Overall use of the digital screens made our office areas contemporary, clean and clear use of announcements. Pros We sourced digital signage for use in our client's 10 offices. Integration was very simple and easy to set up. Sales and service were great communicators, worked within our budgets, and training was clear. We have fully utulized the basic templates and are now considering upgrading our account to gain access to more templates / apps. Pros Very easy to use and can make immediate changes. Love the use of standard slides on weather, time, etc. The templates are easy to use but are very basic. I do feel as though the cost for the service receive should be reduced by 50% considering the ongoing expense. Pros It works as advertised. We haven’t had any major issues. Cons The cost of the software is higher than the value we receive. I feel as though $10 a month is the most I would be willing to pay for this type of service. Recent customer service rep was polite, quick, and patient with my issue. Cons Screen formatting issues. Auto formatting for images on different screens would be nice. There are many excellent comments to make about truDigital: the software is extremely user friendly and easy to navigate even for a novice user; the customer service is excellent because someone is always there to answer a phone call or available through the online chat; the price points for the players fit into our lean public library budget. November 26, 2019 5.0 We use this in our employee break room and showcase fun videos and announcements, as well as other basics such as time and weather. Pros This product is really easy to use. I was able to start using before doing a demo. It's a really great way for us to engage employees. Cons I wish there were more templates and plugins. For example, when doing employee birthdays, it would be great to just have it connected to a spreadsheet and auto-update, rather than me erasing the pre-filled data and adding the names and dates. Pros It's very user friendly and fairly quick. Cons There are a few times when the system stops working (not often) and I have to have our IT department reset the CCTV. December 12, 2016 5.0 Everyone that walks in to our dispatch office is intrigued and impressed by our digital menu board. It adds a professional appearance with an unlimited amount of potential uses. We communicate important information within the company, like policy and procedural changes, current goals and metrics. It's a tool that we use daily. There are a ton of applications for this menu board, we only use a small percentage of what it's capable of. The only issue I had was a connectivity issue when I changed our router.
