Hopefully will come back to it once our dashboard vender changes code to be compatible the TruDidgital. Pros Easy to use and easy to install and all cloud based. Cons You couldn't point to a file in the network without uploading it. Other software would allow you to make a change on a file in the network drive and it would pickup the changes without uploading. Pros I like the simplicity of the product and the integrations are very helpful. Cons Unfortunately, the ability to integrate our branding feels pretty limited. For the most part, we can change colors and basic fonts, but the templates don't give much flexibility for altering the content. Text windows are limited, size and location modifications are limited or nonexistent, and I've found it's easier to just modify a Google Slide document and use the integration to show that. E-Commerce Specialist Education Management Used the software for: 6-12 months ### "No title" April 10, 2019 5.0 I was thrown into this program and I have weeded my way through with a machete, I would not recommend someone who has now digital marketing experience to take this program on without instructional tutorials. Pros The customer service is wonderful. If I have an issue, they are quick with a response and solution. Cons It's clunky at best. Your limited to the slides offered, unless you are a graphics major you can be lost in the how to's of slide creation. Pros Good number of templates Good integration templtes Cons Needs consistent strong internet connection for integrations that use the web (should buffer info instead) Need more options to customize predefined templates Would like to be able to target timing for each slide in a PP instead of a blanket time for the whole PP and all slides. He was responsible for figuring out the proper path (API) for our integration with your software and kept us up to date every step of the way. Your firewall team needs to make whitelist rules for this to work properly. Pros Fairly easy to set up, good response from the cloud. Cons Needs more active content-type screens. Namely, a really good weather radar screen. Also, we have several other cloud SaaS systems that have their own dashboards, it would be really nice if we could embed them into a HTML shell that would be a head's up display in our teams rooms. Cons There were many questions at the beginning of this whole process, and the system wasn't as intuitive as expected. It allows us to promote our courses to students waiting in our common areas. Customer service has always gotten back to us in a reasonable amount of time and helped with any issues that may arise. Cons Integration with our business was easy but keeping the material updated was sometimes difficult. Cons \-The only issue that I have had with the software is when they updated a template (Twitter) and it made it so the rest of the rotating pictures/videos we had not work. " January 22, 2019 5.0 Originally when looking to utilize it was simply to provide information to residents and guests of our assisted living community. This product did exactly that. What we quickly realized is that having older adults with cognitive impairments, this product opened up an entire new world to the residents. Instead of repeating ourselves what was happening in our community, this allowed a resource for residents to obtain the information on their own, without having to ask, and maintaining their personal dignity. We can upload pictures families have sent to rotate through and the residents love waiting to see what is coming next. Whether it be today, tomorrow, or later in the week. I love seeing the smiles on their faces when they see a picture of family, a vacation, an old photo that sparks a memory. truDigital has revolutionized the way we engage our residents, families, guests and staff. Its user interface is very clunky and complicated. Not intuitive and not reliable. We're considering switching to a different option. Pros I really don't like anything about this software Cons It's not user-friendly, very confusing, not reliable (doesn't always respond to a slipstream job push, players freeze when redownloading a playlist or stop working altogether). Also, the web pages are VERY SLOW to upload, which makes a simple task long and arduous. It's a wonderful way to distribute information to the team and keep people updated. Pros Really love this product. It's very customizable and it really adds a "wow" factor to our office. It's an easy way to distribute information to multiple locations/offices for our business. The team really likes it as well. We have three TVs hooked up with , and we love them. Cons The backend user interface isn't the most intuitive. Once you are trained on how to do it, you can edit and move everything around, but it is a little clunky. However, this has not negatively impacted our experience.
