It helps me get through the tougher days by allowing me to see my sweetheart. Plus, I can now save some photos to keep as memories and not feel like I’m missing out on so much. Pros I love how easy it is to use. It lets me see pictures and videos of my baby at daycare. Plus it keeps me informed with all kinds of details about her day. Cons The only difficulty is that it sometimes gives trouble when you try to zoom on a photo and move it around. It often skips to the next or previous photo. Pros I like the outline and how themes are well laid out. I am pleased with the display of information and pictures of my child Cons I don’t like the fact that the app does not keep history of my child’s daily record. I love that I get regular updates with photos and how the day is going. Check-In is easy to use especially with COVID-restrictions. Cons Hard to integrate it with other software like my email. Seems the staff have issues with it's reliability as there are times we don't get updates or reports at regular intervals and they note that it is due to the software malfunctioning. But definitely can be made better. Pros It gives me regular updates from the childcare. Cons I feel the app is completely NON USER FRIENDLY. Plus there are way too many hang up and it takes way too much to time to load. Also once it hangs up or gets stuck, we cannot delete it and re install it again to work completely fine. Instead it still gives the same problems. Also it would be nice to have a few sample age related activities, recipes for kids. Please check the STORYPARK app / website for kids. ITS FABULOUS. I find the software easy to use, and it keeps me up-to-date on my app on the daily events at the daycare. I check in when I have time, but it isn't intrusive. Cons There are some functions that could be improved. For example, if there was a way to download and save all images at once without having to click on each image to download, that would be useful. My husband travels so he likes getting updates from what she is doing everyday, makes us feel more connected to our daughter even when we are not with her all day long. This just might be a phone thing or size of the video. My son goes to a french language school. I'm not sure if it's possible to have the app in French for the benefit of the daycare workers. And I love to receive pictures of my son’s activities. I also like that I can message his teachers and school administrators via app. Cons It is not always easy to see the comments on pictures.
