Could not be happier. Pros We use all of Proofpoint's services because they are the best. In order to protect our assets and email end-users, we use Proofpoint's enterprise archive software. We like most how we can avoid the costly fines, guilty verdicts and damaged reputations that come from mismanaged internal information. Cons The biggest disadvantage to Proofpoint Enterprise Archive is that there is not email store management capabilities within the software.
