Pros

I really like seeing the pictures and updates of my child’s day. It can be a challenge to be away from them for so long every week day and this app allows me to know my child is having fun and being well taken care of.

Cons

I do not currently have any issues with this app. It meets my needs.

Pros

This app allows me to see a part of my grandsons life that I would normally miss. When a notice pops up during my regular business day, I get to stop and enjoy their experiences for a moment. It reminds you of what's really important in this life.

Pros

The idea is good and it’s helpful to know what your child is doing during the day.

Cons

The inside of the app is basic web browser, which has its own glitches. Sometimes you can’t go back easily and resize pictures properly. It should not be a browser, but actually an app framework inside.

I LOVE the app and how I am able to see my sons day at daycare :)

Pros

I love that I can have updates on my child when in daycare without having to worry. I can see pictures and see what he’s eaten that day without always having to ask.

Cons

Not software related. But not much is posted from our daycare lately.

Pros

I love the ease of access to information about my child's day and the ability to get updates on how they are doing. The photos the teacher's take during the day are my favorite part.

Cons

I wish I could download the photos directly to my phone or be able to zoom in on them in the app. I sometimes get group photos or collages and would like to zoom in on my child to clearly see what they are playing with.

Pros

The support offered by the staff at HiMamma was excellent. They were quick to respond and so friendly whenever we spoke. Each person I spoke with was this way, no matter how many times I asked the same questions.

Cons

I felt it was not as intuitive in all areas. It's a lot to understand and use so it does take time to find out all the features on this app. Knowing fully what you need from the app is helpful as the team is there to help you.

Pros

I love how all the information can be sent to me as a notification which is a click away and I can see exactly what my child is doing.

Cons

I think a Face ID would be helpful instead of always having to log in. I’m not sure if it has a remember me system in process.

I love the live updates. I can see what my little one is doing from activities to eating to napping and even diaper changes! I never have to worry about my little one with this app.

Easy to use and historical reports that are easy to access.

Not much I don’t like and I think I’m not using the full app. Mostly review daily reports to see if anything needs my attention.

I have enjoyed it immensely. Love seeing the updates and her schedule as well as her reports.

Pros

I like the app and how it’s laid out. It’s easy to navigate.

Cons

It use to send an message to my phone when teachers have uploaded photos. It no longer does this. I would prefer to know right away there is a photo.
