My experience thus far had been terrific.

Pros

Being able to see what my children do throughout the day and knowing exactly what’s taken place makes going to work so much easier. I am at ease with knowing I will get live updates throughout the day.

Cons

I wish the school offered cameras so we could see video footage

Pros

It’s very intuitive, and user friendly. Teachers can upload pics and videos of my kid’s daily activities. I think it’s cool. If you don’t want to logo in to the app, you can see the brief report through email.

Cons

Could not think of any at this moment. I will update it if I found any in the future.

getting an alert that my child has been checked in the day, getting pictures and updates from the teacher during the day, sending and getting emails to the director and teacher.

Cons

I would like to get an alert when my child has been checked out for the day. That is a change I would like to see.

Sometimes the app is a little slow, but overall I think it is great and super easy to use. I like that it can send notifications right to my phone and ping me when something needs my attention.

Pros

It's fun to check in on your kids and make sure they are staying on schedule.

Cons

Sometimes the school doesn't update the app, which isn't on you guys.

Being able to see the days events, pictures of my little guy. I also like that my mom can have access as well so she can experience my sons growth and development as well.

Cons

I don't like the fact that you cannot check the calendar for upcoming events as well as the menu of what my son is having during the week like the website has.

I love getting real time updates about my son during the day and I love getting the daily report at night. I like having an easy way to message my son's teacher and director. I also love seeing pictures of my son in action all in one place.

I like being able to know what it going on with my children at all times just through a simple app and not having to waste papers I won’t read. It puts my mind at ease seeing the activities they do and how easily they can reach me.

Not much I don’t like, to be honest. It checks all my boxes.

Pros

I really like seeing updates about my child throughout the day and reports on what their naps, eating and the general day went.

Cons

I currently have 2 kids in care and will get duplicate messages if it is a centre-wide message which can be a little annoying.
