My app at previous job had to have am, or pm added and constantly having glitch issues. I was constantly having to correct issues. I don't have any of those issues with Buddy Punch, simple and easy to use, just in or out. Pros It is simple and easy to use. No issue using the app. I like that it is just two clicks and I am clocked in or out. The longest part of clocking in or out is waiting on the Internet. Cons I liked fine, no issues. It was just getting on the same schedule as school. Clocking in exactly at 8 am and out at 3:30 pm. Cons I did not like that I could not easily track my PTO and that I had to check with HR to see how many hours I had accrued. Pros It is easy to use and almost everything is available on the app. Another great feature is that you don’t have to have a very strong connection to clock in or out, just as long as you have a moment to let it load. Cons My paystubs and tax information is not available on the app so I must navigate to a website which is not as user friendly for mobile. Certainly not the worst or even bad, this is literally the only thing that I don’t like. Also payroll gets sent out much later than our previous punch system which is not great for me personally. We have had no real major issues with it. Pros We like the tracking of the mobile punches. Most of our crew is remote. Gives us that security and control aspect to see where their in and out punches are taking place. Cons It may have it but I wish it automatically adjusted their start time to 5:30 am even if they punch in at 5:14 am. Would save adjustments. Makes tracking hours and payroll a breeze Pros Integration with quick books, GPS tagging sign ins, ease of use, time tracking and job time tracking. Cons Would be nice if it had reminders to log in or out on shift times.
