It’s easy to use for both the administrator and the student. All of my technical questions are answered efficiently and in a timely manner. Pros What I like most about Punchpass is the ease of use for the administrator and students. I also like that my technical questions are answered quickly and efficiently. Cons In addition to the “student pass renewal” email— it would be great to include an automatic feature that reminds students after each “no pass” class attendance. One more thing— it would be great to include a text communication feature within Punchpass. Pp let me do a free trial & I never looked back. Great features, easy to use. Pros I love that pp makes me look on top of my game, by sending out auto reminders for punch cards that are running low or about to expire. Cons I don’t want to pay extra for the ability to have my clients log in & see where they’ve signed up, but that’s my only complaint. I have been with punchpass since 2019 and have been happy the entire time. It works well and has remained cost effective for my small yoga studio. It makes it much easier to manage than if i were taking payments and reservations in person. Punchpass really takes some of the stress out of running a yoga studio. I also love the forum they offer where you can suggeat and votw on new features for the platform. Cons I suppose, if i have to pick a con, that because it is a small team, sometimes it takes a little longer for new features to be released. But that is understandable! Review Source DK Dan K. After using other systems, I feel this one to be the best for my studio. Pros Punchpass is the most user friendly system I've used as a teacher and studio owner. I had zero problem understanding how to use it from day one. I considered two other platforms and I'm glad I decided on punchpass. It's also user friendly for teachers and admins that you add access for. Requires little to no explanantion. Cons I see no cons other than I haven't integrated my payment system because I didn't want to switch payment methods and that's my decision. I manually add passes and it's working fine for me. I guess being able to integrate more forms of payment could be a plus in the future. Pros I've been using Punchpass for over a year and a half. It's great for my small, one-person business. It's affordable and I can automate just about everything, saving me time in creating, scheduling and editing classes and communicating with students individually and in batches. Students like that they can conveniently buy passes, see class schedules, sign up for classes and receive automated reminders. I like being able to quickly see student information, class sign up status and pass status. And I like that there's both a website and mobile option. Cons Limited to only using Stripe for pass purchase transactions. I'd like an option to potentially use a lower transaction service. I'd also like a little more customization at the base level, but I understand that Punchpass needs to differentiate between customer membership levels. The customer support is fantastic. The software itself is easy to use. Pros Punchpass is very easy to use and intuitive, which is great so I don’t have to spend a lot of time training my staff. But my absolute fav thing about Punchpass is their customer support. They respond in a timely manner, and if the software can’t do what I hoped, they always have suggested work arounds or ideas I hadn’t considered. It worked great for me in under $500,000 business space. Pros Ease of use. Uncomplicated. Reports are basic but very reliable. Scheduling to understand as an admin and is easy from a customer perspective. Integrations are good. Cons Lack of email marketing suite. I needed it to do more for me as a one man show.
