It makes me way more confident I’m leaving my child every day when I have to go to work. Pros Can get instant updates about your child or the daycare. One of the reasons why we selected our child’s Montessori school. Pros The software is easy to use and offers a great communication vehicle with yourself and your child’s teaching staff. I love the daily reports and the regular updates. Cons Would love to have better quality images saved in the app for us to download. And I get to see her have fun, and be happy with friends and what she’s learning and eating! Pros It keeps me posted daily about my niece who lives across the country!! Seeing live videos is the best. Cons The only downside is that you can’t download videos. I found a work around by screen capturing on my phone but it does not record with sound.. This is first time that my kid was away from me for so long..and thought of it made me nervous but with Himama app i feel connected with him all the time. The staff finds it easy to use in comparison to writing everything by hand every day. The support when we have an issue has also been great. When we email the response is fast and easy to implement. The parents can not say enough good stuff about the app. They love the photos throughout the day and the fact that they have the menu available to them when meal planning for at home. The price is also very affordable and it is worth every penny. Pros I like how easy it is to learn how to use it. We have quite a few supply staff and they all have been able to master inputting the information when are covering for a full-time staff. Cons My Staff tells me that the domains for the Toddlers are not useful. Also, it would be handy sometimes if there was a blank space to put in their own idea, such as the mood for the day. It is easy to keep track of all of my students and communicate with their parents. I also love being able to track my students progress and growth in my room. I love it as a parent because I get to communicate with my son's teachers, see his daily activity, how long he napped, what he ate, they even send pictures of him throughout the day. Cons It gets a little tricky syncing information that we input on multiply devices, so we are constantly having to refresh when using it from the web browser. I hated the idea of the "Nanny Cam" that other daycares implement and found this to be an excellent alternative.
