Overall Pretty satisfied. As I mentioned above, having the pictures with the right date when they were taken and also original size were issues for me. Pros It’s pretty easy to use and it can have pictures, notes, my kids daily activities logged in there. Cons The pictures do not have either posted date or the date when they were taken, so if I don’t download the pictures right away, then I won’t know which day they were from. I was also having trouble downloading the original sized pictures. Sometimes I was able to download the original size pictures and sometimes they were really small size. Would be nice to be able to tag where my child is coz the grandparents may not recognize my child when the pictures are small or from the back or nice to know other kid’s names in their class. I also like that I can communicate with the daycare over the app so if something comes up or I forgot to let them know at drop off, I can send a quick message and it’s all resolved. Cons That when you hit the “back” arrow, it doesn’t bring you back to the home page. I just end up jumping all over the app when I do that. So, I’ve become accustomed to just using the icons at the bottom to navigate. I also find it tricky to save a photo when viewing it in the app. The icon you need to slide up to see that download option can be hard to get to. It would be helpful if an unread message Title was bold or someone how stood out. Otherwise, if you could sometimes miss a reply to a message thread or even a new message sent to you. From what, when and how much she eats to the activities she does throughout the day, I feel like I'm in the know from the moment I drop her off to the time I pick her up at the end of the day. I especially love that her teachers can send us photos and videos so we can actually see her in real time. As a working mom, I can't praise this app enough for giving me peace of mind. Cons I have no cons. This app has been such a blessing for us. I have other friends that get written reports at the of the day - I can't imagine having to wait all day for these kinds of updates. I love HiMama Pros This product is a life saver to me! Having the accessibility at anytime is vital to me, I can easily look at my sons progress during his daily activities, hows hes behaving in class or even if the Teachers are needing a quick question for me. The center uploads photos that are available to me instantly. I love the push notification on my phone letting me know a new photo is available, and it really brightens my day. I also love that I can add my spouse and mom to a list of people that get the photo in an email, so they are always in the loop. Great software! Cons An archive of photos would be nice. Pros I absolutely love,love,love that ever since our son was 3 months and I had to go back to work we can see him throughout the day with pictures and know that he's being taken good care of. It is such a relief and everyone at Kid's N' Care are truly wonderful, a part of the family! Thanks so much! Pros As an educator using this app, I find that it helps maintain records including children's health and activities along side our paper records. As a parent that uses it, I really enjoy receiving the daily pictures of what my children are learning, how their day has been, what the have eaten etc. Cons Sometimes the reports aren't filled out, a lot of the time, the app isn't working properly or dont record certain things. I was very intrigued with the app and thought it was a great idea, I love the fact they can communicate with you whether it be needing something more for your child or simply showing the child’s progress and sending pictures I love it. I potty trained my child, and it was a bit of a struggle so I was a little worried about when she got to day care. This app allowed them to communicate with me when used the potty so I knew. It allowed me to see what she was eating, when she was sleeping what kind of day she was having in general and I love that. Compared to the alternative (of using journal for back and forth for parents and teachers) I love this so much more. I am able to see the type and amount of soiled diapers, what my daughter eats and how much, and my favourite function is the many many collages and photos I get to see of their daily activities. I also like having multiple users be able to see my daughter, her dad, me, and my mother are all able to check in on Zoey. I frequently use the "inbox" feature to email the teacher's and ask questions or give updates. Cons Sometimes I get glitch notifications that a collage is uploaded but when I go to look it isn't actually there. My husband and I have both experienced this. November 12, 2018 5.0 Pros While you are at work, you want to know that your kids are being taken great care of. This software allows teachers to spend less time documenting on paper and allows them to snap a quick photo, add a caption and get back to the kids. Meanwhile, I can login to the account to see how my babies are doing. It keeps me connected to my purpose and passion. I notice I can get back to work and give more when I don't have to worry about their daily activities. Cons The software is only as good as the teacher using it. If the staff member working with your child isn't aware of the software or hasn't been trained, they might not utilize all of the features available.
