Pros

I like that it's an affordable and user friendly system for my business needs. If I have a question, they have many informational pages for me to explore, and they also get back quickly with questions. I'm glad I found Punchpass.

Cons

There are a lot of steps for some functions. And I wish they interfaced with one of my other partners.

I feel that Punchpass speaks in a language I understand as a yoga and meditation teacher. Any time I use the Help feature I type what I'm thinking and the help appears! It's very intuitive, or it reads my mind. The staff is always helpful, and never judge even when the answer might have been obvious. Punchpass is a kind system, both online and when talking with staff.

Pros

I love that Punchpass integrates easily with Stripe, Zoom, Mailchimp and more! I do not have time to become a tech professional while also teaching meditation and running a small business, so I appreciate that Punchpass handles most daily tasks. I can list every service I offer in one place on Punchpass. The monthly fee is very reasonable given how much time it frees up for me to focus on my content creation and service to the world.

Cons

My clients would like Punchpass to allow booking multiple class reservations all at once, and multiple purchases. Clients should be able to create a shopping cart of sorts for all their purchases.

Reason for choosing Punchpass

I looked at 13 scheduling systems and chose Punchpass in 2020. I was working for a yoga business that used MindBody so I knew I wanted something smaller, more manageable and less expense. Acuity/Squarespace was the 2nd runner up but it was not intuitive for me in my free trial. I considered others but only these 3 stood out as offering online booking, payment integration, Zoom integration and integrating with my Wix website. I really chose Punchpass because you are friendly, fun, kind, and make sense to small business people like me!

I have had a great experience with PunchPass and always appreciate your timely responses to my questions and concerns. Love that you've posted about my business on your social accounts and I can tell your team is passionate about helping fitness businesses grow. I have been using PunchPass since I started in 2020 and I can't wait to see where PunchPass is in another 5 years.

Pros

PunchPass has been super user friendly from day one. My favorite things about the program are that you all are constantly updating the features and listening to your customers and our needs. The customer service is fantastic and I genuinely feel valued and heard.

Cons

Back in 2020 when I started using the platform it was limited, but you have since updated the things that fell short and have really grown with my fitness business. I would like more report options when it comes to sales, as well as someday have the option for our customers to add their photo. I have also asked about "day passes" where my client could attend unlimited classes 3 days per week, rather than an overall monthly membership.

I have used Punchpass for over 6 years now! And, my experience has been great. They always put the customer first, answer all of my questions when I can not find them on my own. They literally saved our small yoga studio's business model during Covid by integrating Zoom into the platform for online classes -- before we were locked down. So I got a head start on this critical and invaluable feature. (Including a content library that is an invaluable feature) They are constantly adding new features to make it even better. And, offer excellent workshops to support our use of the platform.I often feel that Punchpass is growing with me, and together our businesses are getting stronger. And, I really do love their customer service! I always feel supported.

Pros

I love the ease of use, the design format and clarity that Punchpass provides to both myself and my customers. But what I really love the most is the customer service which is outstanding!

Cons

Some of the features on Punchpass can be limiting as they are not as flexible as I would like. Such as when you want to supply a discount code, it can't be specified for one pass or another, but applies to all. Same for the membership credits you can not personalize how many, so it is not a feature I can use at this this time. But these are very easy to work around.

I love that Punchpass is a smaller company that can give me the individual attention and care I desire. It was also more affordable, and that was important. I also liked how it looks. As a graphic designer, the interface is important to me -- not only how it looks, but how easy it is to use on my end and for the customer. It has all of the features that I need too!

Initially there was a bit of a learning curve getting my classes set up on Punchpass and linked to my website, but now I find it easy to update each time I change my schedule. My clients love the Content Library option and the ease with which they can sign up for classes online and have the Zoom links delivered to their inbox before every class.

Pros

Clean, uncluttered interface for me and my clients. Customer support is excellent - very knowledgable, responsive, friendly, and willing to troubleshoot. I love that it is a small company with dedicated employees. They are constantly improving the software based on customer input.

Cons

Cost: I have a very small business, I'm a sole proprietor, and I wish the monthly cost was a bit lower. That said, the company has not raised their rates and I've been with them since 2021!

I've had an amazing experience using Punchpass. I've been with them since I started my yoga business in 2016, and even though I've tried other booking systems over the years, I always come back. The system is reliable, easy to use, and honestly, the most important part of my business, so it's a huge relief knowing I never have to worry about it. Their support team is thoughtful, responsive, and incredibly helpful whenever I need anything. In all these years, I've never had a single issue. Highly recommend!

Extremely reliable: I've never had a single issue with the system in all the years I’ve used it. Amazing customer support: The team is thoughtful, quick to respond, and always helpful. Great for small businesses: It’s especially supportive for independent instructors and small studios. Consistently improving: Even after all these years, Punchpass continues to evolve in a way that supports my business.

Cons

Tried other systems out of curiosity: But honestly, none of them matched Punchpass’s ease and customer service, so I always came back.

I adore this company and am not only a loyal customer, but a fan.

Pros

PP has GREAT customer service and is EASY to to create links for social media, mailchimp, and web sites, etc. Zoom integrates well too. There are lots of training opportunities as well. and customer service is FAST, kind, & effective. I love the many tools for PERSONALIZED client account management. They even add new features you request when they can.

Cons

It is expensive for smaller solo-preneurs. In the future, I would like more private session features like callendy, so that I can show coaching clients AVAILABLE slots easier, with a cleaner view. It is harder to book individual clients, if you offer many things.

I began using Punchpass when COVID shut down my physical location and limited class numbers due to covid spacing requirements! Prior to Punchpass I was just a paper/pen operation. Adding in the Punchpass system to help keep me organized and streamline my operations has been a game changer for my business!

Pros

The ease of use for staff and customers! I especially like the reporting and accounting to be able to compare attendance per class and instructors. I love that Punchpass sets up automatically the zoom links and is automatically sending out confirmations for registrations and reminders to customers along with the zoom links to customers to join on line classes!

Cons

The manual upload process of zoom recordings! Also, the inability to split a payment for a class card between credit cards as several of my seniors are given debit cards to use under their health insurance to put toward a class card.

literally excellent. Even when there was a glitch, I was chatting with PunchPass personnel and - voila, problem solved with in 24 hours!

Pros

PunchPass is intuitive. It is easy to use and integrate into our Rivers Run Pilates studio website. Our clients say it is quick and easy to get passes and register for classes. As an admin/owner I am very happy that we chose this and I can maintain communications with clientele, run reports, look at financials, check on my class registrations and much more!

Cons

Honestly - I cannot think of a downside...

Overall, good. The quality of the support is excellent. Very prompt responses with really helpful instructions and examples. A very nice change from 'bot' orientated responses (please don't go down the bot path)

Pros

It does mostly want we want (I don't know of a perfect system out there)

Cons

The order of usage of passes, no support for multiple zoom channels, inability to consolidate Live and Online (Hybrid) classes into one instance on the schedule

It’s been a pleasant one and has helped my business grow. Anytime we had a question about something there was friendly personnel to help resolve the issue.

Pros

It easily allows me to keep up with client information, class attendance, email reminders for classes scheduled, and at an affordable price. Others I have considered we’re gonna break the bank.

Cons

Probably just learning all that’s included with navigating and getting students to add the app to their phone. Many students wanted to go to App Store and then complain they couldn’t find the app.

I started using PunchPass in 2020 when I had to limit class sizes and haven’t looked back even though I could discontinue I like what it offers!

Pros

It’s super easy you use and works for various classes, teachers and reports. Also customer experience has been great the minimal times I’ve needed it. Also my clients like the ability to check their class passes (used, number left, expiration).

Cons

It’s a bit pricey but when compared to other systems isn’t bad.

I love the simplicity of PunchPass. I love that the software is user-friendly. I absolutely love how responsive and helpful their customer service team is.

Cons

The web-based app is okay, but sometimes the screen moves, which is not something you would see in a real app. I also wish there were text reminders that clients could get instead of emails.

I love it and have recommended it to another studio (Namami Yoga, also in Western Australia) and another business in Queensland (Harmonic Egg) who are considering swapping over to you. So, my experience is positive enough to refer it on!

Pros

Customer service is a human being who replies to emails! And that I don't have a bot as my first point of contact. The day you turn to bots and that is the day I look elsewhere!

Cons

The development of an idea - for example, I really want memberships to have a minimum (EG. a customer takes out a memberships and they cannot self-cancel until the 3 month minimum period is up)...and I have suggested this, and CS tells me it's in the works. So for my business, the self-cancel feature is defeated by not having minimum membership periods. I love that I can suggest something, but sometimes wish it could be turned around a little faster :)

10/10 - I have been using for 6 years and have zero plans to move away from punchpass. The value is stellar.

Pros

It’s really easy to use. Simple product. I also love the real time customer support. That’s probably my favorite feature, human support in 2025.

Cons

There are some small software enhancements to be made but usually I find it’s just a matter of time before they are updating it or if it submit a request they will try their best to accommodate my enhancement request.

There is a sense of ease when checking in customers who are attending class. You can mark attendance as each customer arrives.

Cons

There is a bit of a learning curve when needing to change a customer’s attendance for class. It took me a few extra minutes to figure it out.

I would like a drop down menu as an option for appointments. I have various possible things people could set an appointment for. It would be very helpful to create that.
