Pros

I am able to access my pilates classes no problem using the built in punchpass system. I get notifications via the system that are super helpful.

Cons

I don't have any complaints about Punchpass. It is a great service that does what it says it does. No notes.

PP is a pleasant experience 95% of the time. I don’t worry that it may cause problems and frustrations.

Pros

User friendly, intuitive, fast. I can navigate the site fairly quickly and easily, but I’m a teacher. The students get tripped up easier.

Cons

Can be glitchy at times, ie, checking in names can be slow and holds up the check-in process. Then the class begins late.

So far, much improved experience. A CRM that I use mostly for small group training classes but also for 1:1 personal training clients. Not the cheapest but def worth the cost considering the functionality. I’d consider it a huge upgrade over “rectangle”

Pros

Much nor intuitive than previous software. Charges every 4 weeks rather than monthly. Allows for late cancel fees and cutoff times. Great for solo entrepreneurs who may not have a ton of funds.

Cons

The stripe integration is a bit…strange. It’s not a complete integration and takes some time to get used to.

Outstanding customer service 100% of the time! Simple to use-- for both administrator and customers.

Cons

Would love additional Waiver options so I can have a customized Waiver for each class that I am offering.

Very positive. It’s been a fantastic and necessary addition to my business and has enhanced the overall customer and backend experience.

Pros

The ease of use, reliability, and responsiveness of Punchpass make it very appealing as a user. The Banyan price point is very fair for what it offers.

Cons

Would like to be able to have a “cart” for customers who are purchasing multiple passes, rather than having to go back in multiple times to purchase individual passes.

Learning curve, easy to make edits and changes, great value, easy for clients...we have used other softwares and this one is by far the best.

Cons

No issues yet. We do have to upgrade for members to be on automatic tuition payments, but that's all I can think of.

My overall experience has been excellent, especially with the staff. Changing to Punchpass was scary at first but well worth it.

Pros

The prompt response from their team. Always had a response within an hour, which I have been with other software companies and that has taken days. I am impressed! They are patient, explain everything thoroughly, and problem solve with me on the call and give me different options to look at. I highly recommend!

Cons

Sometimes difficult to navigate...to many steps. Once I learned the system it did get easier. I would like to see less steps in the future if possible.

The whole program so extremely hard to navigate. You would have to go through 10 pages just to add a class or service. They also were extremely expensive. No help from customer service.

Integration was strong and easy. I like the program. Learning was not difficult and the program serves my pickleball community well.

Pros

Client Support is strong, Learning curve is medium. Every time I’ve sent an email to the support staff my return reply comes promptly.

Cons

Punchpass does not allow me to have a membership as an initial gate to my events. I would prefer being able to require a membership in order to get to my events that require an additional payment

Overall, I enjoy using Punchpass as an instructor when keeping attendance records. I definitely recommend.

Pros

There is a sense of ease when checking in customers who are attending class. You can mark attendance as each customer arrives.

Cons

There is a bit of a learning curve when needing to change a customer’s attendance for class. It took me a few extra minutes to figure it out.
