the program through tutorials online. When I need extra help online chat or phone support has been A+++

Cons

I'm looking forward to being able to use the browser version. Right now, I use browser and database versions. My company uses Mac computers so I have to have a "bridge" to help me use the system...not always easy to access.

Our members love our website now. The contact center helps us keep our members engaged. The forms registration integrates perfectly with our website.

Pros

The value is great for the price of the software. I love how it integrates our website, communications, database, and registration forms. The registration forms are easy to build. The contact center has really improve our communications with members. Easily the best purchase we have made in the past five years.

Cons

There aren't too many cons to this software. I'd like to see social media integration, more customization options for the database e.g. member status, and the ability to build custom reports.

Pros

User-friendly software with an abundance of data options. The customer service is exceptional! I personally use the online chat and the highly knowledgeable staff is eager to help, whether it is chatting, opening up a shared screen, or calling. They always ask the right questions to get you the answer you need in a timely manner. There are lots of functions available and continues to have more options. They have training webinars which are a must and bi-weekly user groups. Helpdesk is a great resource for quick how-to. I love how many options there are for the events to customize each one to your needs.

Cons

There have been a few times where it has been a little difficult to pull the exact data to our exact needs.

Great.

Pros

Having a single application suite of functionally rich tools - is worth it's weight in gold. No need for integrating separate data sets - excellent. Rich flexibility and functionality - excellent. It is not uncommon for integrated solutions to be clumsy and have weak components - which is NOT the case with MemberClicks. Plus the ongoing training and support is top notch.

Cons

There is so much functionality and/or options from which to choose - it's not always clear on the best path to take. Would love to see more situational best practices available to admins - in FAQ's or otherwise.

Overall, we are very pleased with MemberClicks.

Pros

Integration was fairly easy. The product is extremely robust. Customer service is remarkable.

Cons

Searching on the Help Center is frequently useless. Key word searches are insufficient. Although I search in Oasis and not LMS I am inundated with LMS information as well. Fortunately, the Help Desk is outstanding! A written renewal with product cost breakdown should be sent. I'm told it isn't available. Also, I receive too many emails on the same topics.

### "Great app, very powerful, lots of features"

Replaces an over zealous CMS system we used and provides us with an application that is ever expanding and allowing us to connect multiple systems together easier than the previous application we used.

Pros

The program is easy to use and not cumbersome. While this is not a sales tool such as Sales Force is, this program does provide ample ways to manage sales and follow up. The developers are constantly adding new features to the product and listening to their customers for customer needs and adding features to follow those requests. Support is great to work with and quick to respond and they actually work to resolve issues presented.

Cons

Not much at all. The program suits the needs of this association easily. If I had to pick something specific, that would be the application is not 100% web based and is in a hybrid state. They are working to make it fully web based but many pieces don't exist in the web yet. The nice thing about the web based version is that it is much more responsive and quicker to work in than the desktop app is.

The software is not intuitive. After four years, I have learned how to manage the system. It's frustrating. Have I mentioned frustrating?

Pros

There are many functions with this software. We need listservs, profiles for our 1,000+ members, reports and registration forms for our membership. This system has all of those features.

Cons

The system is frustrating, and the editing functions are seriously outdated - think Windows 95 editing functions.

The benefits of using Memberclicks is the the security and the customer support. It would be nice if Memberclicks offered more options for paying through their site since Payscape/Moolah is very costly to a non-profit association.

Pros

I have worked with both the Classic and the Newer platforms. Also, I like receiving daily activity emails. I like features of both - however, overall ease and looks from the Admin side, I would say I like the Classic much better. Classic is easier and more pleasing to look at.

Cons

The newer platform has too many features that are not used by our associations. I do not like searching for what members recently updated. No activity emails. This platform is just too much to work with and not as user friendly.

Pros: -Very helpful customer service reps who can help with nearly any situation that may arise. -Relatively painless roll out of new website and member database. -Offers forms with advanced features like recognizing members upon login and adjusting pricing of conference attendance accordingly. -Member list-serv option offers easy way to reach all members. -Online training and FAQs are available on a variety of topics. This means we don't have to train our successors on how to use MemberClicks- the support is built in. -The price was definitely right. We're a non-profit and couldn't afford a lot of other products on the market. -Can link forms to Paypal or Moolah to easily process payments. Cons: -Website pages have several layers of permissions required (on page itself and on navigation menu), which means you could create a page, and without closer review of the permission settings it may not be visible to everyone. -Sometimes emails sent through the website platform (versus the list-serv address) don't go through at all. -Form creation is VERY counter-intuitive. It's necessary to watch a webinar and be on a service call with customer service in order to figure out the process initially. If the interface were more like Google Forms or SurveyMonkey it would be much easier. -Only ASAs (authorized users) can be in touch with customer service reps directly by phone, and you have to pay extra for additional ASAs past the allowed 2 within your organization. Overall I would still recommend MemberClicks over its competitors because it is a good product, at its core. I would describe myself and my organization as satisfied at this point, and would add that the customer service and information (via email newsletters and MC website) provided are top notch. We would look to MC in the future for possible improvements in the form creation experience and messaging options within the system, but those are small issues in the grand scheme of things.

I find that the software is very user friendly. It was was to learn and using it on a daily basis without a breeze. What I like the most about the help support is, if you do not know how to navigate something in the system the help center is just a click away.

Cons

I wish we had more enhancements for our industry.

So far it's been positive. I'm a WebLink user and had a good experience with WebLink but MemberClicks purchased them a couple of years ago and I haven't really seen a change in the service level which is a positive since I was happy with WebLink.

Pros

It does just about everything we need from invoicing, to keeping contact information to managing our membership lists.

Cons

One tiny thing is that it doesn't allow you to edit referrals after you've manually entered them into the system but I'm hopeful they'll fix that in a future release.
