The product is easy to use, and works well. There are three reasons I didn't give it 5 stars: 1. No scheduling. Every change has to be updated manually. 2. Occasionally the players just stop responding, and you have to go reboot them. 3. In contrast to their very fair general pricing, the custom work I needed was prohibitively expensive. It is easy to use yet it can be customized to meet our specific needs. Pros Our business development manager was very knowledgeable and responsive to our needs, but not overbearing or pushy during the evaluation process. I found the video tutorials on the website helpful when learning how to use the software. Our experience with IT support was also pleasant. They quickly responded when we needed advise. Since then, we have expanded and added three more systems to our schools. Everyone comments on how easy it is to use. When we first introduced the digital sign to the lobby of our reception area, everyone gave us praise not only for the great information on the screen but the overall look. We are very happy with truDigital. Every experience I have had working with customer service has been friendly and helpful. I know that they will be able to answer my question in a timely manner. The other players were difficult to use and manage and were more expensive. The trudigital players easy-to-use , web-based interface, make them ideal for my business. I can monitor the players change the playlists and upload new content without having to visit each location where I have the player installed. We have 2 horizontal and 1 vertical screen. truDigital was very helpful every step of the way. Their simple pricing is very competitive and affordable. We compared 5 other companies and their solution was by far the easiest to use. Their customer service is always readily available and very polite. Our sales have gone up 20-30% in any item we feature or highlight on the menu board. I highly recommend truDigital to anyone looking for a digital signage provider. " October 10, 2017 5.0 Pros I like that I can share playlists for multiple playlists. It is great that there is a ticker feature available and that all the colors we needed were also available. It is awesome that the copy option works so well. It makes it so I can just change one part of a slide to change the zip code for example and the rest of the template will remain as it was before. Cons It is a bummer that there aren't more integrations available (such as LinkedIn and other news sources and video news clips rather than pictures) and that the ticker isn't available for more templates. Being able to run two HD TV's off of one box is a truly great thing. The templates are easy to use and the customer service via chat and phone has been absolutely amazing and truly helpful.
