### "Service is Awesome!!! "

If I could give service 100 stars I would. Justin is always so helpful when I need to call and follows up with me once we have solved my problem to make sure its seen through till the end. I absolutely love my digital sign. Hands down one of the easiest platforms I have seen and definitely worth the money.

Pros

The dashboard is simple to use and the updates are great providing more information as things evolve.

### "New User with TruDigital"

When I first signed up, I was surprised that there were no tutorials available. I called customer service and they set up an online demonstration As a new user, there was a lot to take in at once. But once I had the basic knowledge of setting a playlist and file manager the process became simple. I like the fact that I can contact support to run through an issue. The more I play around with the features the easier it gets. Once I got the basics, it was easy to explain to our other users. At the present time, we are using the three screen cork-board and 5 additional info screens. Easy to switch time of screen view and delete and add screens as necessary. We are very happy with the product. In the past, we have an info board with notes pined for the drivers to check. Many times the drivers forget to check the board. With the screen directly over the driver sign in area, their focus in directed to the screen with all of the info for the day in a 120-second blast. My only issue is changing the time on the screen. The customer service is working to resolve that issue today.

### "Easy Signage Setup"

I was on the team to help determine using this product and though I don't personally use it daily, it impressed me with it's ease to implement.

Pros

It was easy to setup truDigital Signage. You just plug the device into the back of your display and it is ready to go!

Cons

Honestly not much was bad about this software. The setup was easy and the software is very intuitive.

I think overall its and awesome product! The customer support is amazing and everything you can do with it is great!

Pros

I like that I am able to display pictures of our events so that anyone walking into our building gets an idea of what our clients do here!

Cons

I think at first it was confusing to try to use but using it often really helped me get used to it. One thing I wish could change is for us it takes it a few hours to update after we change anything on the slideshow! I would love for it to change faster!

Pros

The software is easy to use the implement. Customer support is fantastic as I like being to chat online and they are fast to respond and help resolve issues.

Cons

Just the disconnecting part is problematic. It still very good though. It is possible the disconnecting part could be the local network but it's hard to tell

I've enjoyed it better than the last company we used. I think more guests will pay attention to it and we will get more business or at least attention from it.

Pros

I love the quality of the videos and the fact I can use videos on our display! Guests are more apt to watch a video than read a slide.

Cons

It's a bit difficult to navigate making slides, etc. I'm sure with time we will get quicker. Also, it takes a good minute or two to load options while building slide show.

### "New User, but Impressed"

Our library was looking for an alternative to Excel paper schedules outside our meeting rooms. Additionally, we had some aging digital screens that were ready to be replaced. TruDigital was a helpful company ready to meet our needs. I am highly impressed with this company and look forward to working with them in the future.

Pros

I'm quite impressed with all the possibilities and templates. There is certainly a learning curve, but support (especially the Chat feature) is incredible.

Cons

I think I thought the templates would have a bit more customization. I've learned through our customer service rep and via support that custom templates are available.

Being able to get a visual message to employees across 7 states and 10 facilities instantly is really helpful!

Pros

The software is super user friendly and easy to use. The entire staff has been awesome to work with and response for support of the product is excellent!

Cons

The software is great, my only con is the hardware isn’t super easy to hid because of the short cords it comes with.

Overall we have been very satisfied with the product. The picture quality is clear and we would recommend this to others

Pros

I like how easy it is to use. We were able to start using this product right away in our lobby and can update it very quickly. Members love having it.

Cons

I wish some of the templates were a little more tailored to a fitness/wellness center as opposed to a typical business. Many templates are geared for an office setting.

I enjoy being able to upload new content to displays amongst our four branches easily from my office. I also like being able to create one "slide" and share it easily amongst all branches.

Cons

Slow to load at times. Occasionally, the date change won't register and my content will stay up past the original date scheduled.

Pros

This software is easy to use, and the variety of templates suits our needs well. truDigital is currently working with us on an important calendar integration - I can't wait to see the result!

Cons

I am very happy with the software, but there are a few tweaks I would love to see like assigning templates to multiple playlists during template editing. The Slipstream function helps, but it's still a little clunky; I'd love to edit the scheduling without having to copy the job.
