"Not recomended."

**Overall:** I would not recomend them. Their system keeps breaking and so we had to switch companys. Now we are paying for a whole year of defective software that we are not using.

**Pros:** They were able to make some customizations to help our work flow. They used to have good customer support, but now it is mostly AI that you talk to.

**Cons:** Their program kept crashing causing us a lot of down time. It has been a really frustrating experiance that ended up costing us $1000s to fix.

"RIP Repairshopr"

**Overall:** Our shops experience with repairshopr has left us angry and frustrated to the point of actively seeking a replacement POS management software entirely. We can no longer tolerate repairshoprs lack of support.

**Pros:** Repairshopr used to be good software 3-4 years ago, but now its broken everywhere and has no support personel to maintain it or repair it.

**Cons:** Competent support is lacking for this software. Services are constantly broken and support ignores it. Functions like kiosk mode via iPad or Tablet have been broken for over a year with no one looking into fixing it. 3rd party services are constantly down, almost weekly.
