## What is Mykosmos?

Mykosmos is a ready to use business suite with an infrastructure containing more than 300 tables with business entities as associates, roles, contacts, businesses, equipment, mail, documents, resources, products, BOMs etc. There is also a library of more than 20 business process prototypes.The embedded developing tool can draw/script processes, forms, reports and SQL queries, covering any need for trivial customization programming. All the implementation can be achieved by a CPO and a Developer.

\- Flexible environment for development and administration of procedures and automations in order to carry out and monitor every process in the company. - No need to worry about the revision of the ISO 9001 procedures or documents distributed to the staff. Only the last editions are available. - We phased out the use of papers for procedures like R&D, quality control, calibrations, production planning, purchases. The corresponding data is available to authorized personnel and can be displayed in many ways (views, cube reports, charts etc). I simply can't imagine my job without KOSMOS. I highly recommend it!

We first implemented Mykosmos in our IVF clinic in 2009. In a step by step manner we have been analysing and adding different procedures of our everyday work. Today, we cover almost 90% of our business processes, speaking not only in a data entry manner but as a virtual environment of our work, with automated and personalised tasking and many auto data collection inputs for mails, documents, phone calls etc. I would highly recommend it for businesses with high complexity and organisational level despite some minor issues of the interface and user friendliness

If I had to describe Mykosmos in a few words, I would say that it is a software that combines BPM architecture with features and depth which are not initially perceived and are available at systems with much higher cost. Mykosmos software was used for the automation of company's processes like the one for the customer complaints and the quite complicated one for the management of an order. The latter is an example of a true interdepartmental process, involving actually all the departments and over 50 users (sales dpt. input for payment terms and associated delivery schedule, accounting dpt. for the payments verification, production dpt. for production scheduling, procurement dpt. for supply chain management in relation with the order). All processes require the entry of various data and the attachment of various files. Development is done in a proprietary business-like language or by a graphics tool alternatively. The real strength of the programming tool is that all changes to the flowchart logic are done easily in real time, which speeds up development time significantly. Another strong point is that the core of the system is continuously updated with new features and functions (e.g. a recent e-mail server integration) without affecting backwards compatibility. The tool requires a power user, business-oriented preferably or with the appropriate support, with basic knowledge in programming techniques and adequate knowledge of database management.

It is the ultimate software, for the following features : if you have an executive with deep knowledge of the organizational structure and procedures and a good software developer you can automate anything in your organization. You can control when and from whom every work in your company has been done. You can have access to the history of every procedure. Ease of KPI's creation, master data collection and mining, 100% connectivity with other ERP's or BPM's softwares. It has ERP, MRP, WMS functions. It is fully customizable and has no limit. We wanted a software in order to control our R&D procedure and now we use for almost all of our ISO procedures (non-conformances, customer complaints, corrective actions, calibrations), for our purchases, for the production planning and execution, quality control and many others.
