Muy satisfecho con el software, requiere de un soporte de un equipo de programadores porque la plataforma no es tan sencilla como un Wordpress pero la capacidad de crecimiento y adaptación es un plus en toda regla.

Pros

Capacidad de personalización y escalabilidad. Lo hemos usado para tiendas online que venden 100€ al día y para tiendas online que venden 50.000€ diarios sin problema.

Cons

Es lento en sitios web grandes y se degrada con el tiempo. Necesita limpiezas de base de fados periódicas.

### "Create and manage your online store with prestashop."

Prestashop lets you set up a secure payment system and make graphic enhancements. It can also be used to set up product promotion systems and user tracking.

Pros

The best thing about PrestaShop is the high degree of customization, the ability to work with a wide range of items, and the good support available.

Cons

What I like least about prestashop is the high cost of themes and the need to master the code to benefit from certain features.

### "Perfecto software para Ecommerce"

Uso Prestashop para algunos clientes y es muy funcional, te permite tener una tienda online con un control total.

Pros

Muy funcional para la subida del catálogo, características, fotos, etc. Para el seguimiento de clientes, pedidos, gestión de carritos abandonados, control de stock y casi cualquier función de comercio electrónico. La multitud de módulos, te permite añadir funcionalidades extras a un precio competitivo.

Cons

Vas a necesitar un programador para realizar algunos cambios y los precios de los mismos, no suelen ser económicos.

La experiencia general es positiva, hay que entender bien las necesidades de un proyecto antes de elegir una plataforma para saber bien que esperar de ella, con pros y contras.

Pros

Es una plataforma con grandes posibilidades de personalización, por lo que si necesitas funcionalidades a medida sin duda es muy recomendable. Además, al ser gratuita, es una de las más baratas de poner en marcha.

Cons

Las funcionalidades básicas son gratuitas, pero en caso de necesitar otras funcionalidades, tendrás que instalar módulos, y muchos de ellos son de pago y no son baratos. Por otro lado, en caso de necesitar funcionalidades a medida hará falta un equipo de desarrollo web para mantener todo funcionando correctamente. El "soporte" de Prestashop no es muy bueno.

En general la experiencia con prestashop es buena, para mi es el mejor cms para tiendas online. Puedes tener una tienda online sin ser programador.

Pros

EStamos ante un CMS que no necesitas conocimientos de desarrollo para poder poner en marcha una tienda online.

Cons

Si quieres que la tienda tenga un aspecto más profesional tienes que invertir en alguna plantilla y módulos de pago.

Ayant la gestion de différents site de E-commerce gérés avec ce CMS nous avons avec cette solution un outil réactif et fiable pour gérer nos transactions B2C et B2B, sa simplicité d'utilisation et la quantité importantes de modules compatible permet une réelle personnalisation de son site web.

Cons

Les maj parfois lentes des différents partenaires de prestashop lors des changement de version est un frein à la montée en version de notre CMS.

### "One of the easiest ecommerce platforms to use"

It took about a week to get everything set up and tweaked to a point where I felt I could go "live." I don't think the typical user will breeze through startup without a few puzzling hours working out various intricacies, but getting a stable, functional online selling platform is, overall, pretty easy.

Pros

I think the best thing about PrestaShop is the ease of installation and guided initial setup. If you have basic CMS backend experience, you'll find setting up your store fairly easy. While they generally have a cost related to them, there are plugins available for virtually any functionality you might desire. You can set up a basic online store pretty quickly and then add functionality as you earn.

Cons

PrestaShop integrations with online selling outlets can be a bit tricky and unreliable in my experience. Upgrades with the program are not always synced with the platform that you have integrated and you can find random unexpected results when that happens.

Nel complesso trovo che Prestashop sia un ottimo prodotto, ha sicuramente un margine di miglioramento, ma attualmente trovo che per chi ha bisogno di vendere online in maniera strutturata e organizzata, sia un valido strumento.

Pros

Prestashop è un CMS specifico per la creazione e gestione degli e-commerce, e mi piace il fatto che ogni sezione è pensata nell'ottica di semplificare e automatizzare proprio la gestione della vendita online, sia automatizzando le operazioni per il venditore, sia semplificando e rendendo chiara la navigazione e l'acquisto per il cliente.

Cons

Se devo trovare una pecca in Prestashop è forse la gestione un po' macchinosa della composizione delle pagina statiche o la gestione dei moduli. A volte ci sono molti passaggi da fare per effettuare delle modifiche.

Prestashop me permite crear una tienda online de manera sencilla, sin apenas invertir mucho tiempo a priori y probar si mi producto despierta interés. Gracias a las estadísticas integradas puedo ver qué impacto tiene mi tienda y decidir invertir más tiempo en ella.

Pros

Me encanta la facilidad con la que puedes gestionar todo el proceso de un pedido: compra, preparación, envío, seguimiento, entrega. También me encantan las estadísticas que tiene: visitas, ventas, número de pedidos, impuestos.... Es una herramienta que controla absolutamente todas las facetas de un negocio ecommers. Una maravilla.

Cons

Lo que menos me gusta es que los plugins interesantes suelen ser de pago.

Overall, despite the fact that addons like premium themes, plugins and modules can be quite expensive, once one learns how to work around the small glitches, it is the best tool around to get an online ecommerce website without hiring an agency.

Pros

Prestashop allows any startup or small business create its own ecommerce platform fairly fast and in its basic form, for free. When properly configured, the basic functionalities will allow for instant deployment of an online store.

Cons

It is very easy to get excited about the potential of Prestashop, but one clashes immediately with the prices of the themes, modules and plugins needed to get some extra functionalities. Prices can be an obstacle for small startups or small businesses

Prestashop a maintenant plusieurs année d'existence et s'est tout simplement bonifié avec le temps. Une création française, des équipes françaises et surtout une communauté autour du logiciel qui s'entraide ! Idéale pour le multiboutique et la gestion des déclinaison de produit en natif, prestashop eest un poids lourd en matière de CMS E-commerce.

En comparación a otros CMS de comercio electrónico PrestaShop tiene más ventajas porque trae consigo más funcionalidades a comparación de la competencia. Además que es un CMS en sí mismo y no un complemento de otro CMS como ocurre con Woocommerce. Por ese motivo, cuando necesito enfocarme en un proyecto netamente de ecommerce prefiero Prestashop.

Pros

PrestaShop es una opción muy interesante para crear una tienda online, posee muchas funcionalidades enfocadas al comercio electrónico, permite crear una tienda online con un catálogo de productos que se pueden organizar según la necesidad de cada cliente. Por otra parte el sistema de gestión de inventario, pedidos, envío y facturación funcionan correctamente. Sin duda es un CMS de administración de ecommerce muy completo y eficiente.

Cons

La curva de aprendizaje es intermedia toma algunos días adaptarse a las variadas opciones que trae, pero superado esta etapa todo va muy bien.

Lo uso da anni e trovo che sia il più semplice e pratico per gestire un sito di commercio elettronico.

Pros

Se non si hanno cataloghi impegnativi e troppe pretese di personalizzazioni, prestashop è il CMR più pratico e semplice da utilizzare per il proprio e-commerce. Si possono inserire prodotti con foto e descrizioni, categorizzarli e gestire gli ordini con le anagrafiche prodotti.

Cons

Forse è un po' macchinoso in alcuni settaggi, soprattutto per personalizzare le pagine statiche.

La solution PrestaShop peut s'avérer être un choix technique intéressant dans de nombreux cas de figures. Sa facilité de mise en place et de configuration permet de tester et d'avoir un aperçu rapide de la solution.

Pros

PrestaShop est une solution robuste et très intéressante dans le cadre de développement d'une plateforme e-commerce de moyenne et grande taille. Le développement de la solution sous framework Symfony rend l'architecture facile à comprendre mais surtout performante. À l'inverse de certains concurrent, même avec un grand nombre de références enregistrées en boutique, PrestaShop surprend par ses performances et son adaptabilité.

Cons

L'écosystème de plugins ou de thème PrestaShop peut parfois décevoir un peu. Il peut arriver de tomber sur des plugins largement utilisés et trop peu maintenus par la communauté ou par l'auteur.

La mia esperienza complessiva con PrestaShop è stata molto positiva. Il software mi ha permesso di risolvere molti problemi aziendali, come la gestione degli ordini e dell'inventario in modo più efficiente. Inoltre, ho ottenuto numerosi vantaggi come la possibilità di creare sconti e promozioni per i clienti, migliorando così la mia attività commerciale.

Pros

Ho trovato PrestaShop un software molto intuitivo ed efficiente per la gestione del mio negozio online. Le funzionalità più importanti, come la gestione degli ordini, l'inventario e la creazione di sconti/promozioni, sono state molto utili per la mia attività. Ho apprezzato molto anche la facilità di integrazione con i processi aziendali esistenti, che mi ha permesso di utilizzare il software in modo sinergico con le altre attività aziendali.

Cons

Non ho riscontrato grandi problematiche nel software. Tuttavia, penso che alcune funzionalità come la gestione delle spedizioni potrebbero essere migliorate per renderle più efficaci. In generale, comunque, ho trovato PrestaShop facile da usare in ogni suo aspetto.

### "Prestashop - Don't use for lots of products"

I have three stores now with Prestashop, which I have been using for over six years. I would say that the older versions worked perfectly well and I had no problems. I would have given 5 stars in all areas. (I am talking version 1.6.0.9 or thereabouts) Unwittingly "upgrading" to the latest versions, I'm now on 1.6.0.14, has rendered Prestashop almost unworkable. It only works now for me thanks to the brilliant paid add-on Store Manager. My two sites with fewer products - 20 and 1200 respectively, work fine still. My main site, which is my main source of income has 4,500 products. I cannot edit or save products (which is where Store Manager comes in). The search indexing does not work. CSV product import will not work. Database backups always time out. There are frequent errors with Payment gateways. Every recommended update usually causes new problems. All this despite the fact that I am using the default template and have made no code changes. Support is absolutely zero. My problems have been well discussed on the forums for over two years and are common. The programmers do nothing. I am not a programmer. I have spent over $2000 on programming help over the last two years just to keep my site running - and Prestashop is supposed to be "Open Source" and free. I would highly recommend Prestashop if you have few products, but I would say that if you start to go over 2000 then in my experience it simply does not work. The programmers are too busy making add ons which they make money on, than getting the basic shell to work. Transferring to another cart now would be a nightmare, largely because of the huge number of product photos, I think about 30,000 now.

Pros

Brilliant for a small number of products, say up to 2000 - 2,500. Runs like clockwork

Cons

If you have a large number of products, don't waste your time or money, Prestashop does not work, unless you can install the old version 1.6.0.9 (download links are still available)

Pros

It is easy to integrate with payment providers, all modules are configurable and I can configure them according to my country. In some special cases, such as shopping with gift points, I can easily manipulate the code. Themes and language options are quite a lot. I can also get templates from paid template sites.

Cons

I haven't come across a feature that I don't like. I can do anything I want.
