I suppose if anything, I find adding new classes and managing the schedule the least easy. I keep forgetting how to do it. The customer service is also excellent and the company makes it so easy to use and troubleshoot when needed. I love how aggressively the team comes up with new features, they communicate well, and the system has never once crashed or failed me. I have colleagues who have used other studio management software out there and it seems to be overpriced and a nightmare, punch pass is fairly priced and a dream to use. Pros The customer service stands out above anything I've ever experienced in business. I can count on a prompt thorough response to every question, every time from a real human being. It was fairly intuitive to set up and if you get stuck there are many step by step tutorials in the support section. Cons It's hard to answer this because I know the Punchpass team is constantly adding new features. If I were pressed the aspect I like least about Punchpass is the email marketing integration. I use Mailerlite and I have to manually import my customer list every time. I'm sure the coding would be a nightmare to have PPass integrated across multiple platforms. At the end of the day it's not enough to get me to switch. Pros What I like most is how simple it is to use, the software itself is very good. Pros Punchpass was a super easy system to use. I loved how easy it was to book classes and get members signed up. It was a very affordable system as well which is why I would recommend it to other places. The customer Support is amazing and they help you very quickly. Cons The only reason I switched from Punchpass is because I needed a system that was more geared towards running a Gym than just classes. Like being able to sign up for a Monthly Auto debit plan. The other reason is because I needed to switch to a company that could integrate with KISI since I was switch how members access the Gym. Punch pass did do all the other things I needed and loved but the change was critical to how I moved forward with running my signups. One of the best pieces of software for the price. Pros Integrating Punchpass was very straightforward, clients found it very easy to use and navigate on their own. Cons The interface is lacking in my opinion - could be better and the ability to customise the look and feel is also not there - one of the key reasons I left. While I do agree with function over form, after 4 years I had hoped for some improvement here. Switched from [Mindbody](https://www.capterra.com/p/40229/MINDBODY/) Mindbody was VERY expensive - not just the subscription rate but they also use EziDebit which have higher fees. The customer service was lacking if you live outside of the USA (I'm in Australia) and for the high price it was super glitchy.
