Very happy with the customer support we have received, they are very proactive, and professionals, I would definitely recommend.

Pros

Client management is a user friendly and secure to use. Compare to other companies, the price is just right, and it had help me to save time by sending automatic emails and text messages reminder, which at the same token had helped me to focus in marketing and bring more customers to my platform.

Cons

Whenever they have updates, we, as customers, do not receive a message for heads up, and it gets very slow and even crash. But fortunately, they work hard and put it back on pretty soon.

Absolutely love that there is a platform specifically designed for cleaning companies, overall experience was very positive

Pros

The user friendliness of managing multiple teams and various cleaning frequencies all at once. It’s also a very specific platform made for cleaning companies and service industry jobs with regular occurring appointments.

Cons

I don’t have too many complaints. Once in a while, there would be a glitch where you would delete something and then it would end up on the schedule randomly further down the Calendar for no reason. It would always get fixed very quickly though, and there are a very responsive company.

Incredible! They are always there to help me when I have questions and especially when I just want to speak with a human. They will do one on one video screen shares if there is something you need shown to you.

Pros

I love that it is specifically for the cleaning business industry! They are ALWAYS adding features and welcoming ideas to improve/add features. The customer service is TOP NOTCH!

Cons

When I first began using ZenMaid about 3 years ago, they didn't have some features, but they have added them since then.

very happy with the software and we will continue to scale our business with Zenmaid. Must have software, if you are looking around for a booking software for your clean business just go with Zenmaid, it will save you time looking elsewhere

Pros

so happy with Zenmaid as booking and revenue tracking for our business is fantastic, we can also color our teams and see how many jobs do each team have in there day so whenever a new lead calls we can see which team has room to squeeze in another job

Cons

when dispatching out cleaners to jobs, if there are some sort of bill assigning cleaners to jobs would make things quicker as we publish shifts every week. Bulk invoicing & bulk dispatching would save us so much time

I have used Zenmaid for many years, and my overall experience has been really good and easy to teach to my team members.

Pros

As with any new program, there is a learning curve to be navigated. I reached out to the team as I had questions when I first began with this APP, and the answers were very helpful and timely. They are there to help along the way. Another thing is that these builders know the business and are always looking for ways to improve, as well as considering suggestions from users. The calendar is wonderful and clear to help run my team and clients. Love this APP

Cons

Nothing that cannot be navigated easily. When the team updates with new items, it may take me a minute or two, but it is easy to figure out. If not, I ask the team.

Customer support is very good. Every time I need help. They are very understanding and very professional.

Pros

They do more then other cleaning software for their money. Easy to get any documents I need without calling or getting in touch with someone, and is easy to learned. Everything I need is just a click away. they listen to their customers needs to improve the software, and they always working in new features.!

Cons

You can’t get to talk to someone over the phone If I need help. They just help by email and will call you if is something extremely usufull.

I tried It for a few months based on someone else recommending it but decided to switch to Jobber for its features

Pros

I liked how colorful the scheduling software is and the ability to color coordinate cleaners based on individual needs.

Cons

I did not think it was simple to learn how to schedule clients and also did not like how the calendar looked overall.

It's a very good system, not as much of a learning curve compared to booking koala - which I spent an entire weekend learning, before deciding to stick with zenmaid. Zenmaid is Much easier to figure out. Nothing worse than training a new admin person up to use an extremely complex software. I'd love to see an AI assistant to give suggestions on scheduling, taking into account client location, cleaners location, the length of the clean, fitting into the cleaners availability etc. Scheduling can be a logistical nightmare, so having AI assistance would be awesome. I see they have a maps view now, so I'll try to learn how to use it, that will probably help.

Pros

Managing clients, the schedule etc. You cannot scale without a good client management system. If you don't use one you'll always stay small

Cons

Sometimes there are glitches. But there are glitches in every single software we use occasionally so it's kind of unavoidable.

I highly recommend ZenMaid to all cleaning companies. Their customer service is fantastic and I appreciate how they actually listen to their clients and are always making improvements based on feedback.

Pros

We have been using Zenmaid for over 6 years and it has saved so much time! Love the automated email & text reminders, as well as the new invoice format. Makes my job so much easier!

We like it all! Nothing negative here! Honestly! ZenMaid is always making improvements based on client feedback and that is greatly appreciated!

I’ve tried looking into a few other software options, but so far ZenMaid fits my business the best in terms of features and price. It has everything I really need to manage my cleaning service smoothly, and it’s easy to use. Overall, it’s been a great experience and definitely worth it.

Pros

I love that ZenMaid is made just for cleaning businesses. It’s not some general software you have to adjust to your needs — it’s already built to fit how we actually work. Everything’s in one place: clients, schedules, reminders, messages…

Cons

Some features, like invoicing and tracking hours for employees, aren’t fully compatible with our local accounting rules, so I can’t really use that part of the system. It’s a great idea and very well designed, it just doesn’t fit perfectly with how our bookkeeping works here, which makes it harder for me to integrate into my business.
