Cons I would like it to be able to help the payroll processing, something that MindBody does, also, would like to have more options to establish a virtual Studio. I don’t worry that it may cause problems and frustrations. Pros User friendly, intuitive, fast. I can navigate the site fairly quickly and easily, but I’m a teacher. The students get tripped up easier. Cons Can be glitchy at times, ie, checking in names can be slow and holds up the check-in process. Then the class begins late. Changing to Punchpass was scary at first but well worth it. Pros The prompt response from their team. Always had a response within an hour, which I have been with other software companies and that has taken days. I am impressed! They are patient, explain everything thoroughly, and problem solve with me on the call and give me different options to look at. I highly recommend! Cons Sometimes difficult to navigate...to many steps. Once I learned the system it did get easier. I would like to see less steps in the future if possible. It has made my business run smooth and efficient with ease and quickness. Pros It's ease of using and quick response if you need help.It gives you updates that make it even easier to manage. Cons Only on occasions has there been a glitch. But they are on it if you need help. I have no other problems. I like the program. Learning was not difficult and the program serves my pickleball community well. Pros Client Support is strong, Learning curve is medium. Every time I’ve sent an email to the support staff my return reply comes promptly. Cons Punchpass does not allow me to have a membership as an initial gate to my events.
