Pros

I love getting the real-time notifications, but the only one I get is for his diaper changes.

Cons

I wish the whole all were in real time! It would be great to have a notification for pictures, meals, nap, etc. also, the name is not inclusive of all parents.

The app is extremely user friendly. It helps me stay involved with how my child is doing through photos and summaries posted by the teacher.

Pros

I love being able to send messages to the teacher through this app too .

Cons

I cannot think of any cons. I use this app on the phone and also logged in through my desktop - both work great.

Love the updates and accessibility to send messages to teachers etc.

Pros

I love being updated on my daughters progress during the day although I wish there were a bit more tracking details ie. did she sleep. Saying that I am active in asking each day how her day was and our teachers are magnificent at keeping parents updated

Cons

Just more details however with so many kids to teacher ratio I appreciate its a lot of inputs whereas they are caring for many young kids.

It’s a great App. Works well and I never have any problems. Also enjoy that the grandparents can be sent the images and videos as well to see what the kids are up too all day.

Pros

As a working mother of two I like being able to see what my child is up to at day care. It’s great when I come home and can ask them over dinner what they did that day. Also the daily reports are fantastic. I love that you are able to download the pictures of the day as well.

Cons

I would like to be able to download the videos. I find that hard to do.

Pros

I love seeing exactly what my child is doing as well as being able to give parents the up to date input on their children’s activities. I love how easy curriculum and development tags are and all of the extras that are in here when you take the time to play around with it!

Cons

Not being able to see the actual start time of a nap on the main screen, that you have to go to the child’s slip to see their nap start and end times

Cons

My app requires me to log in each time I open it. I would like to be able to stay logged in.

I love being able to see a new video of my grandson every day! It's the hightlight of my day and I look forward to seeing what he's learning and his growth each and every day.

I can't think of anything I don't like. I wish this was something that was around when my children were in daycare.

Pros

I like being able to access information about how my daughters day is progressing while I’m at work.

Cons

I find it a bit glitchy. For instance if I click on a picture and then am unable to get back to the homescreen. Also not all my crew receive the emails I send out. I cannot figure out why.

Cons

There are times when the software is a bit clunky and I've not been able to access pictures on the app for several months.

Pros

I like the ease of the program and how it keeps me in the loop of my child’s day. First time mother and happy to be able to see daily progress at ease

Going back and saving photos. I am sure there is an easier way to do so, but having to go back to each individual photo to save is tiring

Pros

I like that it emails my daughter’s school reports and makes it easy to message her teachers

Cons

When you open the app, it takes you right to the messages page. It’s not efficient to access her reports via the app.

Pros

HiMama allows me to see what my son has eaten or how much pampers he’s gone through at daycare. I can message his teachers at any time and they let me know instantly if something has happened to him.

Cons

Sometimes it’s slow to show updates. It doesn’t always show inputs when they occur.

Pros

I like the idea that I can check in my child daily and know what she is up to by the staff uploading pictures. I also like the daily report because that way we have an idea of what our child ate and if she slept.

Cons

Currently, we don't see any cons, but with any app, there is always room for improvement. Like getting live updates on what they ate rather then waiting for the daily report at the end of the day. It helps parents plan for dinner.
