It is super easy to set up passes, a schedule, customer accounts and lots of other options. They offer a bunch of reports and features to help track purchases and funds. I have had many contacts with the people of Punchpass and they are THE BEST. They are helpful, knowledgeable, willing to do whatever they can to help your business. Pros Ease of use, user friendly, fantastic customer support, easy for clients to use Cons I don’t have any complaints about Punchpass. After using other systems, I feel this one to be the best for my studio. Pros Punchpass is the most user friendly system I've used as a teacher and studio owner. I had zero problem understanding how to use it from day one. I considered two other platforms and I'm glad I decided on punchpass. It's also user friendly for teachers and admins that you add access for. Requires little to no explanantion. Cons I see no cons other than I haven't integrated my payment system because I didn't want to switch payment methods and that's my decision. I manually add passes and it's working fine for me. I guess being able to integrate more forms of payment could be a plus in the future. I love how aggressively the team comes up with new features, they communicate well, and the system has never once crashed or failed me. I have colleagues who have used other studio management software out there and it seems to be overpriced and a nightmare, punch pass is fairly priced and a dream to use. Pros The customer service stands out above anything I've ever experienced in business. I can count on a prompt thorough response to every question, every time from a real human being. It was fairly intuitive to set up and if you get stuck there are many step by step tutorials in the support section. Cons It's hard to answer this because I know the Punchpass team is constantly adding new features. If I were pressed the aspect I like least about Punchpass is the email marketing integration. I use Mailerlite and I have to manually import my customer list every time. I'm sure the coding would be a nightmare to have PPass integrated across multiple platforms. At the end of the day it's not enough to get me to switch. Pros I've been using Punchpass for over a year and a half. It's great for my small, one-person business. It's affordable and I can automate just about everything, saving me time in creating, scheduling and editing classes and communicating with students individually and in batches. Students like that they can conveniently buy passes, see class schedules, sign up for classes and receive automated reminders. I like being able to quickly see student information, class sign up status and pass status. And I like that there's both a website and mobile option. Cons Limited to only using Stripe for pass purchase transactions. I'd like an option to potentially use a lower transaction service. I'd also like a little more customization at the base level, but I understand that Punchpass needs to differentiate between customer membership levels. They respond in a timely manner, and if the software can’t do what I hoped, they always have suggested work arounds or ideas I hadn’t considered. Scheduling to understand as an admin and is easy from a customer perspective. Integrations are good. Cons Lack of email marketing suite. I needed it to do more for me as a one man show. It was a very easy program to learn and on the day-to-day it does not give me many issues. Pros It's easy to use, and it's very organized. Cons Oftentimes, when we schedule people for standing reservations, the program does not automatically add them to the waitlist if any of the future classes are full.
