I can't say enough good things about rep and the team there in the efforts they take to make sure I understand things and make sure they work properly to my satisfaction. Pros The software is very easy to use with the available templates and the easy access scheduler. They have more templates than others with a very pleasing and natural layout look. Cons They don't yet offer a template that I can manipulate the scale of things to better fit my layout design. Overall functionality and integrations could be better. Pros Like the many apps you can install on the player. The player is pretty reliable, very minimal downtime. Cons Not able to create entirely custom layouts. Most of the "integrations" are just HTML pages that you can display on the slide. For example, the "Velocify" & "Klipfolio" integrations are just apps that ask you for the publicly facing HTML page. Not a real integration. Cons It's got weird UI quirks that make navigating and customizing slides a painful experience. Better video integration and integration with Adobe products would be very cool. They even checked in with me a week later to make sure I was happy. Pros I like all of the templates to choose from. Cons I wish I had more freedom while designing my templates. For example, the one that says “employee of the month” I would like to be able to make it say “employee of the quarter” or something. I am very happy with it, just wish I had some more freedom to make adjustments to the templates. After I reported our problem it wasn't any time before I got a call from our rep to help me with my issues. He was very professional and took care of all my problems. Pros You can manage the slides remotely and make live changes very quickly. The remote management also allows you to troubleshoot most issues without having to physically go to the machine. Cons The program is full of features that make it easy to display the information you want the company to see. " April 10, 2019 4.0 This sounds ridiculous, but we have a massive TV that was purchased for the department and nothing to do with it. We decided to use it for situational awareness for the department, and digital signage was exactly what we needed. This unique software is so helpful and gave us a solution to our strange problem. May 26, 2016 4.0 I installed several of the devices in doctors offices, a church and even my own office building. So far the overall experience, including customer service has been outstanding. I love that I can pick up the phone and speak to someone (in the USA) if I need a question answered. There is a good selection of templates which are all super easy to edit and add to the play list's. The website is easy to understand and navigate. Users can be added to only see a specified device or multiple devices, which is a must if you are reselling the product like I am. The only way to add users is to contact customer support. I am hoping a future release will allow me to manage users in the future. The hardware setup and installation is a breeze. I found the time on the weather template aligns with the device's time. So when you first set it up, be sure to change the time zone on the device to match your area. Overall, I am very happy with the product, people and service of this company. I appreciate the fact that I can design and post my day-to-day content without the help of an in-house graphic design team. When there have been glitches or if I've needed a new overall template, the customer support team has been quite responsive. Trudigital also does a good job of continuously reviewing their offering and adding to the functionality/templates in the system. If you're looking for an "entry level" way to begin using digital signage, I'd recommend Trudigital. You can get started easily and they are clearly interested in growing with their customers' needs.
