It's easy to use and gives us peace of mind. Pros I love that it gives parents visibility into what is happening with their children. It's easy to understand and allows us peace of mind that our children are being taken care of while in someone else's care. May 17, 2018 5.0 I appreciate that I am constantly kept in the loop with my children. I also appreciate the end of day report. It helps me to know when my child has been signed out. Pros I love getting her pictures throughout the day. I also appreciate the updates on her restroom habits. It helps me to know what we need to work on. Cons I hate the fact that I can't save the pictures to my phone. I understand that perhaps it could be a security issue due to the fact that often times the pictures include other children. Even though when I used to drop her off she’d cry, it would be such a relief to check the App during the day and see her smiling and playing. Pros Gives me a chance to see what my daughter is up to during the day. It’s updated so my wife and I are able to see when she’s napped, what’s she’s eating and her mood. I think all childcare facilities should use it to help ease parents mind when they have to work. There’s a lot of trust that goes into letting go of care and putting their needs into someone else’s hands. Pros The ability to check in and see what’s going on with your kiddo while working. I love knowing what they’re eating and seeing pictures. Cons I am not able to message staff in her new room. Like the option of emailed daily reports as well as in the app. Cons It’s very dependant on the person inputting the info for what you get. The ability to see my little one's happy face during the day can make my day. I also love the tracking and the ease of reference...if I need to know how much my toddler ate or communicate non-emergency information with the daycare, it allows for open communications. I can easily add photos and developments. Easy to track meals and diaper changes. Pros Saves paper. Easy to use. Great way to track photos of children. Easy to communicate with parents. Can use on app or desktop. Cons I wish I could have multiple accounts since I am a teacher and parent. I also wish I could add multiple photos at once. It helps calm your nerves especially if this is your first child that you are parting with as a parent. It is so simple to chedck in what activities they are doing as well as what food they are eating and how they are playing with the other students. I love that when other parents have been informed that their child is sick the staff utilizes this HiMama platform to inform you of the illness and symptoms so you can be aware in the instance your child develops similar signs. Cons That some days they update faster and more information than others. Pros I love that I can stay up to date on what’s going on with my baby at day care. As a new mom, this greatly helped my anxiety in handing off my child especially in those first few weeks of transition. Rather than tracking down each teacher at the end of the day, this app also allows me to get an overview of how my child did, how well they slept and ate, what their routine was like, which helps me at the end of the day and in planning for the next day. Cons Would love if more details could be available more quickly, although this could be how the care provider chooses to use the software.
