I know when my children are learning and having fun and if they have any issues at daycare. It helps me see also wha they are eating a regular basis as they are fussy. And also the app keeps me up to date with anything I need to do with the daycare such as special events.

Pros

I enjoy seeing my children’s activities throughout the day and that 8 can easily communicate with their teachers and center.

Cons

The only issue I have had on a directors point of view is that when I get my weekly results, it always says that no pictures were sent out and we always send them out on a daily basis .

Pros

I love that I can check in and see updates about my daughter. Especially with covid it’s nice to see who her friends are at daycare since we can’t go inside the daycare

The delay in paying invoices, takes 3-5 business for the payment to be processed

Pros

Photos are nice surprises throughout the day and daily happenings are so helpful as a busy mom trying to make sure my kid is getting all his meals and the right variety of foods as well as his rest. I reference back to the app in the evenings when prepping dinner and to answer some questions (e.g. he’s cranky, did he nap today?)

Cons

I’d like information about how he did with the activities rather than just a list of the activities for the day

This app helps with the record keeping of the child's day (which is a requirement), saves papers and searching for the papers to update them. It can be updated from any tablet.

Pros

Good support and beginning training from the company. Inexpensive tablets can be purchased to start up in center. Easy to use and keep parents informed of their child's day. Great for sending photos of the child especially to give new parent's peace of mind of their child's first day in childcare. Parents can share with app with grandparents and other family members so they can see the child's development. App can be downloaded on phone instead of a tablet.

Cons

The inexpensive tablet cannot easily put the photos in the HiMama app.

So so happy with this app.

Pros

My child has been at the same daycare for the last 5 years. The first year or so - we were updated via paper report everyday. The minute they introduced HiMama was a complete game changer! We loved the live updates, seeing pictures and reading messages. Seeing pics of my son's activities are the highlight of my day.

Cons

There isn't much to not like! I would recommend to anyone!

I love knowing what is going on with my daughter, I know what she is learning and what she is eating in a day. This app has allowed me as a parent to know what is going in my daughters daily life at daycare.

Pros

The app is so very user friendly, it is easy to report attendance, send a message to one of her teachers, the invoice section is also easy to understand. This is an amazing product and app!

Cons

I have no cons about this software, there is nothing I find difficult or confusing as a user.

Pros

This app is very helpful for parents because the working parents always become busy and they can not take care of their child properly but this app allows them to connect with their child. They can also view the pictures and videos through this tool.

Cons

It is a comfortable and convenient software. I always find a space for using it. Still now, I did not find any problems.

Cons

It generates too many notifications which again can be suppressed using filters. It should have some criteria to allow critical notifications when issued by the administrator.

I like this app. It gives an outline of the child's day and also areas where caregivers and teachers can give specific updates for your child.

Pros

Easy to use, and daily updates are seamless. I like that I can message the teacher and/or the director all in the app. I also enjoy the ability to share pictures.

Cons

There are a few things that could improve the user experience. It would be great to only message the teacher (not require the director as well). It would also be neat to like or love pictures/video shared.

I love being able to check that my staff is completing their health checks and filling out their paperwork correctly. It makes supervision easier because everyone is more likely to fill everything out completely and with the design of the software, being concise is easy. My parents love it! They love the pictures and videos most but most find the food tracking very helpful.

Pros

My favorite component is having copies of past documents at your fingertips. There is no more searching for the daily sheet or roster in the dumpster! It’s all always just right there!

Cons

I wish it could be used even if the internet goes down. I get cranky when we have to go back to paper.

Reason for choosing Lillio

I mostly was attracted to the daily report.

The difference from one Daycare to another and whether our G Grandson is getting the best teaching and social skills.

Pros

Daily pictures Seeing our Great Grandson interact with other babies and teachers relieved our concern of him entering a Daycare at such an early age. Logan has learned to get along with others and learn various skills appropriate for his age. We see the bulletins of minor accidents, how the staff looked after Logan and were assured they knew what steps to take to alleviate any problems. The most precious part is the smiles on the babies faces! They are having fun while learning various skills, the most important is making new friends.

Cons

software is great. Perhaps training staff to take pictures of children from the front of thei activity, so we can see not only the activity but the looks on their faces as well.

It's a great way for the local daycare to keep up to date with the parents about almost everything. It's all paperless now, which is great. No missed calls, or notes forgotten about. Their new COVID screening stuff is fantastic, allows you to log temperatures and receive up to date information from the daycare. They can send you pictures/videos/messages about your child on the fly, and it's quite fun to watch them having fun/learning. Any additional fees needed for excursions can be all done contactless through the app.

Pros

Contactless payments for daycare activities, meal tracking and pictures and videos sent from the daycare workers of the kids having fun and learning/participating in activities.

Cons

I honestly can think of no cons. As a user of the software, I've had zero issues, it works great on any device I've tried it on. I have not used competing software to compare this one to either.

Pros

I can actually access a detailed account of how my child’s day was, what they did, and if they need anything. I can also view my payments and schedule them. So much better than the hassle of waiting in line to ask all these questions at the end of the day when you just wanna get home.

Cons

Nothing at all. Definitely one of the better apps/software for childcare that I have used so far.

Pros

It's a very interesting app and easy to use. You have full information of what your child was doing during the day when you were at work or busy with other activities that required your attention.

The report has to be finalized for you to see what your child is doing. Other than that I love the app.
