Pros

Simple, intuitive, I like the fact that I have the option of having either a daily email or having a notification per picture or going through the app.

Cons

Nothing really. Would be ideal if the software can help with facial recognition and filter out pictures that are not relevant.

Pros

Love being able to stay in contact with my toddlers teachers; also love the pictures uploaded to see the fun points in his day!

Cons

occasionally the pages don’t load properly the first time. A refresh or change in page solves the issues quickly

Pros

The ability for pictures and videos. Ease and accessibility. Able to add other members to see daily activities.

Cons

I used to get notifications when something posted. I no longer do. The only way to see daily info is to log on and see.

Cons

The app presentation/format is different then the computer format. Both should be identical as I only use my iPhone for hi mama.

My overall experience with HiMama was awesome. I will recommend this product.

Pros

What I liked most in HiMama is due to being a user friendly and easy to access. Also it help me a lot when I'm teaching my nephew and niece.

Cons

For me in overall I liked HiMama and I don't think I have any reason to dislike it since as I mentioned it's a helpful

I choose HiMama because is a user friendly and easy to access. The price is also reasonable. Good job to the developer.

Pros

Easy to implement documentation, track attendance and access info.

Cons

Difficult to manage attendance in each particular room i.e. when a child moves up or leaves they are still in the records.

Pros

I like being able to see what my child is doing while I’m at work. It’s also a great way to communicate with his teachers.

Cons

I don’t always get notifications when I have a message, but I’m in the habit of checking them so it doesn’t bother me.

Pros

Hi Mama has provided our child care centre with another means to communicate with families. Communicating with parents at the beginning or end of the day can be challenging. With the Hi Mama app families can go home and have a look at their child's day in the peace and quiet of their own home!

Cons

It took a bit of time for our teachers to find the time to learn and implement the app but once they did it has been smooth sailing!

I know exactly what my child is doing while at daycare. I can look up what she ate, if she napped and I get pictures through out the day to ensure me she is having a great tine!

Cons

Sometimes it doesn’t work or update properly. All the information isn’t always available.

It has been wonderful. Really puts a parent at ease being able to track your child throughout the day.

Pros

I love the ease of use for this. My son's teacher sent a link to sign up and was really easy. We can track his eating habits, behavior, and gets pictures of him while at daycare.

I really can't think of anything I don't like.
