### "Thankful for HiMama"

Pros

Thanks to HiMama I feel more in touch with what’s going on with my son’s day-to-day activities. I’m glad to have such an easy to use resource to keep in touch with his teachers.

Cons

He was at a previous school and moved schools. He now has 2 profiles on HiMama. I can’t delete the old profile without contacting his previous school. I wish I had that option.

The name is terrible. It assumes a role and gender for users. The name needs to be more inclusive of the diversity of users.

Pros

I love Hi Mama! It is the best way for me to stay informed about what is going on with my three year old at school. My wife and I enjoy the pictures but really love the updates on what they are working on daily! I’m so glad that this software was implemented by our preschool.

N/A we love everythinf about Hi Mama! We are happy with the app and website.

Pros

Overall this software has been great. It’s nice to see updates on what my kids are up to during the day.

Cons

Occasionally when you select a picture, the little “x” to close it doesn’t show up. This leads to having no way to exit from that screen. The only solution is to close the app and start over. This is probably about 15-20% of the time you open a pic

Overall I’ve enjoyed using the app for daily updates of my child from her teachers. I love how they can add pictures and descriptions of what is happening throughout her day.

Pros

I love that I get updates about my child throughout the day and I can easily message the teachers if needed.

Cons

Sometimes it feels a bit clunky moving from one area of the app to another, like the daily review and photos.

The upgraded downloadable photos. Sharing photos with select family members.

Cons

Maybe add an event section or special calendar section where the teacher could post something like Pajama Day or Movie Night and I could rsvp through the app or even add it directly to my personal calendar. Also I don’t get push alerts for something like an incident report.

This software is very easy to use. The ability to download pictures is what I like most. It's a great way for me to communicate with teachers and the Director.

Cons

I have two kids at the same school. Sometimes I need to send a note to both of their teachers. It would be nice to have the ability to select multiple children's names to send one message.

Pros

Pictures and video updates are so nice. I love to get those updates throughout my day

Cons

Some of the things like naps and meals cannot be viewed until the report is released at the end of the day. It would be nice to have the option to view those in the middle of the day as well, for those of us who want to know what their child is doing at all times :)

My son and daughter-in-law signed up when putting daughter in daycare and added us grandparents so we could see our baby. So great to see her at anytime and the things she does.

Pros

I just love being able to look at my granddaughter anytime on the day when I need a “pick me up” Did not have anything like this when my kids were little!

Cons

When there are days with no new pictures it is disappointing

I have zero problems with HiMama, as of yet, and really do not anticipate any in the future. I love the support I receive from the HiMama staff as well as the ease in operating the app. It really has made our job at daily job life at daycare so much easier.

Pros

I love the fact that we can enter data for all the kiddos at one time instead of individually. I also equally love that it is easy to use and the staff at HiMama are in contacting throughout the whole process, from enrolling the children to setting up our billing.

Cons

I wish there was a way to track our expenses. I hope that is something that they will add in the future, it would be nice to have one system that would track income as well as expenses.

Reason for choosing Lillio

I believe they sent an email, and then did a follow up phone call. Since I had been thinking of enrolling in a program like this, I listened and was impressed with what I heard

Pros

I really enjoy being able to message my daughter's school and see updates about her throughout the day. It is also very easy to download pictures of my daughter.

Cons

They don't have a way to print an invoice for the entire month with all the vital information on it. My work needs the daycare name, address, dates of payments, and my daughter's name. There is also a little glitch (maybe) where you cannot see the options to download the pictures. It is barely visible, but it's easy to use once you see it.
