Enriching and user friendly

Pros

Hi, I was pleasantly surprised and fulfilled using this app as part of the pre-school/daycare my two year old attends. Felt like I was literally there at school with her as a busy expectant mom. Peace of mind, informed, interactive, user friendly are a few words that comes to mind when I reflect on my experience using this app as a parent. Kenisha

Cons

Nothing I can think of now. The only improvement hasn’t to do with app (or perhaps it does) but moreso the configuration by admin. I would have preferred a feature to email teachers only as presently we can either email director only or director and teacher. Otherwise, great app!

Cons

I’d prefer if there was an active video option, or that the report could be made available faster... but something tells me this is not a function of the app, but more the use of it by the administrators.

The easiest way to check in on your kids during the day. Love being able to communicate quickly with the school.

Pros

I can communicate with the teachers quickly and easily.

Cons

When reviewing pictures, I’d like to be able to zoom in without saving the photos. When attempting to zoom in, the app gets quirky and takes you to the next picture.

I appreciate that any of my sons caretakers can share photos of and updates about his day.

Pros

Automatically sent daily summaries emailed to me at the end of each day.

Cons

Doesn’t show a whole photo in headlines so my son often is slightly cut-off when I enter the app and scroll down them. It makes that experience a bit less enjoyable than if I could see the whole photo.

I get updates daily about what my child is doing.

Cons

You cannot zoom in on the pictures properly unless you save them first. I also cannot refresh feed without closing the app and reopening it. I will get notified there is an update to my child’s account but cannot see it unless I close the app and reopen

I like that I can get minute to minute updates, also love that I can be in contact with teachers. My son was young when he started daycare and it puts your mind at ease when you are at work and you can easily check in.

Pros

I'm able to sign on quickly at work and see what and how my kids at daycare are doing. Of course, the wonderful teachers at daycare constantly upload new pics and statuses so that makes it wonderful.

Cons

It's a bit slow loading up on my phone but keep in mind I'm still using an old, antiquated iPhone 5.
