The time tracker is a lot better than any alternatives I've tried (records start/end times, has start/stop & pause). The UX is simple but includes all the features we need as a small team and few of the ones we don't (e.g. we do need multiple hourly rates for different users/projects, but we don't need timesheet approvals). Cons It was bought out around 4(?) years ago and there have been no updates or improvements since then. We have requested even minor new features and nothing has changed. Once I found the right path it was fairly intuitive to use daily for time tracking. I like the client feature too. Cons Terrible customer service. I have a problem that is preventing me from billing and tracking and it is taking them 4 business days to respond to each email. At this rate the problem will be resolved in another two weeks.
