My experience with Punchpass has been very positive. Their customer support is efficient in resolving any inquiries or issues with the software, should they ever arise. The support team is friendly, and the platform has significantly reduced paperwork in my studio, making our operations much more streamlined.

Pros

Punchpass excels at simplifying the reservation process, making it incredibly easy for both clients and administrators to manage bookings. Also, the platform is a powerful tool for organizing and managing your studio. Something that i love is that Punchpass consistently introduces new features and updates, ensuring that the software evolves with the needs of its users and making my money worth more. Finally, these platforms provide users with opportunities to learn new ways to use the software effectively, exchange ideas, and solve common problems with input from the Punchpass community and support team.

Cons

While Punchpass offers a variety of new features, many of these are only available in the more expensive subscription plans. This tiered access can be a limitation for smaller businesses or those on a tight budget, although it's understandable given the value of the advanced features.

### "Use PunchPass if you want more time to work on your business"

The support team at PunchPass is great. They respond to issues quickly. They continue to upgrade without making the platform too complex. They make it easy to run your business and keep track of your metrics with plenty of reports and trackers. They've boosted their automated emails which has also been a great perk. I'm very satisfied with PunchPass and would never go back to the big complex CMP I was using before.

Pros

It's easy to get setup and learn. It's easy for the customers and clients to use as well. My members have very little problems with PunchPass. And if they do, they are easily managed and corrected.

Cons

I've struggled trying to use one of the big client management programs (CMP) and I honestly don't have any problems with PunchPass.

Pros

It's ease of using and quick response if you need help.It gives you updates that make it even easier to manage.

Cons

Only on occasions has there been a glitch. But they are on it if you need help. I have no other problems.

I think that Punchpass is one of the best companies I have had to deal with as a professional. And, believe me, I am a picky customer! High quality customer service, amazing product... they always make my business look great.

Pros

I can't say enough good things about Punchpass. I know they usually work with studios, but I actually have an educational business teaching online classes and their format has been incredible for my business. I actually had signed up with another group before them and it was just so complex and annoying to set up. But Punchpass is incredibly intuitive. Their customer support is also amazing. They spent a ton of time in the beginning answering my questions while I got set up. They also provide incredibly detailed "help" sections on every topic imaginable. If I can't figure something out, I never feel alone as they get back to me very quickly. I have also received so many compliments from my students' families about how easy it is to sign up for classes and workshops. The pricing is also very reasonable for what a business gets. I really can't say enough about them.

Cons

Here and there, there have been things that they have needed to fix, particularly on new offerings they have rolled out. However, they fix them quickly and stay in touch with me the whole time. Honestly, I am just impressed that they are always trying to make their product better -- they will take client suggestions about improving or adding a feature and actually follow through!

I have been using Punchpass for over 4 years. I have grown my online business with this platform, and as my business has evolved, Punchpass has grown with me. I love seeing the updates and how they respond to our needs.

Pros

I love the prompt replies I get to my questions. I know there are committed people on the other end of my chat who know exactly how to fix any issue I have. And when I need something that isn't offered, it is put on a list of future updates.

Cons

I wish it would integrate with Convertkit.

The pricing page is overwhelming for clients since every option shows in a list and we offer so much. It would be nice to have categories and drop down options to keep it cleaner and more navigable.

Pros

I like the crossover between seeing customer profiles and being able to have the capacity to book private classes and groups in too.

Cons

Several of the automations that are very used in Calendly are not yet available in punchpass and also for social media I would love to be able to use this software to do that too?

Overall, I've been very satisfied with Punchpass. It meets the needs of my yoga studio and generally provides an excellent customer interface.

Pros

The transparency and the control. The ease of use for customers. The ease of use for the admin and teachers. The Virtual Content Library option. The webinars to help me grow my business and better use Punchpass. The excellent customer service. That Punchpass is responsive to my needs and suggestions.

Cons

Some of the applications are a bit awkward but Punchpass keeps making changes and improving. The app can be a bit confusing for customers since it's not "in" the App Store.

Overall I've had a good experience with Punchpass. It was a very easy program to learn and on the day-to-day it does not give me many issues.

Pros

It's easy to use, and it's very organized.

Cons

Oftentimes, when we schedule people for standing reservations, the program does not automatically add them to the waitlist if any of the future classes are full. We also keep finding that we pause passes, but they still restart without us resuming them.

It's affordable and perfect for a small business (yoga studio). I use the booking/calendar, online payments, zoom, content library, email and various reporting functionalities. It's super practical to have one log in for all the studios I have an account with.

Pros

It's super easy to use, back end as well as front end. Changes requests and updates are implemented regularly and replies from the team when asking questions or reporting issues are always prompt and super client friendly.

Cons

I would appreciate a little more flexibility in bulk action extension functionality, the option to choose which passes are extended and which ones are not. Right now, it's all passes, all memberships or individually. I would love to be able to single out specific passes. I'm sure the team is working on these kinds of changes.

### "Best way to expand your online fitness studio"

I've been with Punchpass for about 3 years now and found it extremely easy to get started using and very cost-effective for the opportunities this software provides. I've not come across another software that is this simple and effective for an online fitness studio. I've been able to offer 1:1 sessions, group classes, workshops, and access to a library of recorded workouts to customers all over the world. It's 100% the best decision I've made to expand my online fitness studio.

Pros

Super easy to use for both administrators and customers. And if there are any questions at all, the customer service has been very quick (within 24 hrs), personalized, and thorough.

Cons

Right now there isn't a way to schedule emails that you want to go out to customers, although they are starting to include automated email responses to certain actions taken on the customer's end that are totally customizable to your business.

After researching multiple options, what “sold” me on deciding on punchpass was my first call. It was a mix of professionalism and yet I felt like I was talking to a friend. I never felt “sold” too and this one was big for me. It also offered everything I was looking for with a great price. Definitely loving this platform thus far and my students have said it’s easy to navigate too.

Pros

Super easy to use once it’s up and running. How it much comes with the price. Customer service has been amazing!

Cons

It’s not “luxury” feeling yet and would love an app.

Glofox is super expensive and cost more when you want to add on demand library and there was something else they charged extra I can’t remember. Offering tree wasn’t very professional on my first call and I reached out with questions and never heard back until I followed up again. They are $60 Mo I think? But didn’t want to risk not having the support for $40mo compared to Punchpass.

Overall, my experience with Punchpass has been amazing. We started using Punchpass when we opened our doors in 2020 and have not once thought out about changing providers. We are so pleased with their platform for our small business. I highly recommend Punchpass to anyone starting out.

Pros

One of the biggest incentives for me about Punchpass is the ease of use and the cost. The cost is an incredible value for what you get. An additional bonus is the customer service offered by their team. Not only are they timely in their response, but they are so kind in making sure all my questions are answered.

Cons

The only con I have is with their appointment feature. To use the feature the appointment must be consistent month to month. My private appointments are not consistent on the day or times which means I cannot use this feature.

Very good experience. We could not handle the 2000 monthly participations without it.

Pros

Punchpass is the BOMB. We started with Punchpass several years ago and could not run our online classes without it. We offer classes to our older community, and they find Punchpass easy to use when signing up for classes and getting class notifications. The customer service is great. Questions are answered in a timely basis.

Cons

Customers would like the ability to setup a class series rather than one class at a time. An admin person can do that, but not the customer. Would like all the reports formatted the same - some reports put first name, then last, but it is not consistent.

So far I am very happy with PP. I found the last software company didn't seem to care that much about my business- if the system was down they never told me. If they changed something it made me crazy! I didn't always know a change was made until I ran into trouble! So far PP has not failed (yay!) and they have been very communicative regarding new features.

Pros

Customer service is great! I don't always understand the answers at first, but they will tolerate many questions. I believe it is easier to use for my students and clients, and this is the most important thing.

Cons

I find some of the operations complicated. I would also like to be able to store credit card information as my customers are used to that from my last software.

My overall experience with PunchPass has been superb. My clients love it and it makes managing my classes super easy. I especially love the memberships, easy of offering discounts, Zoom integration and content library. The support is awesome as well. I always get a quick and helpful reply when I use the help feature.

Pros

The site is very intuitive and easy to use from the admin side. And there are lots of great help articles to instruct or remind me how to do anything. I love being able to have a content library which means I have more options to offer my clients and memberships or packages to sell.

Cons

I have not run into anything that has been a problem or that I've disliked. The only thing I can think of is that I have to manual turn each of my classes into a Zoom online class. The integration with Zoom has been seamless but it would be more convenient if I could turn all occurrences of a class to Zoom rather than doing it for each week.

excellent! I love all the feautres and I tell all other gym owners I know that PunchPass is the way to go and a must-have.

Pros

Ability for instructor to log in and edit their class and cancelled classes will show on calendar. Also, love that I can embed calendar into other webpages; although I wish I could change the formatiing. Looks kinda odd on desktop ->> \[sensitive content hidden\]

Cons

Some people have a difficult time saving the link to their phones (a third of our gym members are over the age of 60). An app they can download would maybe solve this problem.

Punchpass has helped me to streamline the sales of my yoga passes, series, workshops, and memberships. They keep track of everything for me so I can focus on teaching. I can even offer people discount codes. My students love it and say its easy to use. I have had some issues come up where students make two accounts by accident and they were able to help me immediately and teach me in a way that now I can fix things without their help. I am thrilled with Punchpass.

Pros

Punchpass has incredible customer support, anytime I want help figuring out how to sell and new class or set up a different system they are there to help, a real person! Its incredible. And they also are so open to feedback, any suggestion I have made they have implemented.

Cons

Nothing, Punchpass does it all for me, it feels like I hired someone to help me with my small business.

Exceptional! I would not switch to something else. For a small company they are highly skilled and motivated to give their customers the best service!

Pros

The customer service is incredible! These people know their product and treat every question seriously, answering the questions in full detail. I never hesitate to call them no matter how uninformed i feel!

Cons

The platform is a little limited on what new clients can see and read but then I dont want to manage a website !! So once you SET up your account its DONE ! I dont have the skill or the time to manage a full website !

Pros

Punchpass is very user-friendly. They are always working on ways to improve your experience and stay innovative. The price point and multiple tiered options, allow you to choose a best fit for your business and budget. I've used Punchpass for about 9 years.

Cons

I can't think of any detractors. Even when I had to stop using it for a while years ago for financial reasons, when I returned my information was still available for me to pick up pretty much where I had left off.
