Pros It is so easy for us to use. We use it to display really broad items like the weather, company birthdays or to welcome visitors. Cons It does not always work well with all internet pages, for instance we use Smartsheet, and it does not display all that great on the display. March 9, 2020 4.0 The main business problem we are solving and benefit we are gaining by using is that we have an organized and aesthetically pleasing way to present information to our customers in our lobbies that is easy to update from anywhere and at any time when we need to. Pros I would say that it is very user-friendly. It is easy to understand and I have never had any issues navigating the software. You also have an excellent support and customer service team. The few times I have reached out to you all you with problems we were having you have been kind and efficient so thank you for that! Cons I feel like it could use some aesthetic updates as the software looks a little dated. I also feel like a lot of the templates have this issue as well and I do not want to use them because of it. December 4, 2019 5.0 I began using through our relationship with the NAPA AutoCare Program several years ago & thought it did a great job showcasing our business. When I had the opportunity to do the same thing at my church, I couldn't think of a better company to partner with for similar content. The company has been awesome to work with & we truly believe that we're a better place for having it. Pros We have been using the software through the church since mid summer. Since installing the monitors & implementing it, we have received tons of comments about the new "signage." It's mostly that it's such a big difference having two large displays showing different content (we use one for general information, announcements, etc. & one for volunteer team showcasing & needs awareness. The signage looks amazing & is super easy for new users to learn. Cons I still wish there was more customization when it comes to slides. Onscreen looks great, getting something on-screen is the worst part of my day. Pros I like the ability to have one place that can take multiple sources (videos, powerpoints, etc.) and display them nicely. Cons The software takes FOREVER to load and use. Out of all of the online or offline software I use this is by far the slowest. I dread having to use it, but I like what it allows me to do to communicate with our company. I have frequently pondered finding another company to use for my digital display needs however I am so overwhelmed I have not had the time to look and implement a new system. Its great and easy to use. Customer support has always been 100% Pros Customer support has always been great and very quick to reply with a solution. Cons When your managing your playlist theres no thumbnail image of that slide. You have to click on preview to see whats on the specific slide. If you are looking for specific customizations, you have the ability to upload photos. The apps allow you to be creative with your own designs, or use the preloaded designs for a quick and easy process. Cons Sometimes the content will lag when I try to watch the slideshow from my computer. The support group at was great in trying to find a solution, but the problem stemmed from too many Google Slides, which is what seems to be the easiest app for our organization. When we found , they sent us out a sales rep in a matter of days. Implementation was easy. The daily updates can be done by anyone with little to no computer experience. We’ve really improved our employee communications. We have different displays, each having different announcements. Pros Ease of use, web dashboard, and the customer service is on point. I've yet to run into an issue that I wasn't able to track down quickly due to the straight-forward interface. On the rare occasion that I have ran into an issue I couldn't resolve on my own, the truDigital online support team has been able to help within literally seconds every single time. Honestly, 10/10! Pros The title says it all, the implementation was pretty much completely hands off, we received fantastic training and the online support is by far the best I've ever experience with any product. Cons The only thing that mildly stands out would be the lack of hands-on administration. Being able to disable/delete user accounts could be of some value, however, it has not been an issue due to the rapid response we receive from the support team. It supplies for the needs. Cons The online portal is often really slow when trying to update slides. It takes around 15-20 minutes to get a slide up and displayed (if you are uploading a powerpoint). Pros Installation was extremely easy. A nice feature is that we can make changes on a single Google slide, and it updates all of the message boards. We also like all of the apps that are included. Support has been great with any questions we have. Cons Some of the templates can be cumbersome to update, so sometimes it's easier just to make our own content. Also, wish the Facebook app worked. Member Service Representative Civic & Social Organization Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Easy to operate and adds a unique twist to our lobby advertising" November 27, 2019 5.0 Pros My role in using the signage includes only turning on and off the signage that is displayed in two areas of our building. It is easy to connect and the display options give us a ton of functionality, including adding the weather, date, and rotating photos and advertisements for our programs. There is a feature that allows you to keep some aspects of the background stationary (like we keep the date and weather stationary for several slides) while rotating photographs AND having a scrolling banner. It looks highly professional and allows us the flexiblity to rotate past the stationary backgrounds as well. Cons One day, it was not functioning (not connecting to the service it seemed). I am not aware of the reason for why it would not connect, but after our Coordinator contacted support, it was rectified immediately. Pros I liked the portal the most. It was easy to organize different clips and know exactly what each is doing. Cons Always had to make sure it was actually working, the worst part was that driving to the 15+ sites that were using this, just to glance at the screen and make sure it was always connected to the internet. That might not matter if you're a US-based company, but it's a big deal if you're an international one. As far as day-to-day use, it's very low maintenance. Pros It's very easy to use and intuitive. Training others to perform basic tasks can be done in under 10 minutes. Cons It's a little restricted in terms of third party content, such as streaming news. IT Guy Insurance Used the software for: 1-2 years ### "Does exactly what we want" January 25, 2017 4.0 The setup was painless; the day-to-day use is easy. Our receptionist started off insisting she wasn't going to be responsible for the lobby TV. Once we showed her how easy it was, though, she took right to it and doesn't ever have a problem. The only issue we've had has been when the power blinks. The little unit is velcroed behind the TV, so when the power blinks, someone has to walk over there and hit the power button. Even a small built-in battery to keep the unit up for a minute would save that grief. Since the remote is IR and requires line of sight, you have to walk over to the wall to point the remote behind the TV, but we almost never need to use the remote for anything. So an RF remote might be a good addition, but really not necessary. It's very flexible, has lots of handy built-in content, and works seamlessly with our custom content. It even makes our FaceBook presence look good. Pros Ease of use and custom content Cons No internal battery for power blinks. Review Source LI Larry I. Great company and they go out of their way to make you a happy customer. That speaks volumes to me. The kicker for me has been the price. Other services that rival the content management features of are in most cases less expensive. We operate 20 screen locations so the expense is a bit over the top for us. Pros The dashboard interface is very easy to use; intuitive. The content management is made easy and the scheduling of playlists is right on spot. From the user standpoint, I absolutely love it. Cons There isn't a lot of freedom in template design. Our stations are all set up in zones and we had to get a custom template made to achieve our standard design. Designers much prefer the freedom to work on an open canvass and this software painted you in a corner to easily. It is a great way to have visual commercial like content playing throughout the day. I also like the extras they offer like holiday greetings, weather, news, employee of the month pic and much more. It is easy to use which allows me to change and rotate content quickly. We have other TV's that highlight our install pics and our You Tube channel, so we were looking for something like this to show our customers the variety of products and services we offer with a splash of random content.
