The platform is super reliable, and if there is ever an issue (which is hardly ever), the support team is open and communicative, and the issue is resolved quickly.
I love how it’s easy to use, all of the items are in one place. I love how we get update emails and I just love how it keeps reports of instructors, payments and classes.
I have been very happy with everything about this program. They are constantly making amazing updates making it so user friendly and efficient.
It is great that most things can be sorted out on one page and that you are not led through 4 pages to complete a task/transaction. The support team have been amazing.
Cons
I have not run into anything that has been a problem or that I've disliked. The only thing I can think of is that I have to manual turn each of my classes into a Zoom online class.
I sometimes struggle with emails I am writing disappearing if I leave the page.
There are not as many automations as other services but the cost is much lower too.
If they changed something it made me crazy. I didn't always know a change was made until I ran into trouble.

"Offers all the important things I need for my business"
Overall: It's affordable and perfect for a small business (yoga studio). I use the booking/calendar, online payments, zoom, content library, email and various reporting functionalities. It's super practical to have one log in for all the studios I have an account with.
Pros: It's super easy to use, back end as well as front end. Changes requests and updates are implemented regularly and replies from the team when asking questions or reporting issues are always prompt and super client friendly.
Cons: I would appreciate a little more flexibility in bulk action extension functionality, the option to choose which passes are extended and which ones are not. Right now, it's all passes, all memberships or individually. I would love to be able to single out specific passes. I'm sure the team is working on these kinds of changes.

Overall: Overall, I have been thoroughly pleased with my choice to use Punchpass for my studio. I continue to recommend it to other studio owners!
Pros: The Punchpass Team is extremely helpful! They always respond quickly, and are so knowledgeable about their product. They are very friendly and have often gone the extra mile to help with a situation/question.
Cons: Their Reports options are not as detailed as some other platforms, but I am not in need of such detailed reports on a regular basis.

"A great fit for mindful teachers and coaches"
Overall: Clients have a simple experience with the platform...they know what they want and can easily book and pay for it. I love that I can require clients to pay for a Pass prior to booking so there is no way to lose income. Punchpass is a very personal business which is a great fit for my small, community-focused business.
Pros: I love that Punchpass is easy for me to use as a meditation teacher and mindfulness coach - and that my clients love it too! I also really appreciate that I can search their Help section in a "conversational" way...it's like they know how I think! I type in my question as if I'm asking a representative for help and 99% of the time I find what I need. In the 1% of time that I couldn't find help I emailed them and received very prompt support by email. Punchpass is always enhancing what they offer so it keeps getting better and better.
Cons: I would improve the checkout experience by letting people schedule more than one class at a time. I'm guessing this will be improved soon, if it hasn't already been changed.

"Can't recommend Punchpass Enough"
Overall: I think that Punchpass is one of the best companies I have had to deal with as a professional. And, believe me, I am a picky customer! High quality customer service, amazing product... they always make my business look great.
Pros: I can't say enough good things about Punchpass. I know they usually work with studios, but I actually have an educational business teaching online classes and their format has been incredible for my business. I actually had signed up with another group before them and it was just so complex and annoying to set up. But Punchpass is incredibly intuitive. Their customer support is also amazing. They spent a ton of time in the beginning answering my questions while I got set up. They also provide incredibly detailed "help" sections on every topic imaginable. If I can't figure something out, I never feel alone as they get back to me very quickly. I have also received so many compliments from my students' families about how easy it is to sign up for classes and workshops. The pricing is also very reasonable for what a business gets. I really can't say enough about them.
Cons: Here and there, there have been things that they have needed to fix, particularly on new offerings they have rolled out. However, they fix them quickly and stay in touch with me the whole time. Honestly, I am just impressed that they are always trying to make their product better -- they will take client suggestions about improving or adding a feature and actually follow through!
