Students are not having any issue using it for sign up. Pros It met my needs at a fiar price, and the help feature allowed me to immediately answer any questions I had. Cons Integrating into my website was a bit confusing, but the help feature answered all of my questions with step by step instructions. Also, I wish that there was a physical device to have in studio to take payments on instead of having to type cards in manually. For a small business with 1 employee (me) Punchpass makes it super easy to keep track of everything. Pros The ease of the platform, the interface, the simplicity. The fact that I can continue to accept venmo & zelle payments from clients and the platform records those transactions making it much easier for both the admin side and the user side. The price point is reasonable and the CUSTOMER SERVICE IS FANTASTIC! They are quick to respond to individual questions. Cons So far I have nothing negative to say, only that I should have done my research sooner on other options besides Wix. I was trapped inside Wix's platform for payments, attendance etc... If i offer a 10 class pass wix considers that a subscription. So if someone had only 1 class remaining and they wanted to book 2 classes in one day that became a huge problem. I would have to "sell and other subscription" to the client and it was just very user unfriendly. Also, wix couldnt track zelle or venmo so i would have to manually add class packages/subscriptions to their accounts when i received a zelle or venmo. BTW, i did the 2 week trail of Punchpass and beta tested it hard on my own. Once that was successful I implemented it all on my own. Have since looked to moving to MindBody with improved customer service. Pros Cheaper than the competitors in the booking market. Cons Customer service was very poor. We are quite happy with the app. Pros It’s a versatile app easy to use for clients and users, is always integrating new features. They have great customer service and it’s a great tool for its price. Cons I would like it to be able to help the payroll processing, something that MindBody does, also, would like to have more options to establish a virtual Studio. Cons Would like to be able to have a “cart” for customers who are purchasing multiple passes, rather than having to go back in multiple times to purchase individual passes. A CRM that I use mostly for small group training classes but also for 1:1 personal training clients. Not the cheapest but def worth the cost considering the functionality. I’d consider it a huge upgrade over “rectangle” Pros Much nor intuitive than previous software. Charges every 4 weeks rather than monthly. Allows for late cancel fees and cutoff times. Great for solo entrepreneurs who may not have a ton of funds. Cons The stripe integration is a bit…strange. It’s not a complete integration and takes some time to get used to. Cons The web-based app is okay, but sometimes the screen moves, which is not something you would see in a real app. I also wish there were text reminders that clients could get instead of emails. So I continue using it. Pros Punchpass has all the features you need to run a yoga studio. If you need a new feature you can ask the developers of punchpass to create it. Punchpass is very flexibel, intuitive and easy to use, both for the teachers and for students. You can reach your customers sorted to different clusters. You can create video courses and sell them. The reporting is very differential. It has different integrations. No hidden costs! Cons I love punchpass - it is really the best tool. Only one thing there is for users from Germany that has an issue - according to the German data privacy law punchpass is not suitable because the server is not in Germany or EU. But I use punchpass anyway and had no problems with the law till now.
