Ease of seeing and knowing what my child is doing throughout the day

Cons

The interface isn’t that user friendly. I found it difficult at first to get used to. Now I’m fine with it but for new users it might take some getting used to.

I think it is such an awesome app and I am so thankful that his daycare chose to use this program. It has eased my mind so much, and made me feel better when I have to leave him. I have seen people ask about daycares on social media and whenever I mention this app/ how it works, it makes his daycare their number one choice!

Pros

I love that I have real-time updates about how my son is throughout the day. There is no delay in communications with his daycare. I can access the information while I am teaching in my classroom and I never have to step away to talk to them!

Cons

My son's father and I are not together, but we are both connected to his account. If I message the teacher, he is able to see my message. There are times where I would love for communications to be private and I wish that was an option.

Cons

This is the only type of software that our daycare uses and it’s very easy to use so I really don’t have any cons of the software

Cons

Slow loading on some devices such as my phone, but i have been experiencing them less since I got a new smartphone.

Our daycare started using this and I love the pictures we get now. It’s great to see her and use them as a conversation starter at the end of the day. Her grandmother loves that she can see what’s going on too! So much easier than having to call in for messages too!

Pros

\- get updates when things are posted - love the photos - grandparents can follow the day too

Cons

\- can’t send a note just to the teacher - Can’t see somethings until the daily report

Amazing!

Pros

The real timeliness of this app is amazing. no wait time for updates etc. I get responses and new information once I refresh. The picture qualities are quite clear and I can see all email history on there saving me the time of rustling through my regular email.

Cons

Nothing so far. The overall experience has been very satisfactory and I would definitely recommend to anyone else

It’s been amazing, I feel safe and understood! I’m so happy I found HiMama and I’m glad I got to share the experience with some of my friends!

Pros

I totally love HiMama! It has helped me find reliable and trustworthy daycares around my area. I’ve been using HiMama for a period of time now and in fact I’ve recommended the app to some of my friends! It’s just really useful and reliable.

Cons

Nothing, I would like to use this space to suggest people to use HiMama, try it out and see the difference!

Pros

I love being able to see what my daughter has been up to that day. How much she eats, her sleeping times, and of course watching photos or videos of what she’s up to.

Cons

The photos can be very small so details can be hard sometimes

Pros

This software is VERY easy to use. Quick set up and the customer service helps you all along the way.

Cons

I don't think there is anything I don't like.

Pros

I love that I can see what my kids are up to during the day while they are at daycare.

Cons

I don't like that items are not finalized until the report is completed. I understand that the daycare workers probably do not have time to keep information up to date all day but it really would be nice to see certain details in real time.

Pros

This app allows me to gain insights in what my child is doing at daycare everyday. It has different settings and options that help me and my husband access videos, pictures and learnings of my child from daycare that day.

Thank you HiMama for creating this amazing communication app to where my toddler preschool teachers can keep in touch with me. I can follow his daily activities, along with what he ate, and a quick description of the day activity. This is the only app on my phone that puts the biggest smile on my face.

Nothing at all. I really love the app, HiMama continue what you are doing!
